Unfortunately those capes ended up being scrapped because the feature of them changing was directing too much processing power to rendering all the patterns and textures of the dynamic patterns. It most likely won’t come back (I see my attempt to use the new reply feature failed)

Hopping in on the cape designs...
After reading the pin, I like the decision to keep things simple but recognize friendship. So I tried to honor the devs' design but made the colors a little more harmonious, and designed a heart star shape so that you can see it's a cape commemorating friendship/hearts. The 11th wedge design is inspired by winged lights

To quickly recap what I explained before, I like TGC's idea of having a simple, non-flashy cape to commemorate friendship & dedication. I tried to preserve their original design, but adjusted the colors to be more harmonious. I also made the stars into hearts, emphasizing the friendship idea (and the currency that went into buying the cape)! The 11th wedge design is inspired by winged lights.
