That is up to tgc, but last time this happened (2021) we did get seasonal candles. But I never found out how the reasoning behind the amount of the candles (ppl around me didn't get the same amount) was made tho.

B) Devs have yet not announced that Update 0.24.0 is out for Huawei players. C) Devs have not yet announced they found a solution to the crashing that some Samsung Devices and Motorola Devices are experimenting with the new Update 0.24.0 or while trying to install it.

as an example a lot of the issues that were on release had to do with networking, receiving instructions from the server, etc., which an app update wouldn't necessarily fix. but a crash definitely requires re-compiling and pushing a fix to the affected devices, so when that happens we will see a version bump.

tl;dr if your version still says 0.24.0 and you've been having instant crashes on startup, expect that it has NOT been fixed yet. if the version number changes, check patch notes for a fix.

generally the best course of action when you get an automated response to a support ticket is to reply and hope for a human response. the automated response will not help you, but continuing to respond, making sure to mention that your issue has NOT been solved, will usually escalate the issue to an actual person who may be able to help.

It takes time till the cause of the bug is adressed and then more time to fix it. So it's no use to report it again and again. Have you tried re-installing sky yet?

If you installed the Hotfix 0.24.1 (242930 Android) that was released on January 18, 2024 to fix crash issues related to certain Android devices and the issue still persist… please submit a report at ⁠ report-a-live-bug or ⁠bug-reports-android, and don’t forget to include all specific details of your device, as that information will help Devs to find out what is going on. React to the last message of the channel and follow the instructions sent to you via DM.
As for the pass issues for Android players… not sure what that problems are there but…have you tried buying it at Aviary instead of original home? Checking both servers and your own internet service are stable? (sometimes are a bit unstable even when there is no visual sign, and, please, keep in mind Sky demands a lot of internet data). Clear cache data? You can also file a bug report and or, if pertinent, contact Player Support through the in game menu.
For those who find that the device is not compatible anymore…we can’t do anything about it here, unfortunately. We are players just like you, so is out of our hands.

If your game works, runs properly, no crashes, etc, with no problems, there shouldn't be any issue to buying the pass

Ik some devices crash when trying to buy the pass but it doesn't take the payment
Some devices crash when trying to buy seasonal items but I've seen a lot of people just restart and it fixes it

If your game is having major problems then I'd advise not to but for the majority of androids it's perfectly fine to play and purchase the pass

There was also a hotfix yesterday that fixed crashing for certain androids, you can check the playstore if you need to update or not too

I understand that OpenCL is another API that has to do with hardware acceleration, with GPU’s (Graphics processing unit; a GPU is an electronic circuit designed to accelerate the graphics and process the images).
I am not familiar with ARMv8.2-A but I have just read that it can be related to 32/64 bits. I looked around here and there are players using motorola g power devices.
Also, keep in mind Google play Store will tell you right away if the device is straight not compatible with your device. But, also, please remember that the stronger the OS and GPU’s are, the better Sky will work on the device.

It's not an issue, follow the steps below to switch between Google accounts on Sky game easily...

1. Open Play Games App on your Android phone
2. Tap on the 3 dots on the top right side of the screen and tap on "Settings"
3. Tap on the " Change account for games" under "Your data"
4. Tap on the "Change" option next to the "Sky" game
5. Tap on "Ask each time" and save.

After following the steps above, load the game and sign in with your other Google accounts to switch between the accounts.

Don't use facebook to link, that's the most unstable option. You can create a steam or nintendo account for linking, you don't have to own a switch or pc to do so. Those two options can be unlinked in future.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra that does have a WQHD HDR10+ compatible display and plays the game fine at 60 FPS without any hassle.

The iPhone in question I mentioned is the iPhone 8 Plus which actually doesn't have an HDR compatible display. (Also can play the game at 60fps)

It's enough to be compatible but you may run into lag or blurry graphics.

It's not possible since the phone can't handle nor built for higher FPS due to which its locked to 20FPS on your phone.

On Android, I believe you need a phone that has at least Snapdragon 835+ chip (not sure about the other brand processor) to avail 30/60 fps gameplay.

Isle of Dawn map shrines are currently bugged (again) and display an uncollected light around the Butterfly Mountain area. If you collect 5 wings in Isle of Dawn, you have all of them.

Some areas of the realms (the prairie caves in my case) still have a red sky (like during a shattering event) even if there's no shattering happening there or in any of the surrounding areas. There's no shards on the realm's portal either. Is this normal?

Hello. That is not an Android question but a regular game question. judging by the time you wrote, that was more likely the early red sky that announces everywhere that shards will be soon available. When there is a shard event active, the portal of the realm involved in it should display some red crystals (tho, at times, those are bugged).

The 3 Animation put them from 1 to 0.5 , and change your dpi to 448 if it support and if it support 448 change to 468 , it will make your screen wide and the Emote Icon have 4 icon on a row also it make your sky graphic smoother , and turn your Sky Setting Graphic to Max 👍🏻

It's not about storage , it's RAM , tell your friend to tweak the android Developer Option , tell him to put the 3 type Animation all to 0.5 , turn ON the x4MSAA , turn ON the HWOverlays , put limit porcessor to 4 process , also tell him to put the dpi to 384 (minimum are 360) , max is 448 (for 448 dpi , the screen will become wide , the Emote Icon will be 4 icon in a row , make it smaller and quick to navigate as it have 4 instead of 3 , put your Graphic Setting to Max , turn off Blurr and turn off the other below the blurr motion. Enjoy sky , also CLEAR CACHE before enter sky

for player on android with 4gb ram , please enter Developer option and change your standard background process to 4 process , to reduce ram usage

also do check your Network Management, turn off or block any all you don't want it to access network , such as trash app provided by android (your phone brand)

also long press all app until the App Info appear , Tap It , access it and go to "internet usage" > Background Interet Usage > Off for all app including WhatsApp , Facebook , Tiktok , Twitter , Instagram

Those app uses most your internet not your currently running app which is SKY 🤣🤣🤣

and don't put " Background Internet Usage = On " to Sky too

1. Delete, reinstall + clear cache and data
2. Try a different WiFi or mobile data (rarely this is the problem)
3. Ensure your login method is properly connected so example: if you use Google login, make sure it's signed in on your device and Play Games app is signed in so the app can detect the auto sync.

If nothing works, best to #bug-reports-android with your exact device specifications so tgc can fix it if it's device dependant problem
