Hello. Motorola G series line is incompatible with Sky because they have incomplete essential Vulkan drivers (this is how they come out of factory and only Motorola could fix it).

hello everyone. so I've been having trouble logging into my Sky account, especially at night. and I don't know why that happens. I was able to play it just now in the morning, but now when I try to log in again, it won't work. I've restarted the phone, reinstalled the game and so on. but nothing works🥹
I was wondering where did all the people live having problems log in during nights , because some of my Taiwanese friends doesn't seem to have problem with log in at all
Sorry if it was too personal, i was just curious-- because only a few people got involved in this problem including me (some of them said it's okay to use VPN or either switch your WiFi to data ) but i don't know if it's safe to use vpn to log in sky 😔
V.P.N. is not recommended because the game won't work normally and issue free with it. Even Skybot gets often triggered by this word.

Has anyone figured out why so many people appear as offline when they are not actually offline? Is it a device issue? I have been having the issue of not appearing online to certain friends for years, regardless of being on wifi or using data.

Something happened to the memories, I used it to move faster and got a Hack warning letter
Coz the memory itself used hacks, you indirectly used the hack from opening it and tapping the camera icon.

It could be the internet in your area, I had that too sole years ago where always at a certain time at night too many people in the area where I lived with same isp would be home and using the network at the same time and it just couldn't handle the load

This usually happens on older phones, typically the phone struggles with ram or directing storage, crashing will occur in other apps too, such as your photo gallery not loading on discord or other apps or even the gallery app itself crashes
If you opened sky on switch before linking, it'll link a default moth account to it

If it's not affecting other apps then yes, clear cache and run your device care app
If it doesn't fix it, maybe try reinstalling sky
Also turning your phone off and on helps if you don't do that regularly

Do they ban for viewing such memories? You yourself do not actually use cheats.
Accidentally interacting with it won't get you banned, but repeatedly abusing it can put you at risk
it's kind of unfair because you don't actually use cheats. it's very strange that instead of fixing errors in the game itself, the developers are now banning for this.🫠🫠

It's unfair because you're not the person cheating. TGC are the ones allowing those memories to stay up. Also TGC's new ban/mute policies are getting seriously out of hand.
Unfair is pretty subjective. Terms of Service covers exploiting , which is using the advantage of bugs with game currency. This is worded that way because in constant game development bugs can always happen, TGC is investigating the issue as we speak. I never used them, they were always exploit sus to me.
You abuse a shared memory that was clearly hacked. I think that counts as abusing hacks. Even if it's indirectly. Not unfair.

Hello everyone. I wrote this question in another channel, but maybe here someone can give a hint. So the problem is in game crashes on teclast tablet. I've been told that this tablet is awful, but still maybe there's a way to play, even with the worst graphics, settings and so on?
Usually the reason is not graphics settings but the manufacturer (Teclast) put incomplete drivers in device. You can try to contact the manufacturer though for software updates and click the 🔥 on channel bottom of #report-a-live-bug to start a bug report, Skybot app will contact you for details

strange question for you phone users. does the game work better on android or I phone. I really like this game and my phone is up.
fyi i'm currently using Iphone, just looking for that good performance.
Works better on iPhone since sky was originally made for it. Android has the ported version
Also iOS is a better platform because it does not suffer from the disadvantages of Android fragmentation. (In a lot of other aspects android has an advantage, of course)

I just played fine
When this happens it's usually just your connection. It exists but it's not very strong and Sky is sensitive to that.
Restart the router, try on a different connection and if that doesn't help you, you need to call your internet service provider
Have tried several times to log in and still unable to connect

It's just that someone hacked into my friend's account and sky banned him for "cheating", when he hadn't even played that day. (He told me that)
Guys I have a device narzo50i Android 11 version. I can't download sky in that device as it shows "your device isn't compatible with this version". How to fix it? Please help me out.
The only fix is to have another compatible device. You can check the minimum requirements pinned in this channel
It's possible to hack someone's account which happens mostly from low security and wrong personal decisions.
Bans don't happen the same day the player breaks the rules. From what we have seen it happens the upcoming days. Sky just had a ban wave sanctioning players who used exploits
The Realme narzo50i device has a GPU IMG8322, if it can't handle Vulkan there won't be a way for you to "fix" it.

I linked my PlayStation account to my mobile and now I'm trying to link my switch to my mobile but whenever I sign in with the link option the game provides, it tells me that my login information is incorrect, however when I log in on a actual browser with the exact same information it signs me in without any issue.
Did you try to sign in with the regular mobile account and link switch from there? It's not clear what do you mean by "sign in with the link option", since it seems you already ha e 2 links: mobile and ps
Okay so I was told that in order to link my PlayStation account to my new switch I needed to use the mobile version of the game to link them both.
When I try to sign into my Nintendo account on my mobile version, the information is incorrect. However when I use a regular browser to sign into my Nintendo account using the exact same information, it logs me in just fine.
If you use autocomplete try to input the information manually. Also you can login to mobile sync. What is your mobile sync method?

There seems to be a user error there. Write down step by step everything how did you try to link switch to mobile

Are you sure you used the same small and big letters as your browser? It might worth a try to copy the browser password and email (which works) and then send it to yourself on email, so you can try to copy paste it when you want to link your switch.
Alternatively you can try to link Gmail, log in with Gmail and chech whether that can work for whatever weird reason.

Not in Nintendo, here seems to be the confusion. You need a Nintendo account. The Nintendo account email can be the same address as the email address but it has a fully separate password
But I use the same password whenever I sign into my switch?
You need to use not your Gmail password here, but the password of Nintendo (the email address can be the same, the passwords can be different on Gmail vs Nintendo website)
Where did you download Sky from?
The exact same password I use to access the Nintendo eShop whenever it gives me the prompt to re-enter my password is the same one I used to try and sign in to the mobile app
The Google app store and the Nintendo eShop
In order to sort out possible mobile keyboard issuesc try this:
- copy from PC the password and email
- send it to yourself in an email message you can open on phone
- copy the credentials on phone from that message
- try to link switch with pasting those credentials
Don't type on phone, just copy paste 
Be careful not to copy paste any unnecessary space characters!

Let me get the full timeline for you
I first made an account on PlayStation using PSN
Then after finding out that I can play it on mobile I made a Mobile account using my email
Then someone told me that I could link my account from my PlayStation onto my mobile device
That signed me out of my Google account and now my phone and Playstation have my PlayStation account on it.
After recently getting a switch from my birthday on Wednesday, I wanted to see if I could link my PlayStation account that is on my PlayStation and phone to my Nintendo switch.
The method to do that is to link both accounts using my mobile device
When I try to link my Nintendo account and using the exact same login information that I have used to sign into my new switch and Nintendo itself, the pop-up browser is that the mobile version of the game provides tells me that my login information is incorrect.
I have even switched up my account information multiple times to try to get in and each time has been incorrect.

First was PlayStation then Google
Ok if you have 2 separate accounts, you cannot link them. You can only add new login info to existing accounts, so if you login with psn and then try to link the same google email, you will get exactly this error.

No when I downloaded the sky game on mobile I played it no knowing I can link accounts
That mobile account using my email still exists but after I connected my PlayStation account to my mobile device, my Google account got pushed out.
Now I'm trying to link my Nintendo switch to the same account on my mobile device but then the pop up sign in for the Nintendo account link just continues to say my login information is incorrect
Yeah you simply got logged out of your google account but it still exists, as a separate account, and you can't link that to your psn acc. Alright, then can't try Tib's tip rn.
Back to the nintendo login then. When you click on 'link nintendo', it opens the same nintendo login site as in your browser?
I was able to try on my phone by now (it updated first xD) and it does load the same site for me and also accepts the same email+password as in my browser.

If the problem is that the log in page inside Sky doesn't accept your log-in credentials (mail and password) you can try setting up an Passkey (biometric authentication) and use that to log in. Passkey would have been my next suggestion 😃 try that, hope it works (in case it doesn't, try nintendo support)
When I tried to do the pass key it never allowed me to go to the page not only does it say that it doesn't accept the pass key but when I go to the information link to see why it gives me an error

I guess because you were still logged in there from before (you stay logged in pretty long with nintendo, their sessions don't expire)
But that doesn't really help with Sky, I wish the game could just access the same browser 
Aight, so you can't copy the password from the password field when you login in browser, I just tried.
But you could still try copy/paste once again, like Tib said earlier today, but no need to send it somewhere. Just type your password somewhere on your phone e.g. note app or a chat with yourself, cut it (not copy) then paste it: 1. for login in browser, 2. for login in Sky. See if that works.

I've came up with some more ideas.
- in SKY app, logout from psn acc and login with google acc. Try to link nintendo there (but don't complete! Only up to the email+password page to see if you get the same error there. Don't link bc that will link your nintendo to the google acc instead of the psn acc)
- on start screen of the SKY app, choose login method nintendo and also check if you get the error on the login page (don't proceed! This will start a new acc, just check the email+password page there too)
- in your browser, change your nintendo password to smth very simple like test1234. Login to SKY app with psn, try to link nintendo. See if it works with the new password (in that case you can procedd with the linking) Also, change your password back to something secure after this!

guys someone asked why they can't update sky. they're using realme device.
If you were already playing Sky recently and you can't update it may be due to issues from Google Play app. In those cases, if Google Play says “this app is not compatible with your device”, try this;
Go to settings >Apps/Storage>Apps search for “Google Play” “Google Play Services” “Play Store” and “Play Games” and delete their cache/ (if cache didnt help...try data) if you can; after that try downloading Sky again.

hey guys so i cant find HDR setting when playing on the s23 and the display doesn't look its in HDR so how should i enable HDR?
The game itself doesn't have HDR function in android.
Some lights in the game are already eye piercing so HDR probably just would make it worse anyway

I have an HDR option in my gamebooster integrated. Maybe Samsungs has one too
I have HDR enabled on s24 and the elder mask eyes pierce through my soul in dark lighting.

Hi! With occasional crashes because of it's system UI and some occasional frame drops it should be 60fps compatible
And how to deal or solve the problem of the system UI?
It's factory default on that device, you can't do anything with poco ui
Do you suggest any other options but in the same budgets?
It's quite a reasonable choice btw, but if you want less bugs and more stability for Sky then I suggest used or refurbished Google pixels from eBay for example, or older iphones (iOS is the most stable for Sky because the game was written to them originally)
For 60fps pixel 4+ or iPhone 11 and higher recommended

You don't need to find pixel here. You need to find "Google pixel" on eBay. iPhone 11s can be pretty cheap there as well, but i am sorry if you found on the out of your budget devices
As said, that Poco x6 is a reasonable choice as well.
My previous poco X5 pro could run at 60fps. X6 definitely can do the same.

The UI problem? I simply don't install the update. It doesn't affect performance.
As I said crashes are occasional and you can turn off updates in phone settings, nothing too serious tbh

hope someone can help ,When i try to sign or log in with my google acc , the screen gets darker for a few seconds but i can still see the menu and stuff and it seems my phone is processing something but nothing happens and the screen goes back to normal
Make sure you have Google Play Games and Playstore installed and signed in with the same Gmail you use for sky
I also recommend turning your phone on and off and deleting the cache for sky
I have done all of these and still nothing 😭

Try checking if your account is connected inside play games
Play games > click sky button > tap the three dot button > settings > change accounts for games > if yes, sign it out then log in

Some people just wait it out and it fixes itself, some fix it by installing games from alternative stores (eg. Samsung store), some did it by deleting all storage for google app or the google play services

Try to remove all audio related apps which might be conflicting with Sky and set android audio settings to default. Something on your phone is conflicting with in-game sounds.

They could have received automatic updates. If nothing comes to your mind, back up all phone data and hardreset the device.
because the sound when booting up the game is there, its just when it actually opens the sound isn't there

If that doesn't help try to remove all audio related apps and settings. Connect and remove headphones. The splash screen sound is good but when it comes to multi layer audio (background music, instruments, sound effects) mix, there's a problem. It's a very rare issue and after removing audio related apps and resetting settings people don't come back with the issue.

Your system still takes priority to Bluetooth for some reason when it comes to multi channel audio even if the headphones are not connected there.
Don't just disconnect, make it "forget" all Bluetooth connections. Make sure Bluetooth is turned off as well.

Hacks are not allowed on this server. But tricks are. In Eden it's often zoomed to the character because of some narrow surroundings. In that case try to point the camera in bird view and zoom out by looking from above to your skykid. Often you need to turn around camera angles, it's a bit tricky there.
yes, i meant tricks not the actual hack, my bad but i think it was a bit buggy for me, i tried all the angles, it was just abnormally zoomed.

Sky was having problems even starting in Moto devices and it was just recently fixed, game launches and works but it's laggy
Both ui and game feels weird, even in low settings, switching graphics settings doesn't make any difference.
My device should be capable enough to run it properly but it just feels like the game is not able to utilise with the device itself
My device shows how much Ram and cpu an app is using and when I'm running sky the cpu stays at 2% usage
Also for comparison when I'm running Hay Day my cpu is mostly around 20-35%
You can try again later to make the report, so Devs are aware of this (check previously that you have DMS open for Skybot to appear). Btw...what model of Moto do you have?
That's because sky needs mostly GPU power and not CPU or RAM. Can you tell me what device you have exactly?
Also Hay Day is a completely different game, running on a completely different engine. You can't compare it to sky

The Moto G64 doesn't have the strongest GPU so it's no wonder that sky doesn't run fluently on it
Even if that's the case, my older device had even weaker specs but it ran it perfectly on both low (20) fps and default (30) fps
But in this device it's lagging even on low settings
That previous phone had helio p70 processor which is why I feel like it's game that's having problem

You can report it, you won't get a reply tho. The problem with Moto devices (G Series) is that they had issues with sky in the past, like you already mentioned, due to lacking vulkan drivers. But feel free to report it. Every report counts for optimising Sky

Moto G series has a factory fault. They have Vulkan drivers so you can download Sky from play store but Motorola put incomplete version of Vulkan drivers in it, so it's incompatible with Vulkan dependent games like Sky.

Motorola Edge series is alright and not affected from the issues like the Moto G series
I also tried Sky on Edge 50 Ultra. Apart from some minimal frame drops it's excellent. Not all Motorola phones are affected. 
(I had to RMA the Edge 50 Ultra because of pwm issues/sensitivity and testing a new phone though)

Adding to Xander, Local account is stored in app cache. Reinstall and big updates can (and do) erase app cache. Make sure to sync your account with something in Sly settings (once you get your account back) 
How can i change the liguage of the game
Afaik for Android devices the game follows your system's main language, if that language isn't supported then it will use the secondary language you have configured in your device. You can check all compatible languages here ⤵️

worked for me just fine, try restarting the game, or clear cache then restart, or restart the whole device. If all that still doesn't work, check your network/switch between mobile and wifi/restart your router

Try to find forums on Google related to your phone model or Google "[your phone model] update rollback" and then disable automatic system updates in your android settings. Not all phone models can be rolled back, but I hope you'll find something. 🍀
If nothing helps, you can do this:
- backup data from your phone (images, videos, files, etc)
- do a factory reset in android settings (warning: it deletes all data except the ones saved on cloud, therefore backup is important)
- now you reversed the updates (remember to stop automatic updates in system settings)

Hello! That depends....One possibility is you reached the limit of amount of props and decor you can place at your nest (currently is 64 objects). Another possibility, if you have not reached that limit nor the "capacity" limit because of the size of the furniture, is you may have encountered with one of the bugs affecting shared spaces which is an issue with the prop meter sometimes not registering properly the items a player is placing).
This affects **all **platforms, tho (is not exclusively for Androids).

Hey so my friend recently got the S24 and she says it obviously performs well for Sky, exceptionally well actually and I was wondering if there were similar phone models or something that can just as easily run Sky the same way S24 can. I do plan on getting the S24 Ultra however but I was also wanting to look at my options before I purchase it.
There has been some positive reviews about the s24 in this channel as well, it performs great for Sky, very close to iOS performance.
You mentioned considering alternatives. It's hard to advise many because of how great Sky runs now on s24, but there's one: consider Xiaomi 14 which is also great and close to iOS, and much more eye friendly than the s24 (which latter reportedly caused nausea, eye dryness and headache for even not pwm sensitive people). The downside of the Xiaomi is it can become bit more warm, and it has less hype factor (note: the 14 Ultra is definitely NOT eye friendly because of it's entirely different screen hardware). The Xiaomi 14 has better battery life than the also compact regular s24, the s24 ultra is big and has more zoom for photography.

Your device can save the progress locally but is best to link the game with a safe log in method that will allow you to access the progress saved in the cloud. Well you're able to complete three seasonal quests by now so it's up to you why you don't have them completed yet
There isn't if you're talking about Google. Also keep in mind that having two accounts on the same device can be risky due to iap merging. Never use the same payment method for both accounts and don't try to restore purchases

this means your phone is too weak to properly handle sky and has nothing to do with being android, there are android phones who are very well capable ^^ and yes you can ask about the phone here, there's experts in this channel who might know. Go to your emotes menu. If you've done the tutorial by clicking the star, you can always open the fav emote menu by long pressing the wedges/energy bar

Patch notes for 26.5 Update says that the access the new favorites menu can be in a few different ways:
• In the main Expression menu for a one-time tutorial When you first log into Sky after downloading this update, a **star button **will appear in the Expression menu. **Tap it **for a quick explanation of how to use the feature. It will disappear after finishing the tutorial. (For brand new players, this will appear once they reach Vault of Knowledge.)
• By pressing and holding on the cape meter
• Pressing Z on your keyboard or pressing the middle mouse button

This will display a wheel with slots for eight actions from the expression menu, and you’ll be able to add or remove any expression (or more) that you want for a slot.
Tap the pencil in the center of the wheel to modify the expression in the slots. Tap on an expression icon to favor it.
To fill a slot in the wheel with a specific level of an emote, hold down the emote until it shows the level you want.In other words, you can hold the emote until you reach the specific level you want and fav that lvl.
You can also fav props. The specific prop you fav, will be greyed out if you unequip it.

Hi! I looked up for that device. Its GPU should be capable for running Sky without big issues even up to 60fps, but it's camera is not very good (mediocre colors, small sensor, weak ín low light).
Much better to choose from the Poco X series (like X6 pro) because of better camera, a tiny bit better graphics.

There's no solution. Also be vary that this might be against ToS since you're technically sharing an account 
The reason you can't change Google link, is to prevent buying/selling/trading of accounts. It's against the Sky Terms of Service to do so.

Usually conflicting app or headphones/bt accessory are behind the issue by Android, not Sky error

I had no problems until yesterday.
Now I've updated the app and with it the problem.
I still have sound in the loading screen, but just before it finishes loading, the sound suddenly disappears.

- check your Sky settings
- restart device and check again
- reinstall all audio related apps

G series often has serious sneaky Vulkan issues. If it's a G54, a software update can help, but if not it might not be fixed by Motorola. Check for Android update and hope for the best 
It is a g54, and i managed to update it to the latest version after a few hours of getting it, sky is working now
There is a bug in rememberence memory, it tells me to build shared space for each spirit but the button didnr show up during inside shared space mode, but on the normal mode it shows the button to follow the first spirit, but even if the first spirit work, it doesnt show any button for the rest of the spirit, and if i left the shared space building mode and try to press the following spirit it only shown for the grandpa which is the first spirit only

@chilly comet please don't discuss or encourage the use of APKs. Downloading illegitimate copies of the game is against the Terms of Service and could contain malware. Trying to use APKs will result in download problems and may result in account data loss and inability to contact TGC support. APKs cannot be used to bypass the device incompatibility.

I don't think you need to stay until reset. You can just wait for reset and then go back to eden through the shrine (you can't go anywhere else anyway)

That's not android specific. Happens usually when you have connection for basic browsing but it’s not strong enough for a live game like Sky.

Recent updates have shown, that it needs more than 8gb by now. I know it's annoying if you don't have enough storage. Another way would be reinstalling sky. That way you circumvent the update policy. But make sure that your account is linked to a login method.

Find a slope or wedge that you can use to chibi fall into and make sure you have no shoes on. Tap and hold your Skykid like you're going to honk, but drag towards the direction you want to chibi fall. Make sure your foot has clipped into the slope/wedge. If it isn't, readjust closer to the wedge/slope. As you release your hold, move forward. You should fall under the map.

On my android phone it's taking up 2.18GB
Because whenever i wanna install sky back (i had a long break), it always forces me to unistall half of my apps, and i dont even have such big games
As far as I know many Huawei devices are not supported by Google
Sky needs about 1.2 gigabytes on a fresh install, the total amount depends on how your device handles temporary files. To update the game you would need at least 6 gigabytes of free space because of how delta updates work from Google

If you delete enough photos and videos, yes. But I don't see obviously how much space your deleted media will free up

This is something you would need to check and estimate yourself. The gallery can show the size of individual files for you. Good luck!

Yes. The servers did stabilise a bit for some players. I suggest waiting till an hour before next reset. At that time not many players are online. I could do quests normally at that time. Also keep an eye on #known-issues

Hi everyone. Is the game working properly now on Android?
It was like a nightmare yesterday. I had to watch the cutscene at Aviary Village again and again. It drove me crazy.
For many players it's much better but it depends on personal experience and actual server state. If you see issues I recommend restarting the game multiple times
I restarted the game for countless time yesterday just to finish the dailies.
I hope it is ok to log in now because I don't want to see tons of cutscene ever again.
Basically you can check how the servers are by checking #questions-and-help . If that channel is burning and very fast then there's a big error, but now it's quite cozy there ^^

Someone had the same issue not so long ago. When the servers have stabilised and you still experience this bug, then rewatch the cutscenes from hopefully steward. That helped in the last case
I tried to record my gameplay using ingame recording (well i want my video without those buttons and icons so i try to use it), but suddenly when i am recording, frame rate drops instantly. Is there any way to setting that ingame recording?? I dont want to use normal recording since i dont like to record those icons and interactive symbols during gameplay?
I login my sky acc via google acc
You would need to use a third party recorder with buttons because the in-game (Google play) recorder is a bit buggy.
The good news is that many cases it's so better quality even if you crop the recording it can be better quality and less likely will have frame drops

Why is the server so unstable? You can't play for 10 seconds without a communication error message appearing with the server. 🥲

If you are getting server errors after unlocking dailies, restart the game first and try going to Aviary and unlocking only the left 3 spirits that give dailies. The one on the right (lookout scout) gives a quest that causes server error for some reason. 🍀
It follows system language. If it's not supported and the game uses some random language then apply a secondary language in your system settings
I want to ask, my friend sent me a screenshot of a yellow TGC cloak. Does the Android version exist? Or is this the product of a hacker?
We don't know because we don't see it. There's no Android specific cape but there are several yellow capes available in game. Regardless it could be a hoax and a fan made edit too

Hi everyone, "Collect 30 Pieces of Light" quest is causing a server error, so to avoid the server error, go to the quest giver spirits in Aviary Village and check the daily quests except for the blue spirit

Anyone else having this issue: clicked the old home statue for the dailies. Everything appeared to be working fine a couple hours ago, but I'm back in game trying to play, and I was bombarded with server error messages. Tried to simply restart my game, and now my game is broken and stuck at the beginning, opening scene. Can't move or access any commands, nothing.
Yes, the servers are having serious issues right now. You may try restarting the game in a while.
