ah yeah, I don't know about this, but my game do seems to crash sometimes at random times. I think it's currently a bug for that quest, for now you can try to skip the quest for a while until it got fixed, oh and if you want, you can report this bug on #report-a-live-bug

Gold wings = IAP, they have the special feature for the concert.
Blue wings = season ultimate, no special function.

The only reason I can think of they might say limited to three uses , is if they have three spells for the golden aurora wings

Not currently (I am on switch too), my guess would have been that if you're a switch player you are currently experiencing the switch error bugs that have been on going recently. Normally turning off and on should have worked, you may try again or wait for it to go away

hi chat, my friend is trying to start playing on desktop and has been playing on switch (only recently, since about a week ago) because of the switch server issues. their switch only gives them an option to connect to their nintendo account, which they are, and currently they only have the option to connect to steam on their laptop. is this because they have to play through the tutorial and then they can connect to nintendo or what

The main device that can allow you to connect to other platforms/ways to log in with is a phone. Your friend will need to download the game on their phone and log in using their Nintendo Account.
Once they'll be in game, they will be able to add more log in methods, such as the Steam Account one.
Having added their Steam Account to their Sky account, they'll be able to access their Sky account via their laptop !

no warning will be made to you, but you also have to be mindful of the rules within the server. when you’re muted, your display name will turn to a brown color and in your roles “muted” will be added. you can always ask a mod why you were muted for and how long, since the time can very from a few minutes to weeks.

Unless your friend has you on another social media and is able to tell you directly that they can’t send messages on sky, then it’s unlikely you’ll be able to know. I don’t know if there is a “strike” system where you get certain amount of warnings before you are muted permanently. I personally have not seen a lot of questions on muting.

Your Sky ID is essentially what identifies your account, which you use in account recovery. If someone has access to it, they could use it in such a way it may compromise the account. It should only be shared to official support or with the official webshop if making a digital purchase.

They have an acc on switch, and an acc on mobile, but want to play the same acc on switch as on mobile, so getting rid of the switch acc is needed here first

Open settings > account and link anything, e.g. a google account.
Then logout, login with that google account, and open settings > account. Unlink switch there.
Your switch account is then free and can be linked to your mobile account
(Login to your usual mobile account, link switch, and after that you can start the game on switch and should see the same account as on mobile)

I think some people said you can try holding down the switch power button for around 12 seconds and that also is a way to competely turn it off, you can try that! But its definitely a weird issue! I read its an issue with a recent switch system update, not sky. If holding down the power doesn't help I would try what I did, just keep trying to connect until it crashes ^_^'
