Many players experience this bug and it has became a #known-issues . You can try the following workarounds:

• unfriending and readding each other with candle (which makes gift option appear for a very short time)
• you can try this pass gifting workaround by Hwa: #questions-and-help message (no unfriending needed)

Note that these above don't work for everyone 💯 but it helped a lot of players!

Hello! To answer that, sky kids will only be butterflies when doing content for the Season of Moomin. There's not enough info in the beta to confirm if we get to be Sky kids later on, but it's intended that sky kids only remain as butterflies in the presence of characters from Moomin.

That's correct. Unless you're using your account on a friend's device (which risks IAP glitches like items swapping accounts, which is very difficult if not impossible to reverse...also very sketchy in the eyes of ToS), restoring purchases won't do anything for you unless you've been gifted an IAP.

Local accounts cannot be transferred to another device, unless you have the Sky ID (or another recovery method) and are willing to contact support on another device to retrieve that local account.

Keep in mind, if you do retrieve a local account on another device, Support may ask you to link it to an account service so you don't lose it again.

Local accounts are how all accounts start off (unless the account is started on a console or PC). It's localized on the device you start and you can link it to any account service offered via Settings > Account in order to log in on another device.

Linking a local account creates the cloud save on servers. That makes it transferrable.
But the progress is still saved on the device as a local account, there will be 2 progress saves at the same time. Local and cloud.

Players that have not gone through Eden at least once cannot see past seasonal spirits. They can join in active memories being relived, but they cannot start them.

Some spirits will give you their wing buffs after you leave Eden. The TS pool is getting large, and space is running out, so some spirits may not appear to give you their wing buff initially. Keep a close eye on your wings before and after you enter the white portal!

Afaik it is a very rare bug and is usually once off, but since bugs can be unpredictable so it might happen the next time you buy a buff. Just remember to pay attention to your lineup and your WL count post-Orbit so you know if you got it or not

after getting every heart from spirits and seasonal guides it becomes really hard to get hearts, after that you can get hearts from receiving light fragments sent by your friends in your constellation (takes 60 frags to get one heart) or someone gifting you a full heart by paying 3 candles

Adding onto the mentioned ways:
You can also look for season guides of previous seasons, they sell hearts too. There's also two rate&review stones in Forest social space and orbit if you haven't checked them out (gives 2 hearts). The nesting board quests in aviary village also give a couple hearts when the challenges are finished (I think?). You can also occasionally get hearts for your player creations (message boats, shared memories, shared spaces).
But the main way that is also the fastest would require friends.
