Anyone else experiencing an issue with the moomin heart? I had it the first day and i didnt buy the umbrella from the pass, the next 2 days, this happens and i cant buy it.
It looks like a bug. Not sure yet if anyone has found a solution. So If I were you, I would report it ASAP if restarting your game and clearing cache (just cache) does not help.

I am greatful, I was frustrated, I love decorating my nest and just got my last furniture piece from furniture store and am excited to put it in, I have the space for it and all. Sucks we have limited items we can put in nest.
So, this has only happened when I tried to play on my anroid tablet and phone, but collecting wax (regular and seasonal) did not fill up the meter, or it took a long time to process it. I am almost confident it is not a connection issue as my connection is perfectly stable. I have had no problem like this before. This problem has been going on since yesterday, and when I tried to play sky on pc today it worked fine, but not on any of my android devices? Was sadly unable to cr yesterday, and just wanted to know if anyone else was experiencing this, or if there is anything I can do to fix it?
Guys, Has anyone experienced the same thing? Shard eruption suddenly exploded and didn't get a candle, tried clearing data & tried moving maps but it's still the same, my friend also experienced it

You have finished none of the seasonal spirits trees so it's normal you don't have a seasonal heart yet ^^ The one you got from the book's tree (moomin's guide) is only a regular heart and not a seasonal one

The guide's never gives seasonal hearts, if you actually got one, then it must've been a bug and thus the reason why you got it removed from your account

Yeah ity takes time to get all the ults :') Without the dailies you'll only be able to get 2 seasonal candles per day, with the dailies it's 6 per day

However it's still a higher load than before and your device might not be able to keep up with this technology. It might be that the new features are not optimized for all devices or the UI of your device might be conflicting with Sky. Try to #report-a-live-bug by clicking the fire emoji on the channel bottom there, however the best solution would be better GPU optimization by your manufacturer.
hi, i just logged onto sky with local account (i've only ever used google on this device), ended up in the same account as the google one, and then logged off. and now sky won't load, it's stuck as an enlarged version of the app icon. uhhh how do i solve this (i'm trying uninstall an reinstall right now, i'll update if it works)

My device is Realme c55 with mediatek helio g88 why is my fps capped to 20 fps? Is there a solution to get it to 30?
By having a better device only. Your device has a budget GPU and realme doesn't have top notch optimization either.
(Assuming you tried to change graphics in game settings because in battery saver mode it cuts down fps)
I'm playing with default graphics settings.I saw other gameplay of heliog88 but they were playing at 30 fps. I tested it on Realme note 50 with unisoc t612 and the fps is capped to 30 in that phone. Maybe it's a problem with my device only. Thanks for ur response.

Did you guys faced problem in season pass gifting or receiving?or some of you didn’t?
We've been friends for more than 3 days and season started 7 days too but still can't get the season pass
Many players experience this bug and it has became a #known-issues . You can try the following workarounds:
- unfriending and readding each other with candle (which makes gift option appear for a very short time)
- you can try this pass gifting workaround by Hwa: #questions-and-help message (no unfriending needed)
Note that these above don't work for everyone 💯 but it helped a lot of players!

Hello everyone. I know that there's a bug with giving android seasonal pass. I just tried this trick a friend gave to me n I wanna add something for anyone that having trouble figuring it out like me. So you don't have to waste candles to try n make this 1sec bug fix work
This is the instruction I got given
And this is what I did
- Tell ur friend to use book emote. (Tell them not to accept any gift until u say so) (if it doesn't work try using the book emote urself)
- You open their friendship tree when it close so before they accept the gift-
- Spam the seasonal pass till it ask to give friend seasonal pass n click accept.
- Once friend accept the random gift, it'll automatically give them the seasonal pass afterwards.
The seasonal pass icon was available for 1sec so our 3 attempt didn't work until I started spamming the last attempt. Hopes this help for any android user that having trouble to gift seasonal pass to their friends

YES! just like this video but with seasonal pass. You just spam it till it works cuz if u wait for the icon to be bright. You might lose the chance on giving them the item/pass. cuz for me, I saw the icon brighten up for 1sec n I missed my chance on my third tried.

Why are all instruments extremely laggy on mobile (on both WiFi and normal phone service)? Like I'll click a note and it takes several seconds for it to play the sound

It seems to be related to your device because no one recently asked this question. Try these troubleshooting tips:
- Close Background Apps
- Restart the Device
- Check for Android Software Updates
- Adjust Game Settings to battery saver mode
- Clear Cache
- Disable Battery Saver Mode of the device in Android settings
- Check for Resource-Intensive Apps installed
- Change Audio Settings in phone settings

A13 is built with ARM 32 bit architecture, sky requires a 64 bit one to run. That's why it's incompatible. You would have to get a better phone.

Servers seem to be a bit overwhelmed by the Halloween hype. Try to reset the router, or on a different connection and try to restart your game as well. ♥️

I saw people say it happened to them when they were chibi or almost chibi size. So it's a bug when you're small. Definitely report it
Am I the only who experienced a bug server error that after I collect all the waxes and do the dailies a server error pops then I retry many times but still repeats that my patience ran out then I close the game, reconnect then boom almost back to 0 like nothing happened. I promise my internet is good

Check speedtest.net and measure your internet speed. Sky demands very stable net, from overseas ping lag lower than 35ms is recommended. If that's okay and you're not using proxy or V.P.N, #report-a-live-bug

How do I change the payment account? I'm playing the game using my main play store account with my main email adress, but whenever I try to make a purchase, it shows my secondary email address as the payment account. I already checked my play store account settings, and even that is my main account. So not sure why sky tries paying using my secondary Google account. I'm asking because I have Google rewards money that I can use and am trying to use, but it's connected to my main email and not my secondary
Remove the secondary email temporarily from your device. This will force Google to use another email address as the payment option

uninstalling or force stopping the app, then using your browser on your phone (desktop mode), 'downloading' it through the google play website ujsing the right google account, if it doesnt let you download after u only force stopped it, then download it after uninstalling. :) it worked aftert this

Are we still unable to send gift season pass ? 😭
Many players experience this bug and it has became a #known-issues . You can try the following workarounds:

Excuse me. Why can't I shepherd some spirits? I already relived their life and went to the elders temple to awaken them but why can't I see them in the constellations? I'm just gonna use the Bubble lover girl as an example...
The bubble girl is a past seasonal spirit, she does not belong to the base forest constellation. Her spirit doesn't have to go to the temple.
The ? icon is the reward for 100%-ing the constellation. The
star is a space filler so it does nothing.

Past seasonal spirits would return as travelling spirits (or TS) for 4 days, offering the opportunity for players to obtain their cosmetics and upgrade the emotes. However, they are selected at random so we do not know which spirit would return until it's announced in #news

I know tgc is having a lot of the same requests about not getting Passes and iaps right now, but how long will a respond from the ingame tech support take? Im growing anxious and would at least like to know an estimate amount of days it usually takes (overall i've now been waiting for more than a week, including just waiting on my own, contacting support via website and getting an automated responce, and now waiting for the ingame tech support to answer)
During busy times it takes up to 2 weeks for them to reply. It's best not to ping the ticket while waiting for their response because that can result in a more delayed response by getting back to the end of the waiting queue.

hey, is android having any audio issues? i can't hear anything after the TGC hand loading thing. i went to yt to make sure if it's any problem with my earphone and it wasn't, checked the game audio settings as well, everything is normal
It's working fine on Androids but android can handle Audio clumsy ways and unlike YouTube, Sky has multi channel audio. Try the following:
- disable auto running of apps in background (like Spotify autoplay when you're connecting a device)
- make the device forget the earphone completely from Bluetooth settings
- re-register the earphones
If that doesn't help, check without earphones and connect them once the game launched. Good luck🍀

My Moto G54 5g has a problem that was already reported months ago and I myself reported the same problem a few days ago in the chat #bug-reports-android. So the question came to me, will the problem go away if I update my Android?

The game is really demanding on the GPU and uses Vulkan, which can be tough on weaker devices like the A series Samsung. It seems like most people don’t have this issue, so it might just be specific to certain devices.

On the top of this, TGC implemented the choices of motion blur and fps + resolution independently in Sky settings, which was highly requested by the players, however not all devices can keep up with this technology.

Try removing resource hungary background apps like tiktok and facebook. If that doesn't help maybe try to restore the device to its factory state (backup is essential).

doesn't happen to me, but it sounds like either a bug or your device specs not being enough to run sky well
or like, corrupted files. always try reinstalling/reloading when you encounter a bug

For that price range it's possible to find a device with nfc but not a device that would run sky well

Why did I enable skipping animations in the settings, but the last animation of Eden cannot be skipped
I'm guessing the cutscene after you walk through the door? That is the cutscene with the credits and therfore not auto skippable. It's not a bug it's meant to be manually skipped

My friend has gotten the cheaper sky IAPs with those points before. I personally don't know how they work. I suppose it's a payment option at check out process.

Google play points can be converted into google play money, that can be used to be a curtain amount of money off the product

Go to googe play, press your profile pic then play points
Then go to use then play credits, since sky doesn't have any sort of collab with google play so you need to buy credits in order to get a little discount

Yes. Depending on your device, you may be able to use Bluetooth / MiFi-certified controllers to play Sky. iOS Devices iOS features controller
I've checked with the guide link above my message, and Xbox controllers should work seamlessly above android 9, so if you have an issue, it could be connectivity related or something on your particular device prevents it. 
My recommendation is to try it out on a different (borrowed) mobile device to sort out the device related issues. 
I saw that, I have an S24 Ultra running Android 14, so I don't think it's a compatability thing with the OS version

Most likely yes. Your device might be struggling with the new game features and getting a new stronger one would be the solution. You can also give it a shot by filing a report in #report-a-live-bug

This is because of the HHGames app which is interfering with Sky. That is not part of the game but appears regardless as an overlay and doesn't let Sky to load imo
HHGames is the distributor of the game in Vietnam, it is official and it should work regardless of that as it is a part of the game in Vietnam/lh

To the first question... i think it wont be possible. To the 2nd...it can take a week or more, depending on the subject of the issue and the amount of messages Support needs to deal with.

To clarify some misunderstandings, #live-feedback is about making game suggestions overall, but they can't handle account related shenanigans there.
Support always bans upon reviewing your past game logs, therefore they might had a firm reason for it.
Many players don't know (but ToS clearly states) that not only cheats but also acting towards others inappropriately. exploiting in-game currency, using alts for hearts, sending hearts for IAPs, giving away account access are serious violations. You can contact support though through their website with your Sky id asking them kindly about it.

You can't, it's your phone's background app management which closes (and then relaunches) heavier games in the background. The game doesn't register wax to your Skykid if it's in background anyway.

hi, this might sound silly but uh....is there a way to safe recorded videos instantly to the gallery instead of having to post it somewhere? i love that we have the ingame no ui record function like the ios, but one thing im noticing is that while in ios there a function/button to "save to photos" im not seeing it on android (er, samsung specifically) and i have to send it to my dump server to save the videos. i might be missing something, maybe im blind, but i just really want the convenience of just...saving it to my gallery 😭
Depending on what files app you have installed, you should be able to "share" the video with the files app and save it to your phone.

Tip: on my iPhone if I swap between Sky and Discord for example every few seconds, Sky doesn't restart. On my Android I can have Sky in background up to a half minute. I think it depends on your device hardware and optimization

Your friend can put the account at the risk of getting banned. Never share account information with anyone; logging into someone else's account is a violation of Sky terms of service.

I checked and there was no big update in June in the game and other players have been submitting bugreports in the past few days about small bugs, so there must have been something on your device: a conflicting app you installed or maybe you didn't update your Android. Try to clear Sky cache and data, restart device.
If nothing helps, back-up all your data and factory reset the device. I have no other ideas sorry.

Probably not enough players sent feedbacks about it or it's much harder to implement: If you watch some of TGC's development videos, you can learn about the complexity physics of the game and directional control jump might not be an added feature, but a summary of other movement logical codependencies. As long as we don't know specifics about feedback numbers or its actual coding cause, it's not wise to jump into conclusions.

- don't aim too high or too low
- chibi or small sizes tend to get blown away a little bit earlier

Sometimes, when you buy something, your phone freezes for a moment and leads you to the Google Play confirmation. There are chances that your game crash but still having the confirmation menu open (depending on your phone's performance I suppose)

If phone is good, may stay open until you finish purchasing

It depends on personal preferences and device type
- For android the best quality/performance ratio is in normal mode.
- Stronger devices support 60fps as well, if you want smoother movements or for creating content, but after a while it heats up phones and drains battery at inconvenient measure.
- If someone's device lags heavily, or wants to save on battery, then battery saver mode is a great feature.
Hello! My Skykid has some kind of issue while flying since last update or the previous one: it flies with its knees bent. Before the updates, this only happend for a while after the rebirth, but when I got a WL my flight got back to normal.
This is not only afecting appearance (it is really ugly) but also I feel like its flight is slower. Is it happening to someone else?

Hello, I'm back again because of circumstances unforeseen to me I probably won't be able to get the S24 Ultra as I had hoped for. So I was wondering what the next best phone would be for Sky, I have forgotten my alternatives so I will ask again what other options I have that Sky can run as smoothly as possible. Any budget will work for me right now.
I never had any problem running sky on my S23
The only problem I might have is the fact I might not be able to get it without switching my carrier, as well as other personal info. But yeah, I'll try looking into it.
Do I understand right that you are stuck with your carrier? If so, please list the phones offered by them. But you can buy unlocked phones as well which support multiple carriers. If you want a slightly better price/value ratio with better camera, better battery life, and more eye friendly screen, I recommend Xiaomi 14 (non ultra version). It has an amazing chipset and is available in unlocked versions.
It's not just being stuck with my carrier really it's moreso I want to keep my number if possible but I also don't want to switch to Verizon because it's expensive. My carrier is Straight Talk. Here's where things get weird: I talked with their customer support and they say they DON'T support the S24 Ultra as of now. I went to my local Walmart and they also said I'd need to switch to Verizon, but I could keep my number at the expense of how much it'll likely cost for data per month. It gets even more strange when Straight Talk's website actually SELLS the S24 Ultra and it apparently lets you keep your number when going through checkout and such... But I never bought the phone yet.
I'm also looking online and seeing mixed answers that seem to work, and don't work with Straight Talk. Some say just take the SIM card out of the old phone and put it in the new one and it works, others say it doesn't. So I hope you understand my great confusion.
I see. I need to point out that the fact that Straight Talk sells the S24 Ultra on their website and allows number retention during checkout can be misleading. It may indicate that they are in the process of supporting the device, or it could be a new offering that hasn't been reflected in customer support responses yet. It's best to ask them again, in what ways they don't support it, because many times it can mean they just don't support 5g or VoltE, which are quite minor compromises, while they fully support calls and LTE/4G coverage, therefore everything a regular user needs.
Another approach is getting information about what flagships are supported and come back with a list here.

hey so i'm trying to install sky on my phone, i wanna get back into it, but it asks for me to free up like 8gb of storage?
i remember it being 2-3gb is this normal?
for more context even if i were to delete all my other apps it would still ask me to free up more space, all my photos and videos are on an SD card so deleting those wouldn't help, anything else are system apps or apps that come with the phone and i cant delete them, i have a Samsung A20 if that helps with anything??

Sounds like a requirement for a delta update, where an application makes a copy of itself while uploading a new version, I think it's to ensure the integrity of the update. Then the copy would be deleted once the update is complete

There's no annual list, but the minimum requirements didn't change as far as I know.
It rather depends on optimization and Vulkan support: for example several android 10 phones can't run Sky but still many android 9 devices are compatible.

As for my current situation, I've decided that I could order the S24 Ultra off the website and if it doesn't end up working I have the opportunity to return it and get a refund.
I personally have the A54 5g, it's fairly cheap atm due to being out for a good year or so. I remember there's been a surge of sky bugs with ths s24, like when people couldn't play whatsoever because of it but idk if its still a reoccurring issue
I have the S24U and could play on it with no issues for months. It's butter smooth. The bugs for it have been fixed.
Add on: the inital crashing could be due to the exynos chipset in some versions of the S24 and S24+. Those are known to have some issues with sky. The Ultra has only one version that uses snapdragon chip.
Yes, if you plan in the long term the s24 (especially Snapdragon version) is a much better choice with its superior Adreno 750 GPU vs the A54 and its still decent , but mid-range Mali-G68 GPU. The S24 is also a year newer which means an additional year of update support. Let's hope both devices will remain supported for a long time with updates for Sky!

This may have been answered before, but every time I try to click on the favorite emotes in the menu to use them, it greys out everything but the WL count, and even if I click on it and open the favorites wheel, I'm stuck in the greyed out

some of them (static emotes, ie. point & spin) make you fall down faster, but most emotes are interruped by flight and so dont play out the entire animation (ie. wave, confetti)

You can #report-a-live-bug and wait for TGC to release fix (the fix likely will come with an update).
Changing your whole device display width may help but this will affect the whole device menu (like homepage icons and other apps), so if the icons can still be clicked i’d prefer not to dig into developer mode and just wait for them to fix.
Are you currently logged into sky with facebook? This usually gives the successfully unlinked prompt.

note: sky has been very sensitive with internet lately. you can use speedtest.net to check if your connection is good enough. according to tib (iirc) you want download speed higher than 35 and ping lower than 35

One day I reinstalled the game, and since then it just keeps logging me out of steam on mobile, and its making me extremely livid.
i believe that has to do with steam's security policies, something about it not allowing a key to be saved for sky? logging in with something else like google or apple id shouldn't ask for your login repeatedly

Actually it's my main daily phone and I love it!
It's pretty neat, better than any of my previous Android phones. I have played Sky on more than 10 devices so far.
I'll upload some screenshots and videos with it. 
- The experience is VERY smooth and bug free. I have more server merges than on my iPhone, which is exceptional. Frame drops are non-existent even when making screen recordings with 4 Megabytes/s on 2670x1200px 60fps.
- The device is known to heat thanks to its metallic case and effective heat dissipation, but not known to overheat. I was able to shoot videos with it with max settings for more than half an hour in summer heat.
- Thanks to its chipset, optimization and smaller screen, I noticed great antialiasing.
- Its battery life is amazing after the 2 weeks system self optimization period with up to 2 days of use and it charges up extremely fast
- Finally a phone (regardless PWM marketing numbers with other brands) which gets close to iPhone 11's IPS in terms of eye comfort and safety. This device is the only one in the market with great camera + great hardware + safe screen modulation depth across all brightness levels. 👁️
- I'm meticulous and critical with the phones I use. As with all phones, it's not perfect as well: I noticed a glitch in Sky, which I think will be resolved in a future update: at the edge of snow terrains I see white sparkles ✨ (but all other snow terrains mid-area are perfect). Non Sky known issue: some random models have the camera fog bug after extensive camera use because of leftover condensation, which can be easily resolved by removing the sim tray for a while.
Note: I still use Sky more often on my iPhone to save on battery and because that IPS + Sky are so pleasing.
Update:
- It supports 120fps without significant heat! I've always felt some "disconnectedness" with androids compared to iOS devices. It was a very slight difference in feel, but it was always there until this day.

The video quality seems to be ruined by YouTube on default settings. Sharpness feels somewhat closer to the screenshot above on 60fps. 📹
Update: if I choose custom resolution of 1440p 60fps on my phone, that's pretty accurate.

I have this quirky thing where, if you enable game space (HyperOS game mode), TGC logo upon game startup sequence were sped up. But not when it was disabled

It's because your game mode is conflicting with the game. It's recommended to turn off game boosters and game modes because they tend to cause issues. If you experience glitches and bugs, remember to try out without game mode as well

The headphones appear on your character when you play music or audio in another app while playing Sky (as long as you're not wearing another mask accessory). You can use them any time by putting on some tunes! 🎧 (iOS only, due to limitations in Android hardware)
On android Samsung galaxy tab is anyone else having their map stone NOT show lost light? Had 134 wl, lost 4 or so, not on map, went to eden to see if they spawned there as it's the only place I haven't found all map stones, lost 10 more in the process. Down to 120, found some in different places just going thru like a wl run, Uninstaller and reinstall app, still no stars on map stone.
Map shrine bugs have been existing since they were introduced to the game and they are unrelated to platform. You can #report-a-live-bug to devs showing the missing lights from the maps to them on screenshots.
Unfortunately they are quite inconsistent as well, apart from the false indicator in Isle of Dawn none of these bugs are permanent.

idk if this is bug on android, but after I clear data (luckily my Google account linked) my emotes history and wheel disappeared after I login oh and suddenly the forge a candle tutorial appeared out of nowhere too
Clearing data for apps is not recommended. That stores important information about your game. Clear cache instead, if you need to do it for any reasons and clear data only if that's the final option.
I reason to clear data since I accidentally open support menu or in-game recording(?) which made my data increase gb or mb

Try on different Sky graphics settings, but in general tablets (except top tier ones) are not the best devices for gaming, because usually they don't have such a powerful hardware like mobile devices do. I've read about it and it's been often criticised for its weak optimization and poor software support. Try to go through Eden with a mobile device.

it update just fine on my nintendo, and i tried updating other apps on my phone and they update normally, just sky isn't, its a eternal loading that ends up with an error message, idk what to do anymore im gonna cry 🫠
May I suggest you check first how is your wifi or data working and available space at your device? Any of those can prevent the game from updating correctly.

What model of device are you using? Have you checked if it may be Google Play's issues again? You can try clearing cache (not data, just cache) From Google Play, Google Play services, and Play Store, and Play Games ---- For example: Playstore's app info---then to storage---then "clear cache" option. And restart your device.

Did you try restarting your device? That and clearing Google Play's cache worked for another Android player.
Also keep in mind Sky requires a lot of internet connection.

Servers have been struggling judging from some posts at QnH. So maybe is Sky's servers struggling...
Pretty sure that we cannot do much with it other than report it, there is probably some issue with getting the Sky ID from the steam auth so the app crashes, hopefully gonna get resolved soon

My Xiaomi 14 supports 120fps now thanks to the update and it's so smooth without quick heating! I've always had good android devices but this is the first one where I don't feel the "disconnectedness" in gameplay compared to iOS devices. It's like a black panther running amongst hanged silk clothes.
Since the game update everything is even smoother and more crisp. This is the first time I prefer playing on Android compared to my 60fps compatible iPhone.

Yes. it also crashes on a Nintendo account, if you linked your account to a Google account, I suggest you try logging in with that.

That's kind of an issue when u just can do that if u r able to log in on sky, if u cant log in through either nintendo or steam logins on phone or tablet/ipad its kinda impossible to connect to a google account as u need to connect to your save file afterall, Idk if u can do that on pc so that's kinda the suggestion and only way i guess...
If your log in method is either through nintendo or steam a lot of people r having issues with it.. For now is better to wait for them to fix this bug

Actually no, I have a regular account set up on my Huawei account for a year now. This has never happened before, so I decided to post here
What I mean is if you have already linked your account to Google,which in my case I had and instead of using Nintendo which I always used , I used Google this time and it didn't crash.
D-pad support has been added for controller on Android in this update. Left opens the quest list, right opens chat log and zoom is with up/down.

Chat I changed the quality and the whole game tweaked out and got seizure-

It appears that your device is not capable of the higher graphics
I believe you can try clearing cache or restarting your device and try again. Otherwise, for the time being, just stick with default resolution (1 lightning) and 30 fps as I think it looks good enough
Or 1 lighting + 60 fps might work (that's what I use, it's virtually similar to the previous 2 lightning mode before update)
The thing is I had in the low resolution when I opened the game (no lightning) and when I put it on 1 lightning, it just lost it and this happened. After I restarted my phone, I went back on to record what happened, and it was on 1 lightning when I got back on. Then the same issue happened again after I put the game on higher resolution. After I recorded that I went back in and put it on highest resolution, then back on the lowest, and the game lost it again💀
My phone was capable to run on high resolution and 60 fps before the update, so I kinda doubt it's my phones fault (unless the resolution was changed to ultra 4k or anything

Ohh that's a strange issue. My phone is also capable 60 fps max on higher resolution but I don't encounter this problem (thankfully)
So it might be the gpu on your device?
Definitely worth to report it so devs can address the different types of graphic processing units in some android devices

Sorry to bump into this, but i think it’s a game bug and not the fps 
If it's a game bug it should happen to pretty much across devices, I just suggested it might be a problem related to some type of gpu

I think it's your GPU most probably. If you have been using your phone for a long time, GPUs degrade over time. Try clearing cache and removing all the apps in the background when you play this. Plus, try doing the same thing while you're on charger. Low battery causes these problems too sometimes. And lastly, what phone are you using?

The headphones appear on your character when you play music or audio in another app while playing Sky (as long as you're not wearing another mask accessory). You can use them any time by putting on some tunes! 🎧 (iOS only, due to limitations in Android hardware)
Trying to bring my steam account to mobile so that I can then move it to my switch. However unfortunately it has crashed about 10 times trying to log into steam from the sky app. Anytime I try to swap over to the steam app to try and get the code, the app resets as well. So it seems the only current solution is to buy another phone, move my authenticator to it, and then scan my first phone with it. Are there any other solutions to this issue that people have found?

Beginning a new Sky game on Nintendo Switch will automatically link your Nintendo account, so please make sure to use your mobile device to link your current Sky account to a Nintendo account FIRST if you wish to continue with your current mobile account on Nintendo Switch. Once you link your account either on mobile or by starting a new game on Nintendo Switch there is no possible way to unlink it. Player Support cannot manually assist with linking or unlinking an account. Please use caution and make sure you’re linking the correct account, as this action is permanent.
Which login methods work the most reliably now that steam is still down 
At this moment there seems to be issues with Game Center, so some players are not being able to log in. This might be located at Sky's servers /Sky's side of the servers.
Is the team aware of the android login issues? Like has any1 reported it yet?
If the team has enough information about the error, and enough reports have been sent to them in #report-a-live-bug to hit the necessary report threshold, they disclose it in #known-issues . It's not listed there, so reporting it is recommended.
Possible workaround for Android crashing when starting the game after 27.5 update
This solution worked for Bird man ari, who was trying to log in Sky with an Android device using Nintendo as log in method:
It crashes as soon as I hit "Play" and it tries to log me in (device doesn't experience intense overheating from Sky).
“update on my crashing issue... I cleared the app storage for Sky in my device Settings and it fixed the issue! I'll leave what worked for me here in case anyone else needs the information
Go to Settings > Apps > Sky > Storage & Cache > Clear Storage (Make sure your account is linked to something before clearing app storage so you don't lose your progress!)”

Could not find an answer or post when I did a search--
for Android mobile, the new sound settings include a "Master," and this is preventing me from using my phone's volume buttons to control in-game volume, which is EXTREMELY inconvenient when I need to quickly adjust sound, like when someone is spam-honking, etc. Additionally, the game's max sound cannot go as loud as I am able to with my phone's volume settings--which is helpful during Eden. My other friend who plays on Android is also experiencing this--anyone know if this is already a known issue? Or do we need to update a mobile setting?
Still cannot login on my tablet... I have erased everything and reinstall, nothing, it crashes just by clicking the login. there is a way to login with third party but its against the game's terms... 😭

Ok so. Apparently the new in-game (master?) sound setting option messes with the volume control buttons of android devices. Pressing on them does not have any effect, unless I hold them, but that obviously changed the volume too quickly and with less control.

I suggest that you look first for all the information of the device you need, and even is a good idea if you have a draft of what you want to describe, so you dont forget what you need.

Why does sky require so much storage space to update?
It says it needs only 2 GB of space to update, yet, my phone currently has 8 GB free space. I remember last update it took 4 gb of free space to update.
It's a very strict google install policy. Google needs multiple times more space than the app size. But if you have 8gb, try restarting the phone and try again
i used to play with max graphics and max fps, back then furnitures for me was all black but i didn't care much since i dont really like to buy furniture, but now the outfit is all black for me too(even for other players i see), idk if this is a bug in the update or just my device not being able to meet the specs the game needs

Looks like you went in eden before the weekly reset which happens in 20 minutes. You can wait until then to relogin and they should work.

I bought a new Tab Samsung like my mobile and I uploaded everything from the mobile to the tablet, but Sky didn't follow up and I don't find it in my mobile anymore 😭

Hey I did everything I can do I cleared the game's storage and connected all the links. I even delete it and reinstalled it cause maybe there was a problem with the last update but it still doesn't work

I was burning the wax tree in the sanctuary island and my game crashed at the last moment, I couldn't even collect the wax

It seems to be server issues of some kind of I had to guess. Chat not sending, wax not collecting. Plus, every time I try to log in on Android I get server issues or it crashes. It's unfortunate but not the first time for Android, I'm sure they'll fix it soon ^^;

Yes, the only solution I've found so far is to completely clear the app storage for Sky in the device's settings. Unfortunately that only seems to be a temporary solution. It worked and let me play the game, but the day after I tried this it crashed on me again. I highly suggest sending in a bug report about it so the devs can look into it more 
Keep in mind that you should only clear your app storage if you have your Sky account linked to something, otherwise you may temporarily or permanently lose access to your progress, especially if you don't have your Sky ID or a way to recover it.
I can't seem to adjust my volume in the game. I don't even see the volume bar pop up. Pressing my volume buttons while in the game just does absolutely nothing. If I pull down the top menu on my phone however (I don't remember what it's called) while the menu is down, I can adjust the volume and see the slider appear, and I can start to hear the game. But once the menu is back up, the situation happens again. Whatever volume I set while the menu is down is what stays once I put the menu up, and the volume is stuck at its setting until I pull down the menu again. I wanted to post this issue in "bug-reports-android" but I can't message there for some reason?

I play on a pixel 6a, I've tried the suggestions from the known issues channel and nothing is working. does anyone know if it just isn't compatible with my phone anymore? or is there anyone else with the same phone as me who can still play it
Okay so I tried using my wired headphones and wireless earbuds to listen to the game, and the sound is heard at some sort of volume, not one I can adjust. With the master volume slider I can adjust the volume from there to lower it if I want to. That works ig. However, when I play sky without any headphones there is no way of turning up the volume because the volume of my phone can't be adjusted, and it is stuck on zero volume, making the master volume slider useless and I can't hear anything.
I've seen this text happen with my phone once and I was devastated 😭. But I think I restarted my phone and waited a few days and suddenly the message wasn't there and I can play again.

Oh. I'm not sure then. I think the message for me was a sort of bug or something because it went away, but I think the message is REAL for you. I think the game just might not be capatible anymore on your phone. But I'm not sure.

Is anyone else not receiving the 15 music notes? I went online to collect them but they aren't there, I got four music notes from the event wax but that's it. Does the event just stop giving 15 scattered music notes after the first?? — it's already reset, plus just making sure cause it might not be a bug ( I got yesterdays music notes, so I had 19; I collected the event wax so I now have 23, that's all the music wax/notes I got and found. The theme is still joy too! 
I already restarted my sky. If someone knows smt about it or if it was already reported please lmk!!

You only get 15 extra music notes in aviary area once. After that you'll just get 4 of the tickets from interacting with the event. These 15 physical tickets are meant to be a scavenger hunt activity that players can do in their own pace throughout the event duration. It's all explained in the patch notes too
After that one scavenger hunt activity, it won't show any other day after? — just a clarification! 
Yup only just 15 once throughout the whole event. You'll only get 4 tickets every day from now on
