So what's the solution here? the majority of leaders were sent hate mail not just Niv. But we dont live in a perfect world, especially not in an online gaming community full of toxic people. Ofcourse there will be complaining. People play the game because they want to participate in events and the feast has limited that significantly. So whos the easiest target to blame? Answer: The host of the feasts. They shouldnt do it but people will continue to do it because thats the reality in every gaming community. From my point of view PNS set up the winners up for a negative experience, they need to find a solution or it'll happen again this time round. 🤷‍♂️

Can someone confirm my fears? Is this event a permanent thing? Is the conquest thing going to start up again in 3 days, and then another two months of free shit that inflate events like hero frags for Phoenix events? Seems permanent. Has its own channel and pretty legit rewards. It may inflate but it’s an area of the game most don’t see light at the end of the tunnel on. You get glory speed ups refiners and hero coins. Not promos or promos2 or nano weapons.(unless you win or are given the box). It’s only inflating that general area not the most vital part of the game

I have 34,000 5 minute speed ups...2,833 hours (118 days) of time. This completely invalidates any other general speed up for a good while...and given that you get these by the thousands almost every feast, it is really fucking easy to just live off these semi-permanently.

I have 20,179 beginner and 6,147 intermediate coins. In other words, useless junk. You are going to rebut with 'But Rule!! They can drop other items. You stupid head!' But I don't need more 5-minute or 10-minute or even 3-hour boosts...I get that for free by the thousands in feasts. Maybe...maybe if beginner or intermediate dropped stamina refills, this would be worth. And now that Hero events for Phoenix frags is inflated...the point cost to even place is just massive. Invalidating a once free and easy to obtain resource (A few showdowns, a few scorched earth events, and bam 500+ advanced for a cool 24,000,000 points that was likely to place you in top ten) into obscurity, this making Phoenix/Lady M/Zephyr even more near impossible

Glory points. That is all feast has going for it. It is the only reason people even complain about not getting in. Someone here will protest, push up their glasses on their nose and say 'Well, atchully sir...I find the option to spend for promote boxes the most enjoyable' or some shit like that.

I get it, at the end of the day, PNS is making massive bank on this, and I am a bit sore around the ass because an event I actually can place in quite easily has been anally raped...but damn, despite my bias, I feel that this could either 1) be done better, or 2) scrapped.

I've attempted to join 5 grande feasts. Started clicking the moment the timer hit zero. It immediately said something like processing and then after 30 seconds all slots were full. With the number of players you have worldwide you might consider separate events and logins for groupings of 50 or so different worlds.

Getting info feast is all based on luck. You get in some and you don't others with some getting in all of them. My only problem is the feasts king runs are the same amount of seats as the division before. But it happens queueing doesn't mean you get in its just you in line for a seat and you could perhaps be 30,001. It's just how it goes with hundreds clicking at once

If your state is allowed to the conquest, I believe you can get to the feast hosted by the iconic champion. In order to attend feasts hosted by other rulers, you'd have taken part to the same conquest category or at least someone in your alliance, so I was told, but it has not been confirmed here.
I do know with absolute certainty that I could not see the feast-icon or get notifications while renowned or born rulers were hosting theirs.

Honestly I like the hq20 cause if you think about it feast is to celebrate the host and their alliance on their win. It technically has no correlation with troop losses that happen during wasteland conquest. It's an option give to winner that if wanted they can set them off.

Correct. As long as your HQ is 20 or above, you are eligible to participate in feasts hosted by the born and renowned ruler over your battle division. Whether someone in your alliance or state participated in the WC is not a factor. @quasi olive You can check on the WC page which born/renowned leader governs your state. Just click on each foothold, then click on battle division to see if your state is there.

It's all fun and games taking the piss out of people who have had issues with Feasts but until you fail to get into 5 or more deluxe feasts in a row and watch the same people in your alliance get into every one of them It's probably best not to be so pompous. Feasts were and are a game changer in many respects. As witnessed by everyone, surprise Feasts caused little to no flurry of protests. While the scheduled ones resulted in a very heated channel. I think in situations like that it's best to try and understand why the person is annoyed instead of coming at them with a flippant and dismissive attitude. Anyhew, good day and surprise Feasts for all! 😊

Personally I dislike the surprise feasts since they tend to happen when I'm asleep. I had much more luck with the scheduled Feasts so hopefully there will be a good mix of both. Either that or the devs come up with a different system of getting into Feasts with the next update.

Everyone pays? They are paying $100 everytime to host one so greedy people could send them hate mail and make accounts in state in harass them to host them. They are paying for you to get rewards the rewards do then nothing when there account is maxed out so no they are not paying for the rewards themselves. King does them to help others grow but he isn’t a dev he is a player. Yes maybe there needs to be more seats added so more can get the rewards but the players that won owe us nothing.

I'm personally glad for the people that love the game enough that they'd even consider paying that kind of coin. I personally have very little into the game, about as much as it costs to buy a triple-a title. Also glad, because no ads other than for game product.
The cap - I understand that one though, game and server engine limitations. Hopefully they can increase it without crashing everything.
Agree as well, the cost to host should be lower - for the sake of the hosts. Maybe a refund based on gifts? Then a successful banquet could become free for them, incentivizing more feasts - and more money for the game devs.

Which can work better for everyone if the host decides to allot a certaim number of feasts for certain states only. For instance, if 40 states can join a total of 10 feasts, the host can allow only the first 20 states to join the first five feasts, and the other 20 states to join the remaining 5 feasts. Or they can divide it even further so that chances of joining at least 2-3 feasts will increase a lot. Of course, it’s all up to the host to decide. They don’t owe us anything.
