most event creatures are removed after their event ends. the summer bash event doesn't contain any event creatures so that one should work.
I find that the anniversary dodos are also still in the game so that event should also work.

most event items should be in HLNA's shop on genesis now tho

easter event's spawn rules have been removed, just like it's done after every other event.

anniversary's set up differently of course, cause there's like three ways to set up event spawns.
the one the birthday event uses requires the creatures to be loaded all the time despite the event possibly not running, and the other two conflict with other events.

this isn't a wildcard problem, it's 'your code was set up when there weren't as many ascensions'. because the last levels of custom code are always dedicated to ascension levels

The parameter dont work, just the event dino colors will appear, nothing else.
But if the Event is real aktive like wonderland atm, it just works without parameter.
You need to update the server files.

Yeah thats how he originally coded the maps. He turned one map into prim plus and when he switched back cause things weren't working like he wanted it messed up some settings in all the maps. He then tried using beacon to fix it which switched it to expert mode. Then the computer went poof and now he is having issues fixing the servers. Like I said he put in a ticket a few days ago to see if nitrado could fix it without a wipe and take it out of expert mode.

You have the steam/epic role, so I was assuming you had access to ini files, but seeing as you're on xbox, you cannot without renting a server or being on the win10 version.

on xbox you can enable the max difficulty checkbox to get max level 150s. ingame you can use the difficulty command to go higher but you'll need to type the command every time you start.

you can try wiping nests and eggs or even all wild dinos, but generally speaking of it's a freshly started server it may just take time. dinos are loaded in in chunks over time basically, rather than everything all at once

Hello I am having issues with a multiplayer non dedicated server. Recently I died for the first time after the new update and I was forced to watch a short cut scene after respawning. Drops can be annoying. If you have to many items selected it can mess it up, to many dupes, Wrong drop selected eg Island white drop is different from rag white drop.

I'm sorry that you are having this experience with your server, but this is due to the recent update which had a bug that is affecting the drops. This is what causes the game to ignore the setting. its most likely they got 255 points/levels in wild stats so their tamed stats aren't working.

I believe the inspect admin gun can tell you the amount of points they have in each. if you have admin that would be the way to tell if its that.

Ive had this issue alot, usually after an update but i always have one or two maps that will just turn off and i always gotta turn them back on but i do get, like today my gen2 map wouldn't turn back on, happens after updates usually and Gportal gets it fixed pretty fast. but your not alone in that 😆

Idk how long you had your server for but Gportal be having issues 😂 but they fix them fast if they can but they will respond to your tickets fast, they do need to figure out why they having issues though cause its getting ridiculous at this point. but you definitely dont have to wipe anything to fix it, just always reach out to them and they will help

They've only confirmed adding some assets to the HLNA shop for consoles. Nitrado servers would still be included in that list as they are console servers. PC (steam/epic) has all of the event assets added back to the base game.

You can go with any provider to prevent your stuff despawning if you don't log in. Only exception to that is if you do not pay for the server then poof goes your server

the setting to prevent dinos and structures de-spawning is just a server config which all providers have access to

Whenever I try to load my game into a modded map (for example The Volcano) it starts to load fine but eventually it closes and asks me to install Battleye. This happens regardless of if I have it installed or uninstalled. Also regardless of if I told the game to launch without it or not.

..also given these are all small dinos, it's really hard to verify if it's an issue finding them or an issue with the code. swap it out with gigas or something to test

Was having an issue with one of my servers. Was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.

Had it set to where for example a wyvern would grow in about 4 hours and the imprint timer is like 48 mins roughly

However even though the settings between all my servers are identical valguero is only giving 2% imprint on wyverns and want care every 5 mins roughly
I have stopped the server reentered the settings and saved and restarted but i still have this issue the other servers are perfectly fine.

Hi, looking for some help - new to hosting a server - I have a private server for myself and friends, and i just put it online about a few hours ago- was testing it out, everthing seemed okay and i wiped the server so i could start over with my friends - put the exact same code i was playing eariler no problems in, now im noticing that the harvests are a bit off. Not getting meat sometiems, or only getting one type of berry per plant.. any ideas?

anyone know why non of the items i put in the loot drops arent working? I have cryos in like the green and i went throught the beacon to do everything. its not popping up in the loots - I have the weights set to 1000-

Also the breeding multipliers are not working either. Should have the breeding at like every 5 mins, but still says next breeding in like a day - other things are working for the coding, like the custom recipies for things work -

Without seeing your drops I am not able to tell you what is wrong there but with the breeding settings they only apply to the next cooldown. So if you had a female waiting 48hrs then changed it in beacon to say 5 mins. It will still be at 48 mins but the moment it breeds then the next cooldown will be 5 mins

Did you have the server down for 5 minutes before making changes to it? did you place the codes in the game.ini ? not the settings

The beacon app. So I just copy the code, delete the old one, and paste the updated one in the correct areas.

network administration type. it's either open, moderate, or strict.

if he, or you is strict you will have ... well you basically can't connect to each other. if one of you is strict and one moderate you may be able to connect sometimes but with difficulties. if one is strict and one is open you should be fine. if both of you are moderate you will be able to connect, but again experience intermittent issues

there's also other potential problems not involving your nat. just offhand that's what came to mind

if the server had mods installed they both should be running the most up to date versions, but if they mismatched it ideally would error and not even let you in to begin with so, maybe not that

yeah. you'd have intermittent issues, if that was the cause. you could try a VPN. other than calling your isp and asking them to remove a region lock that's about all ya can do

pretty sure it's the global spoil multiplier. Mine are 2hrs in dino inventory and i have the spoil timer set to 2x.

Is there a way to have different mod setting for each map? I use tons of creatures mod on Fjordur because of the map size but I don't want any of them other than Ark Additions and QoL mods in my Scorched Earth because of the small map size

You can, but it is likely to cause issues. Lost engrams transferring between maps and then needing to relearn them.

Lost items / dinos that are unique to a map due to a mod....this will likely cause a lot of headaches.

You might be better off just not allowing creature transfers, assuming there are no items you want to prevent from being transferred.

Element shards aren't usually allowed to be transmitted anyway. If you're using a mod that allows it, you may need to wait for it to update.

in theory they should but it's actually quite bugged and often they miss the last imprint, since you end up only having like a few seconds to imprint a lot of the times
you end up just needing a separate imprint setting for each breeding project that you're doing
