There was a bug in the past that many had (even me) about crash of the game by something else and in 1 week they fixed it

For those here who haven't reported the crashing yet: Please report the crashing bug for Android 8 to help out TGC by providing them with your info and experience on it. The more reports there are, the more information they have to be able to pin point the issue. I've seen that a lot of you who come here haven't reported it yet, so please do I also highly recommend #live-feedback and/or #wishlist-and-ideas-archived to ask for a compensation as TGC isn't the best at providing compensations

Until TGC says otherwise, TGC has not abandoned android 8^^ However android 8 is unfortunately outdated, and will one day stop getting support, just like android 11 will one day also stop getting support when there will be an android 50

Update on an issue I had (I'm Android 12)
My game crashed yesterday and after that became unresponsive, stopping at the "thatgamecompany" screen. Ever since I couldn't access the game. By coincidence today I tried to open other games only to be met with a black screen, including Sly. No sounds or load, immediate black screen. A suggested fix for this was to update the Android Webviewer which for me didn't need to be updated but others can try to see if that might be a problem. I restarted my phone and now everything is mostly functional again. I'm unsure if by coincidence the Android issues has been fixed but I managed to load into the game, so perhaps it might work for others too? I think it could've also been a compatibility issue on top of Sky's bug. Let me know if it helps

If you used to play or playing Cookie Run Kingdom, u will know that game have some bug too
And Devsister (Cookie Run Kingdom Developer ) always give player in all sever a lot of Crystal instead of apologies cause of that bug

All of the new android 8 issues still apply to the android 8 crashing bug. Them fixing the crashing mean other issues can occur because of it. Please report any bugs you encounter to help TGC by providing your info and experience on it, it'll help them to identify the cause and get it fixed sooner I would also recommend #wishlist-and-ideas-archived / #live-feedback to ask for a compensation as TGC isn't the best at providing those. I notice that some who come here to complain about it don't report, so please do so
