They don't return always at the same dates, so not with exact dates. There are approximates though, such as Feast around christmas and new year, Fortune around lunar new year, and love around that.

Progression has nothing to do with it. Possible causes would be full server or one of you guy's net sucks... As for the "your friend is in a place you cannot go" they may be in a full server or cutscenes. Just spam join.

Hi Felix! the place you are talking about is the ISS (International Space Station). Available during certain days at the office in vault. We can get you the schedule if you wish to go again

Only a few in valley that you rush by during the races and therefore don’t have time to grab are collected automatically. There’s one strange exception in Valley Citadel where the one in the little alcove is automatically collected, but otherwise WL are automatically collected because the window for the collecting input is too short to hit. There is no option to toggle automatic collection for the WL sadly

That's also a feature I believe, if I had to guess it's likely in the case of someone's game closing on them. If someone very quickly closes, then re-opens the game, it will try to reconnect you to the server you left from, often times in a realm! (Unless you were at Home for an extended period of time)

itll likely be 13 hearts per spirirts, so 52 is enough for the emote levels but juggler does have a prop so thatll be an extra 14

Depends if you’re getting all of the emotes and the prop costing hearts from Juggler! Assuming the prices for Juggler are the same and the emotes for each spirits cost 13 hearts for all 4 tiers, the total hearts for all of the spirits would be 66. However, taking away the unnecessary emote tiers (2 and 4), then you’ll have more than enough!

I didn‘t count them myself, other people counted it by collecting enough wax to get an exactly full candle, then waiting for the next reset and collecting wax while counting it until they reached 18 full candles
