I am pleasantly surprised how well microtransactions blend into the gameplay loop in the beta. It is pretty addictive really. There is no way you won’t buy more Hyperion to refine your shards once you go back from a stage 3 mining run. Out of Hyperion but still gotta refine several shards? May I add that I am also very happy with pricing the fuel pretty cheaply with tier 1 runs costing around 1 usd. Such low prices can easily add up and people simply don’t care that much for another dollar here and there when they really want to craft this new shiny weapon etc.

That is the only quest for now. Start at Stage 0, build up your resources and gear... then move to stage 1, etc.

no worries I can help! start with Teir 0 runs. that big Obelisk will teleport you to a region, pick whichever you want. when you arrive, press M for the map, and then H for the heatmap. I usually drop a marker (right click) in the biggest heat zone and then head straight there. you will ONLY find resources and illuvials in the red hot zones

do Stage 0 run, and then try scanning your encounters before you enter them. you can try to look specifically for one that only has 2 enemy illuvials to be easier. also, harvesting plants will give you consumable items you can use to boost your illuvial

there are some energy rifts called ERGON RIFT that you can pass through after the times begins to recover 100ish energy, but that's it, you can just teleport to the obelisk from the map screen and head back to base
