Some of them use hacks (where the POV is rapidly warping from place to place) which is definitely against TOS. Others, where you use the camera to warp only once (like to open 2 player doors)… we’re less certain about. It’s not a hack but could be considered an exploit. I contacted support asking for clarification but haven’t received a response yet, so in the meantime I’d be careful with all camera memories

It’s ok, warping is possible if you have the option unlocked with a friend, but warping to multiple places SUPER quickly is likely using hacks to move around. You aren’t the first to be confused, don’t worry! Now that you know, just make sure to not use them anymore

Ok, try to forge another regular candle then. It’ll take some time but if you’ve only collected 20 candles it’s definitely possible. Grandma is in 8 minutes so that’s a great start!

Depends on the player, I see tier 2 capes (black and white) the hardest to obtain since they ask for 150 hearts but someone with many active friends have a easier time getting hearts.

I see the elder masks not hard to get but rather slow to get since Eden can only be done once a week and get the candles needed-- but someone who struggles with Eden might not share this sentiment with me

Yes! That’s the Days of Color area, where you need to use the 8 person elevator in Daylight Prairie to access! There is a small shrine requiring 7 players to use the butterfly emote, which once done will reveal a surprise!

No not exactly! Enter the portal, and keep going until you are in the big open clearing. Go to the right to find a gate locked behind spirits. Enter that gate and enter the next area. That’s bird’s nest!

When the turtle emerges has been fairly inconsistent in my experience, since things like server merges can affect where the turtle goes (some very hilarious videos have been shared where the turtle will ZOOM from one place to another!)

The event starts at xx:50 like Kat showed but the turtle will usually emerge at xx:55. But again, it isn’t 100% consistent and may emerge a few minutes earlier or later

If you are in an fresh server, the turtle spawn right at :50 at the bottom of the trench and then zig zags up to the surface. 🐢

Seasons offer limited time cosmetics you can purchase with seasonal candles, events have limited-time cosmetics you can get with event tickets, candles, or real money (IAP) and traveling spirits arrive every 2 weeks to offer their own specific cosmetics for 4 days!

Yes, there are specific places for each! Events and Seasons all have unique locations (for example, the current tournament event takes place in Valley’s Coliseum), but traveling spirit locations are always consistent! (Aside from needing to relive them of course!)

You can’t grab other people’s hands and guide them unless they’re looking for guides like you were, in which case you will see a hand-holding prompt above their head. To otherwise lead someone else, you click on them and then click the hand-holding icon in their friendship tree to offer your hand. They can refuse to take it though, just keep that in mind!

I am online, and tried it. While it's possible to place the piano after the countdown is over (not possible during countdown) it's definitely not any faster than walking up to the piano after the countdown

I didn't expect someone to link my video, but it was two weeks ago and I didn't know this at the time.
There's a brief moment while you're hopping onto the seat when the game thinks the recording location is valid, so, if you time it right, and the countdown ends during that valid window, the recording won't get cancelled and you'll start seated.
(I use a replay buffer so I caught some failed attempts where I was trying to sit too early, skip to :35)

@frail mist to access the piano after you uncover it, it seems like you need to be airborne ever so slightly while the camera is above you

if you are standing flat on the ground the button is inaccessible

So in order to play the grand piano, it seems like a valid strategy is just to zoom the camera slightly out, slowly walk towards the seat, and spam the interact button so you don't miss the frames when the prompt is valid

for a few fleeting moments, you will be lifted off the ground as your body tries to scale the differences in height around the stool
and this enables the piano sit prompt for some arcane reason

It wasn't stated that it would not return (for example collaborative events / items dont return and are stated as such) so it's expected they'll probably be around again at some point, but that's all we really have so far.

I mistakenly thought that you could go afk before grandma and you would stop collecting wax early, but as Pingubot pointed out, the opening cutscene for the event will “wake you up”, therefore restarting the timer. Since the event lasts exactly 10 minutes, it’s impossible to miss wax because of the afk timer

You can light someone’s candle in the friendship constellation once per day and give them “a gift of light”, which adds up to a heart for your friend! 60 gifts of light add up to a full heart, and it doesn’t cost anything to give, so yes I’d definitely recommend doing that for all of your friends!

Tgc manually reviews accounts so I'm sure they have found something they believe is doing illegitimate things such as actual hacking or using 3rd party mod, they don't ban without any reasons. But if you don't think you did something, it won't hurt to ask the devs and refute it

If you want to find your previous ticket, make sure you’re using the same web browser you used to submit your ticket. Also, check if you have any missing emails on the email address you provided when submitting it. If you haven’t received one, it’s likely that support hasn’t responded yet.

Isle does have a false indicator in which it will show that you haven’t collected one even if you got all of them, but the same issue doesn’t happen in this area. Just that the indicators get mixed up. Make sure you got 3 in the village and 2 at the temple!

Do you mean being censored by the automatic censor, or being muted to where you can’t chat at all. Because there’s a difference. Did you get a message saying you’ve been muted?

Then you should have gotten a message in your game’s inbox saying how long the mute will last for. Repeated offenses will get you permanently muted, but all mutes are done specifically by TGC after manually reviewing automatic censors, so unless you say anything really horrible you should be fine

Unfortunately support is your best bet and only way to contact them. They have about 6 working days response time but because of the recent ban wave they have long backlog and it might take even longer time for them to respond. If you reply multiple times to a support ticket it can put you to the end of the waiting line, increasing wait time. If they don't answer for 2 weeks try to contact them through website ticket (but it is even longer)

Hello! Unfortunately, player support response times can be longer than expected due to the high volume of tickets they are receiving. However, they will respond as soon as your ticket reaches the front of the queue. My longest wait was around 2-3 weeks.

Since your ticket was closed, I recommend creating a new ticket and referencing the previous ticket number to continue addressing the issue.

It's not there it's a different ring of candles around a little skeleton. Same floor tho iirc

These are the most popular ones I think:

• Complete Eden once per week and convert your collected wing lights into ascended candles (at a ratio of 4 lit statues : 1 ascended candle)
• Go through the realms each day to collect candles
• Do the daily quest (from the little statue next to the return shrine)
• Participate in events (e.g. the season of duets and the tournament currently going on)
• hang out with friends

i think tgc definitely wants to give a chance for all past seasonal spirits to return, but sky won't be a thing forever and new seasons continue to be made and added to the TS roster so who knows

Is this a new playthrough? / new account? If so, the one at the boat for new players is now at the end of the Isle Temple gates, but only for the first run through. After that it's back at the boat the next time you visit

Simply being out of bounds, no you won't be reprimanded for it. However if you were to use external applications or something of the like to get out of bounds, that would be considered cheating and/or bannable.
