Dear Commanders,
🗒️ Amber has received a lot of feedback on the immigration rules recently. After interviewing some players and doing some research, we have decided to add the following new rules. ⬇️
- Trigger Conditions: In accordance with existing immigration rules, if a player's Might or HQ level is within the top 10 in the target state, they must submit an immigration application before they can immigrate.
- Application Approval: All players in the target state can view the immigration applications, yet only the Governor can approve them. The right to approve applications will be granted to the player with the highest Might if there is no Governor in the target state.
- Approval Time: The immigration application will be automatically approved if the target state's Governor doesn't process it within 72 hours. Upon manual or automatic approval, the player has 24 hours to finish immigrating. Failure to immigrate within the given timeframe will invalidate the approval. If rejected, the player must wait 72 hours before applying to the same state again (no cooldown is applied when applying to a different state).
- The result of approval will be sent to the player via in-game mail, so please remember to check your mailbox after sending an immigration application.
⏳ The new rules will take effect starting from mid-February, 2023 and the in-game rule descriptions will be updated accordingly. If you have any questions about the rules, you can consult them in-game or you can contact customer service.

This recent adjustment arises due to the short time frame between the conclusion of the Wasteland Conquest event and the start of the Reservoir Tournament, which is less than 30 days. Our aim is to ensure that each player has the opportunity to join suitable alliances and participate in the event. With this goal in mind, the cooldown period for players with an immigration cooldown exceeding 5 days will be reduced to 5 days.
Please note that this adjustment only applies to servers 1-670, which are eligible for the Reservoir Tournament. For precise details, please refer to the immigration interface within the game.
To prevent the recurrence of such issues in future events, we are working on enhancing the corresponding immigration and event rules.
We will address any misleading statements that may have arisen. Additionally, we are committed to fostering a healthy and positive communication environment for all players. ⚔️Reservoir Tournament Supplementary Rules:
(1) After the sign-up period concludes and until the rest period begins, players can leave their alliance (Alliance A) to join other alliances (Alliance B) for other events. Players who rejoin their original alliance (Alliance A) will still maintain their eligibility. From the end of the rest period to the end of the playoffs, players may also temporarily leave their alliance to participate in other events in a different alliance.

- Hanna, Ginny, Sembello, and Amelia will no longer be available as hero skins.
- Players who have unlocked crossover heroes will automatically unlock the corresponding hero(es) (Hanna, Ginny, Sembello, and Amelia). These heroes will have levels, star ratings, enhancement levels, nanoweapons, and specialties equivalent to your previously owned crossover heroes.
- Crossover heroes' troop skills will become inactive, and they will no longer possess nanoweapons, specialties, or be resettable.
- Adjustments will be made to the hero skills and match-three attributes of Hannah, Ginny, Sembello, and Amelia.

Greetings, Commander! The long-awaited** Core Preset and Quick Switch features **will soon be released! Let's delve into the details:
Core Preset and Quick Switch
- Players can equip heroes with a second Core via the hero interface. The attributes of the second Core won't take effect unless you switch to that Core.
- Players can pre-configure a second Core for each hero and use Quick Switch to swiftly switch between the first and second Cores.
- Once a hero is deployed in battle, their preset configuration cannot be altered, and a prompt will appear stating, "Heroes are deployed. Cannot change preset configuration.
- Quick Switch will only apply to heroes with a pre-set second Core.
- The preset feature unlocks at Lv.38 Horizon Hub. If the conditions for unlocking the preset feature aren't met, it won't be displayed.

b. New Tech

c. More Powerful Zombie Lairs
Lv.56 - Lv.58 Zombie Lairs will be added, allowing commanders to overcome greater challenges for greater rewards.

Added Doomsday Expedition Headquarters building. During the Doomsday Expedition, you can use Universal Wrenches to research the following Tech:
① Fuel recovery speed and storage limit
② First-Aid Kit recovery speed, daily quest reward quantity, and storage limit
③ Increase damage dealt and damage reduction in Doomsday Expedition
④ Building, Research, and Training Speed
Progress resets after each event. -
Several Hope City Research Labs have been added to the map.
① The Labs ranges from Lv.1 to Lv.40. Clearing a lab for the first time rewards a large number of Universal Wrenches and Depleted Uranium, used for upgrading Doomsday Expedition Tech and War Hounds. Progress resets after each event.
② Only attributes from deployed War Hounds and Heroes apply when challenging Labs. Other attributes are ineffective. -
Foothold Battle Rule Changes
① You cannot rally to attack the Wall of Footholds.
② You cannot rally to defend the Wall of Footholds either. Multiple defensive troops stationed at the Foothold will engage with the attacking Troop one at a time. Commanders can station multiple Troops at the same Foothold.
③ In battles within the Wall of Footholds, Troop attributes are affected by Determination. Troops have 100% Morale when they first depart. After winning a battle, the Morale decreases based on the number of units lost.
④ The March Time to the Wall and to the center of the Foothold have been rebalanced for targets that are nearby, and speed-ups cannot be used. -
Faction Rank Reward
① Faction ranks will be finalized periodically (around 2-5 days). Awesome rewards useful for Doomsday Expedition will be distributed each time. -
Foothold 1st-Clear Reward
① When a City is cleared for the first time, 10 limited chests will appear nearby. Commanders must quickly tap a chest to claim the rewards.
② Each chest can be claimed only once per person. The chest will disappear once the claim limit is reached. -
Foothold Armistice
① Each time a Foothold changes hands, it enters an armistice for about 10 hours, during which it cannot be attacked.
② If the faction that controls a Foothold abandons it, the armistice immediately ends. -
Doomsday Expedition Entry Cost Changes
① Commanders no longer need to use Directed Relocates to enter Doomsday Expedition.
② After leaving the Doomsday Expedition, Commanders must wait for 5 minutes before re-entry. -
War Hound March Limitation
① Commanders can no longer deploy a War Hound for mining (including attacking another Commander's mines).
② You can no longer deploy the War Hound when Gathering or visiting holiday events now. However, all other marches must include at least one War Hound

1. Increase Headquarters Level Cap
Since the Headquarters level cap was increased to 43 last year, more and more Commanders have been focusing on upgrading their Headquarters. In order to provide the necessary tools for Commanders to combat the escalating zombie threat, we plan to continue increasing the Headquarters level cap, along with the level cap of certain technologies in the Research Center. Remember to upgrade your Headquarters and research to gain large amounts of Might.
1.1 Will there be new building materials for this Headquarters level cap update?
No new types of Material will be added in this Headquarters level cap update.
1.2 Will there be more ways to obtain Materials?
There will be various events to help Commanders acquire resources for building upgrades.
1.3 Will the increase in the maximum Level of the Headquarters affect game balance?
We will be optimizing the matchmaking systems for various gameplay modes to help maintain player matchmaking balance.
2. Mutated soldiers are about to join the battle!
Hold your fire! These mysterious blue soldiers, somewhat resembling zombies, are allies!
As the commander's Sanctuary grows stronger, so do the enemies we face. In the past, human troops struggled against more powerful foes. To enhance our troops' overall strength, all Sanctuaries are currently preparing a secret research project aimed at strengthening human troops by harnessing zombie genes.
However, zombie genes are incredibly dangerous, and puts an immense strain on the human body. Even among the strongest human soldiers, only a very few with exceptionally robust physiques can participate in this research, and even fewer can become powerful mutated soldiers. Since the number of mutated soldiers in each Sanctuary is limited and cannot be mass-produced like regular soldiers, Commanders must pay attention to how many mutated soldier they're making, and only use them in situations that require them.
The Commanders will soon gain access to a secret weapon, troops known as the 'Semi-Infected' (tentative name)!
3. Match-3 League
We have received a lot of feedback from Commanders hoping to see more Match-3 gameplay.
We are currently developing a multiplayer Match-3 gameplay mode, tentatively named 'Match-3 League'. It is expected to be ready in the first half of 2025.
Match-3 League is an event that can support multiplayer PvP Match-3 gameplay. We hope that all Commanders would enjoy the new gameplay mode, and utilize strategies such as hero combinations/Match-3 strategies secure victory.
4. Matchmaking Optimization
We have received several suggestions on how to optimize the matchmaking system for gameplay modes such as Nukaland.
We plan to assess various factors, such as the level of your Headquarters and total Might, after this Headquarters level cap update. We will optimize the matchmaking mechanics of some in-game modes to provide a more balanced system for all commanders.
We're releasing a series of exciting events to aid Commanders with the new Headquarters level cap. These events will significantly accelerate the level-up process of the Headquarters, giving Commanders an upper hand against the zombies!
Event 1: Virus Resistance Challenge
Event: Commanders must meet the Virus Resistance Challenge target daily. Participate in the event to gain more resistance. Commanders will receive fantastic rewards when resistance reaches certain milestones, or victory is achieved in the challenge. Commanders can work with each other to achieve the targets, increasing their odds of success.
Availability: Starts when the Headquarters level cap updates.
Main Rewards: Elite Material Boxes, Enhance Chests, Resources, and Speedup items
**Event 2: Sign-In Rewards
**Event: Log in and check in every day to receive amazing rewards!
Availability: Starts when the Headquarters level cap updates.
Main Rewards: Hero Frag Chest, Skin Tokens, Resources, and Speedup items.
Event 3: Construction Rush
Event Details: Use speedup items, or upgrade the Headquarters or Research Center to earn points and rewards. Commanders can also unlock rare rewards after earning the specified number of points.
Availability: Starts when the Headquarters level cap updates.
Main Rewards: Elite Material Boxes, Curio Tokens, Skin Tokens, Resources, and Speedup items.
Event 4: Scorched Earth Mine
Event Details: Commanders can acquire event items through various means, such as purchasing them with Diamonds. Use these items to hunt for treasure during the event for fantastic rewards.
Availability: Based on in-game time.
Main Rewards: Solar Panels, 5★ Hero Perfect Frags, Hero Skin Fragments, Advanced Building Materials, etc.
Other Events: Actual content might be subject to change before the events go live. Participate to obtain Curios, Skin Tokens, Elite Materials, Speedups, Resources, and more.

- Talent [Hunt Mastery] remain unchanged. Rallies automatically depart when full, and the first 10 hunts retain the 20% Stamina reduction buff.
- [Nukaland] Optimizations: Level 35-45 matching has been split into two brackets (35-39 and 40-45). This change will be applied in the July update.

Tundra Tussle Registration Issue - Notice & Apology
Dear Commander,
We've discovered an issue with some registration data for the Tundra Tussle event. To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants, this round will proceed as a friendly match. Here's how we'll be handling it:
- Alliance Rewards: All alliances that successfully registered will receive the full first-place reward for for their matchmaking group.
- Personal Phase Rewards: All participating Commanders (including Official Members, Substitute Members, and Spectators) will receive the complete set of phase rewards normally awarded to the first-place player in their group.
- Personal Ranking Rewards: These will be calculated and distributed as usual, based on the actual points earned during the match.
- In-Game Display: The reward rules displayed in-game will remain unchanged for now, but the final rewards will be distributed according to the compensation plan outlined above.
We're working to resolve the registration issue as quickly as possible and will soon be adding an Alliance Management Log feature to help track alliance actions more clearly in the future.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.

To enhance your event experience, we'll be upgrading the [Time-Limited Upgrade Events] in States 1-703 on July 14, 2025 (UTC). We will gradually increase the number of eligible States. This upgrade is intended to greatly improve and increase the rewards.

🎁 Key Changes:
I. Enhanced Point Rewards
a. Point Reward rounds have increased from one to three, with higher Point limits for each theme (check the new event page for details)
b. The first round's Point limit and Point gain rate (along with Speedup Items, Ace Hero II, and Diamond amounts) remain the same.
c. The second and third rounds offer rewards such as Advanced Material Choice Chests, Solar Panels, and Ace Heroes.
II. New Bonus Rewards
Each round now features Bonus Rewards, granting substantial rewards to Commanders who reach the required Point thresholds.
III. Streamlined Item Rewards
To reward more players, Rank Rewards have been removed. More rewards are now accessible by earning Points, lowering the requirement to get the best rewards.
Note: This is only available in select States initially. Stay tuned for official announcements regarding further optimizations, and when the upgraded system is made available for more States.

We've Heard Your Feedback
Since the event launched, many Commanders have shared valuable feedback and suggestions, including (but not limited to):
1.Reward Variety: The Value Gift rewards were not appealing enough and failed to meet your expectations.
2.Acquisition Difficulty: Removing the leaderboard has made it harder to obtain Ace Heroes.
3.Ranking Achievements: The new Upgrade Event format makes it temporarily impossible to complete ranking achievements.

II. New Troop Stats Boosts
Troop Skills have been improved with powerful new Troop Stats boosts:
Skill 1: Hyper Firepower now provides up to +100% Troop ATK
Skill 2: Focused Shield now provides up to +100% Troop DEF
Skill 3: EM Assault now provides up to +100% Troop HP
Skill 4: Vengeance Pulse now provides up to +2,500 Troop Size Limit
III. Skill Effect Optimizations
Skill 2: Focused Shield
The Shield's Dmg Taken Down has been increased from a maximum of 17% to 20%, enhancing defensive capabilities!
Skill 3: EM Assault
No longer causes Mecha damage to the target. However, the maximum probability of Stunning enemy formations has been increased from 50% to 80%, making the crowd control effects more reliable!
IV. Level and Promote Adjustment
Skill Upgrades will now only enhance the effects of the corresponding Troop Stats boosts, such as Troop ATK, Troop Size, etc.
Skill Upgrades must reach certain thresholds to unlock further skill effect improvement effects, such as Dmg Taken Down %, Stun chance, and Revenge effect, etc.
V. Scope of Adjustment
This balance pass only targets the Mecha's Troop Skills and will not affect the Mecha's Hero Skills.

Due to an issue in the season map, the drop quantities for Guardian Masks and Masked Guardian ID Tags were incorrect. As a result, some Commanders who entered the season map during the event received more Guardian Masks than intended. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
To maintain a fair gaming environment, we have removed the extra Guardian Masks from the error, and sent out the correct number of Masked Guardian ID Tags. For any Masks that have already been used, we will calculate their value under a unified standard and handle them accordingly in follow-up.

[Important Announcement] Warning and Risks of Account Trading
Greetings, Commander!
✊ We would like to remind all players about the Puzzles & Survival official policy on account trading: Any forms of third-party account trading is strictly prohibited. Account trading violates our terms of service, and may result to permanent losses to accounts. We do not tolerate such behavior.
🔥 Any Commander who willfully engages in account trading shall bear all risk and responsibility of their actions themselves.
🔎 We recently received multiple reports of disputes arising from account trading. Buying and selling accounts may result in account information leaks, malicious "account recovery" by the prior owner, or account destruction.
⚠️ We will provide several real cases below to serve as a warning (player names have been redacted for privacy reasons):
Case 1: A player had their account stolen engaging in account trading. The thief then destroyed a large number of Epic Nanoweapons and other valuable Items on September 25, and dismissed large numbers of soldiers. Although the thief's device has been banned, the player's account suffered significant losses.
Case 2: After engaging in account trading, a player had their weapons dismantled, and Chips and Modules removed, resulting in permanent damage to the account.
Case 3: After their account was stolen, a thief used the account to attack other Castles, resulting in a large number of soldier losses.
Case 4: After a player's account was stolen, 8★ and 9★ Gear, Chips, etc., were maliciously used for enhancement and permanently lost.
Case 5: The thief maliciously dismantled a large number of Epic and above Nanoweapons and Cores, instantly wiping out the player's hard-earned assets.
Account trading is highly risky behavior, and not a shortcut true Commanders will take. We are also taking legal action against external account trading websites to combat violations and maintain game fairness.
We urge all Commanders to follow the rules, protect your accounts, and do not engage in account buying or selling of accounts. If you uncover any violations, please do not hesitate to report your findings to customer support.

Improve Might Events Points and Rewards Changes
Greetings, Commander.
Thank you for supporting Puzzles & Survival! We are making further improvements to Improve Might events in response to the feedback we've received from Commanders. The changes are intended to reduce the event difficulty, while improving the potential rewards.
Details are as follows:
- Reduced Point Requirements for Various Phases: The total points required have been reduced. There are no changes to the initial phase, but the difficulty of the second and third phases have been lowered. The intention is to slightly even out the difficulty curve across the phases. Please refer to the table below for the exact changes.
- Reward Structure Adjustment: Due to the significant reduction in overall points requirements, the number of Ace Hero III items in the Basic Gift of the second and third stages will decrease from 12 to 8. The missing 4 have been moved to the rewards for the top 3 in the rankings. Other rewards will be added to enhance the overall value as well. The number of Ace Hero IV items in the Value Gift remains unchanged, but other rewards will be adjusted accordingly. The exact numbers details for these will be based on in-game conditions.
Special Note:
This announcement only applies to servers at least 146 days old. Other servers will have similar adjustment trends, but the specific changes will be based on in-game conditions.

The event has been improved based on the overall performance and feedback from the 1–300 servers [Pioneer Battle Division] version. The new version should provide a better overall experience for all participating Commanders.
Details are as follows:
- Trade Station Quantity: Reduced the number of Trade Stations to make resource and distribution contests more reasonable.
- Foothold Quantity: Increased the number of Footholds to offer more options for Faction development and strategic advancement.
- Defense Rule Change: As long as the Center remains under your Faction's control, you can freely attack or defend the Walls.
- Faction Permission Synchronization: When the system creates a Faction, Alliance R4 will be synchronized as Faction R4 for more convenient management.

This is a final reminder that our Community Rules apply to ALL forms of communication and expression within this server. Attempting to circumvent the rules by using non-text methods is still a violation.
The following behaviors are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in any form:

We are working on optimizing the Immigration system. We intend to make it offer more flexible and precise cross-server transfers. Details are as follows:
- Server Immigration Status Categorization: Servers will be assigned an Immigration status at 00:00 (UTC) each day. The statuses are Developing, Stable, and Prosperous, and a server's status affects the item cost of Immigration into or out of that server.
Developing: Immigration Flight cost for transferring out -50%, cost for transferring in unchanged.
Stable: All Immigration Flight cost unchanged.
Prosperous: Immigration Flight cost for transferring out unchanged, cost for transferring in +20%.
- Servers less than 360 days old fall into the Stable status by default (no change to transfer in/out costs)
Example: If your Sanctuary is Lv.40 and the base immigration cost is 70 Immigration Flights.
When transferring from a Developing server to a Stable server, the actual Immigration Flight cost is 70×0.5=35 items
When transferring from a Stable server to a Prosperous server, the actual Immigration Flight cost is 70×1.2=84 items
When transferring from a Developing server to a Prosperous server, the actual Immigration Flight cost is 70×0.5×1.2=42 items

Upcoming Optimization to Flag Capture Reward Rules
Greetings, Commander.
Following the recent update that adjusted the Flag Capture event cycle, we received feedback from some players who were concerned that they might lose their Flag Capture rewards for that day if they switch alliances to participate in the Saturday Wasteland King event due to rule restrictions.
To further improve the gameplay experience, we plan to optimize the reward rules for Flag Capture. After the adjustment, players who leave their alliance will still be able to claim Flag Capture rewards, as long as they do not migrate to another server.
As this change involves underlying system adjustments, server maintenance will be required. The update is expected to be implemented in the next version update. Until then, this issue may still occur during upcoming event cycles. We recommend that Commanders plan their alliance arrangements in advance. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience caused.

To compensate for the removal of Diamond Boxes, Steel, and Gas, achievement tiers will expand from 50 to 500 levels, enhancing overall earnings while providing finer tier divisions and smoother reward distribution.

Hi, @everyone! Speaking about today's wrong Jester rewards right after the reset. Sorry, the conversion of Nian packets into Jester coins is very complex and may cause additional collapses. Those players, who have spent more than 120 stamina on 'wrong' Jesters are kindly asked to submit an additional ticket to CS about it, with proofs of it (like a series of screenshots). Those cases will be resolved individually. Sorry for asking to do some additional job, but that should help.
Those who have spent less than 120 Stamina, the compensation already given covers that expenses plus you keep all food, goo and crates from those Jesters. Though I understand that emotional disappointment is hard to compensate anyway.

We have noticed that there is a lot of discussion about immigration rules. The team made this adjustment to reduce the impact of powerful players on the new server, so as to protect the new server.
We have received a lot of feedback about powerful players who have immigrated to new server, that caused the original players unable to grow normally.
Therefore, we add immigration restrictions. Immigration cost will be increased when your state was launched 60 days earlier than the target state.
If the difference between the opening time of the target server and the original server is less than 60 days, the immigration fee will not increase.
When the target server is opened more than 240 days, the new immigration restrictions will there be removed.
The specific immigration consumption is as follows.

A:The immigration restrictions for headquarter level will still remain.
Q:Are the immigration rules for newcomers still the same?
A:The rules for newcomers to immigration have not been adjusted.

Recently Nova has received a lot of feedback about the imbalance of attack and defense in the sanctuary. After careful consideration, we plan to increase the maximum number of soldiers in the defensive side of the sanctuary.
When the number of soldiers in the sanctuary exceeds the limit, you can set the ratio of the defending soldiers, and according to the set ratio, priority will be given to the senior soldiers of the corresponding soldier ratio. When the number of a certain soldier type does not meet the selected percentage, other soldier types are automatically used to make up for it (in the order of fighter, rider, shooter, and vehicles).
The maximum number of defensive soldiers is related to the level of the walls, and the specific values are as follows.

The Alliance Conquest event has been popular since its launch. During the event, we have received many suggestions from our players, and as always, we value your opinion and have taken many constructive suggestions for improvement changes.
As for the Alliance Conquest, we have several points of update to share with you:
- Rewards will be issued based on the Alliance you belong to during the preparation phase. Should you leave the Alliance during the matchmaking phase or the competition phase, you may still have a chance to claim the rewards by returning to that Alliance at the rewards phase.
- There is an interim period between the preparation phase and the matchmaking phase. We suggest that you should stay in your Alliance before that period passes.
- Your defense lineup will be saved after the matchmaking phase commences, even if you would quit the current Alliance after that. You will face the same opponent assigned from the matchmaking yourself rather than assigning that opponent to others. You may continue with the event as you return to the original Alliance.

As our game player base continues to expand, more and more people in the game are in need of guides on gameplay. In order to make sure their questions are answered, or to make sure the friendly players like yourselves have a chance to help other players, we are going to have a second round of recruitment for In-game Moderators.
💎 What is an In-game Moderator?💎
In-game Moderators are verified players who have access to check gameplay-related questions from other players inside the game and answer them. We expect them to be knowledgeable and sophisticated players in Puzzles & Survival, who are always willing to lend a hand to others while they are playing.
🏂 How to sign up to become an In-game Moderator?🏂
As you log in the game, you will find a pop-up window of entry to the sign-up test page. Complete the test and leave your Discord account/Email address accordingly to sign up for a verified In-game Moderator.
Please also note that due to the fact that the In-game Moderator system is still in the test, only a handful of random applicants will have the sign-up window push in their game and only a certain amount of the applicants will be selected to become an In-game Moderator.

The sign-up will start shortly in one or two days. Due to its test nature, we could not guarantee an exact start time. Please stay tune in our game.
