Hi, I bought the pass that comes with three passes and so far I haven't received any of the passes, I'm not even receiving the daily candles, much less the thirty candles that come with purchasing the pass. I've already sent a message to support inside and outside the game, they said they would look into my problem, but so far nothing, does anyone know what I can do to receive my pass? I bought it with two other friends, they are waiting for me to give them the passes. I have the receipt proving that I purchased, I play on my cell phone

Hello, I'm actively trying my hardest to get the game to launch (doesn't even get past the "running" stage on steam) and have spent 2 hours trying every solution I could find on the internet, I have allowed the firewall, reinstalled, verified files, updated to the most recent game ready driver, and and checked my vulkan version (above 1.3). It's from a spirit called Admiring Actor, you'll have to wait until the spirit returns as a traveling spirit to buy the mask. Their last visit was June 8th, 2023. We don't know when they will return again

I don't know what to tell you, all the channels are important, it's not exclusive only to #news if all information was sent in there, it would back up the channel and drown out information. They made separate channels to combat this from happening. All I can say is to look at the channels more /info /lighthearted

Otherwise try scrolling to the right of the iap menu and click restore purchases.
Check the Season Pass screen where you bought it, it should have a red dot and say claim free.
You can also try clearing app data in your phones settings though make sure you know your login info.

I don't have a guide, but my usual routine takes me from the daily candle realm to geyser, and then to grandma. After both of those are done I do my dailies. By this point the chevrons should be almost gone, so I run vault / prairie afterward to inch out a few extra for the day. Doing a full 20 is too much of a chore for me so I just aim for 15-17.

I tend to skip over Golden Waste if it's not the candle realm for the day.

To get the ultimate gifts, you'll have to spend SC to complete all spirit trees for seasonal hearts (orange), and exchange them from the guide.

Absolutely! You should buy the furniture using orange SC in order for progression and to get seasonal hearts, which are at the top of every furniture tree.

Daylight savings wasn't made by TGC they're just following the times that the state of where the tgc office is located, follows. And California state observes daylight savings time.

There is no lamp that's 24 seasonal candles. If you mean the one from the seasonal tree "Nesting atrium" that has a floor lamp and a ceiling lamp. They do not recharge you, as they only provide a little bit of light and are just decorations afaik.

in your candle shop you should have the option for a buddle (if you don’t have the pass yet) when you have bought that you will have this icon: next to your candles. go into the friendship tree with your friend and you should see that icon. do note that you have to be friends for at least 3 days that’s exactly 72 hours

How I interpreted the message: was that, people who were waiting for the webshop to release, had not bought the pass yet, and therefore was missing out on the 6th candle you get from the pass, during the days the season was out but the webshop was not yet. So the dev said that if you were waiting for the webshop, to buy a seasonal pass between now and the 23rd PDT time to then contact support to get those candles missed from waiting for the webshop to release. If that makes sense
So no. There is no new 7th candle. Just compensation for a 6th candle

Enter Vault, head left to the doorway (you need to have completed a spirit in Vault)

Once you enter, there will be 3 places to sit (they are transporters). I believe the symbol to enter the 9 colored deer is (surprise) a deer.

From last season, season of 9 colored deer. the previous entrance to starlight desert in vault now leads to a collab room, fron there you can visit the area, crescent oasis, to do the seasonal quests, explore and learn new emote (include the new carry expression) from the spirits

there are also other methods to get hearts such as collecting light from friends (60 lights from friends = 1 heart)

with the change of player creations you can also get several hearts from them if a player decides to spend 3 candles to send you one
