I heard that android 8 bug is still not fixed till this day, do you think that someday TGC will change the minimum requirement to play Sky from android 8 to android 9 or better in the future?

Either way, i'm really sorry for android 8 user who unable to play Sky 🙏

If you had save yor data with Facebook you shuld be able to reconnect to it, like when you download the game ask you if you have play sky before just tap yes than under select Facebook loading.

You might be in a bugged instance. (That image contains a spoiler, can you please remove it. You need at least 3gb free for any update even if it's minor, although some people come in with 4-5gb and that still isn't enough for some reason. Just Google play thing

in your case. the shard will stay red bc it is a visual bug that makes all light related things have abnormal color and lighting effect.

From what i know you can’t use same payment method for two sky accounts, this will cause IAP merge like the one you experienced, all IAP gets taken away from one account to the other. You may try contacting ingame support but I’m afraid they can’t do much either.
Best way to gift IAP to other sky account is by Gifting in the game directly (photo by clement)

I had the same issue. What fixed it for me is I turned off my wifi so the update downloaded over data. I also cleaned up and optimized the phone with the optimization tool which clears cache as well

Also make sure your device passes Google Play Certification. It would be under play store settings - about. It should say "Device is certified."

You should have it.. but you may need to use your app search function to find it on Samsung.

Once you've found it and opened it, then tap on the little vertical 3 dot icon in the top right corner, followed by settings. Then scroll down to the section titled "your data", and you'll see the option to change the account for signing into games

Red sky only happens a few minutes before the shard falls so you may have been there a bit late/early
But also today's shard is at Hermit's Valley, not coliseum and the sky only stays red on the location, everywhere else it goes back to normal after just a bit iirc

That can also indicate low storage that playstore just isn't catching onto which can happen to any app. The usual requirement to update is 3gb but for some reason this update seems to need more as uzephi said. For majority getting 5gb fixes it. If that won't work you can also try clearing play store's cache and restarting device

it may also help to try clean as much as can. also can try to uninstall some apps (remember to note the login detail first before uninstall ), then reinstall back after have finally update/install Sky.

Wouldn't risk uninstalling sky as some people have issues trying to get it back, even with enough storage. Just getting to at least 5gb with some gallery cleaning, cleaning cache of apps and possibly some uninstalling of other apps should be enough. Extra gb is needed for updating and downloading, so the 1gb is fine until you'll need to update. Although you're definitely risking it not running properly eventually if you'll start using up that 1gb, you should get a notification about low storage anyway at that point. Freeing up more space should be easy

60 fps is enabled, that doesn't mean the device can output 60 fps all the time.

Most devices with 60 fps enabled can reach 60 fps in most cases. Some areas might be more demanding or the more probable cause is the phone reached a "thermal throttle" to prevent overheat. I can see that's what is going on in the above screenshot. CPU and GPU are not at their peak performance. (79% GPU load and 57% CPU load. Not near max usage. Usually due to the SoC getting too hot. In normal circumstances, especially where there is more the device could be doing, at least one will be at 100% or close to 100% when doing a heavy task like running a demanding game.)

You have to enable a setting that allows you to run unsupported apps in floating windows. Most apps don't work great that way tho

The A13 has a 32 bit OS. It isn't compatible with Sky. Samsung didn't want to spend the Dev time to make a 64 bit OS for some of their cheaper devices.

You can install the app "64 bit checker" to be sure, but last A13 I saw was 32 bit and Sky is a 64 bit game.

That's usually due to a connection issue. Try on a different connection type and make sure any connection routing modifications are disabled (like a virtual private network or similar) and try to grab the quests again

Quests staying locked is usually a connection issue. If you know your connection is fine, all you can do is report it as a bug and contact support.
