Hello, Can the HUD be made smaller with some kind of setting? I built it on a raft, and because of the structure, it doesn't detect the raft's oars. Or, for example, I collect dodo eggs, and it shows the dodo's HUD and its poop, but it barely notices the eggs. Maybe it would work with a smaller HUD

Otherwise, I like the game, it's very nice. I like rafting at the beginning of the game. There are a lot more rocks in the water, and avoiding them is quite a feat 😄

Has anyone faced the ‘Content Failed to Load’ mod problem? I’ve tried everything—reinstalling the game, installing Amazon Clarifie, reinstalling on another disk, changing my IP to 1.1.1.1, disabling IPv6, etc.—but it still didn’t solve the issue. My game just can’t connect to CurseForge, so the mods won’t load. I can’t join any modded servers. This started on the 22nd, right after patch 75.19 dropped.

plus the passive 10% damage resistance, 10% extra damage, 10% movement speed for just ridding it for 30m
basically outclasses everything but a Giga/Carcha/Dread

Both my Xbox and a friend's Xbox have not been able to log in all day minus about 2 minutes where they moved adolescent wyvern from the hatchery to the outside roof. Was then increasing levels before setting them to attack target from passive.

In the process they got kicked and haven't been able to get on all day.

When I try that server isn't even popping up for me. {Where do I check active or inactive servers?}

And I checked to see if it was an update issue or something on my end and it doesn't appear to need an update or anything.

Wildcard should be ashamed. Took our $ twice, and they've had ample time, and instead of providing what they've promised, they money grab with trash "premium" content. If they can't handle it, they should give the game to a company who can. The "premium" trash doesn't make up for the fact that after ten years, your game is still as F'd up as always.

That's why i did give the benefit of the doubt. But we're 10 years in. We even paid them again. There are still glitches and crashes from years ago. They need to step it up or hand the game off to someone who can handle it (would never happen as they are raking in cash with their "premium" trash)

i figured, ^ so in a way when someone buys a premium mod some of that mod is given to them, and ik nowadays people need ofcourse money to support themselfs its important and everyone gets content and to support the mod creator aswell which i feel is a good fair trade even if some goes to wildcard, honestly thats not bad etheir i mean if wildcard was bankrupt we would have game updates/new content

WC doesn't really work on mods much, except the few event ones. So they aren't the priority. And they do have multiple departments working on different things. Ik it's frustrating when things don't go right, but shit happens and they are actively working on things as we see in #patch-notes and people complaining daily now about updates lol. Look at Bethesda games and their bugs... not that it makes it okay, but developing is hard

ab 5836 has a ping rate of 1100, players crashing and losing all items on their bodies when the log back in. No death just lost items and dinos. this is horrible.

I wonder if the ark devs understand that the "content failed to load" issue is likely not a moded server issue but a issue with there game itself if it was a moded server issue then wouldnt loading into a official non moded server should work just fine? but the problem starts the moment you open the game, and the only way to get around it is to load a single player game a few times almost like ark itself isnt loading properly on start up

Hey there! I found an interesting idea on SE!
I was going through the water cave near the red obi.
This got me wondering how you would go about fixing this map and making it more playable.

My idea!

Add an Aberration zone to the server! This map already has crazy weather system, and the main aberration map has a "Surface" zone and this would compare to SE!

My idea for a boss battle here too would include! A "Rock Well" type boss! That unlocks tek grills!

In lore: Rock-well went crazy on SE, and that is where he started going insane. And started doing mushrooms on Aberration!

I don't know the type of overhaul revamping a map like this but this is my 2 cents!

Some skins you always get another copy when you die and havent turned that off. I think that also goes with skins you "unlock" by achieving the requirements for that, in the case for the aberrant sword killing the correct creature, but I am not 100% sure, what skins fall into this category

hello, i’m currently playing a solo modded world on ps5 in ragnarok. i’ve been having constant issues of crashing with it initially starting out not too frequent and progressively getting more and more frequent until it crashes instantaneously when i load the world up. i even reverted the world back to a point of it being nearly new and the same thing happened but at an even faster rate (i managed to get 3 dino’s tamed and now cannot load back in) i have no idea what is causing the issue and i can provide a list of the mods im using if needed but any help would be greatly appreciated as im losing hope that ill even be able to play

Just had an idea for a mod that you guys can absolutely steal because I have no coding talent at all and this sounds complicated. A mod that makes water more realistic in a survival sense. Not being able to just drink saltwater from the oceans and having to boil water you collect to make it safe to drink would add more challenge to the game. Maybe add some waterborne illnesses for those careless enough to just drink straight from the source without purifying.

I raised the hp of my ossidon from 30k to 50k the spit ball then says i can trap 5 dinos in there, go to try and use it on a raptor.. the ball explodes like as if the raptor is a large dino...
also raised the food stat from 30k to 50k didnt gain any icicles, here i was wondering if the icile counter was just bugging, spit out the icicles to physically count them and hes only spitting 11 of 12 now so i actually lost 1...

Hi, is there any update on ASA mod support through CurseForge?

My mod update has been stuck in “Ready for Review” for over 62 hours.
CurseForge is also returning Internal Server Errors on my project dashboard and support tickets haven’t received replies.

Since ASA relies entirely on CurseForge for mod distribution, long moderation delays completely block mod updates and prevent servers from running normally.

Is this a known issue, or is there an alternative upload route planned?

Hello, I can't connect to my server. I've tried a personal game, but it doesn't work. I keep getting the "Connecting to mod services" message. I'm on Xbox. A friend of mine can connect, and he's on the same console.

I dont know how that works on xbox, but try to restore your licenses. On PS this can help with such issues sometimes, so maybe that works on xbox, too

Maybe try this out. Found that on google.
To restore licenses on an Xbox Series X, go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses and select Restore. If that doesn't work, another common fix mentioned on Reddit is a full console restart by holding the power button until the console shuts down.

or this method: Method 1: Power cycle (unplugging)
Turn off the console. Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller to turn the console off.
Unplug the power cord. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console.
Wait. Let the console sit unplugged for at least a minute to completely drain its power.
Plug it back in. Reconnect the power cord and turn on your Xbox.

If there are barely any dinos or certain modded creatures don't spawn for you in singleplayer/non-dedicated server, I highly recommend launching ASA with this launch command on Steam: -ForceIgnoreSingleplayerSpawnRangeCheck

It will work like a dedicated server and creatures will spawn even when you are not in the render range (It doesn't remove hibernation). I found out about this launch command after months of trial & error, research. Beware of performance loss though. I hope it helps some people!

Well while Im waiting for them to fix servers.... what stats do I need to survive alpha dragon with theri's? My Rex's tore threw everything else but that fire is no joke. Then I tried some unmutated theris and that didnt work any better even with cakes. Like should I stick with 21k health and just mutate for more melee? What stats should I go for to actually survive?

ok, so? thats anyones choice if they don't wanna buy premium mods idk how that can relate to the paleo ark's giga being brought as a mod to vanilla, honestly i would like to see a new giga, and not just a copy and paste of depth's evolve giga as a tlc, not because it looks/feels bad, far from it, but its just, we already play with it as a mod, we already seen it, and in my personal thoughts i'd consider it as "meh" and move on from that, not meaning any disrespect to anyone that has worked on the giga cause ik depths has a team, but im just stateing my view on it, and i think it would be intresting for wildcard to have there own giga made, more so then seeing something mod-wise brought to the game, although u can say that for a arguement with how i feel about garuga's work, but i'd just counter and say his work with his ark additions are brand new creatures so that arguement would be a failure, and honestly i said this a long time ago, Garuga should of been hired by wildcard
