i dont think we can help unfortunately. theres only the slightest of chances for a PS acc that was accidentally linked to a moth acc to be unlinked due to the lack of progress, but linked to one that already has progress-? find that very unlikely. my recommendation would be contacting support for removal, but dont get your hopes up, because theres a big chance TGC will say no due to security reasons.

They only thing I’d recommend not spending on is spells, so for example if for any reason you don’t have time to complete a friendship tree to get the seasonal heart and the last nodes before that is a spell, don’t purchase it and better convert those candles

We the players do not know the extent of any possible scripts in a report that could be flagging players besides possibly interacting with it, and development response is not enough in this case. They did not clarify if touching the book triggers/warrants a ban process or not. Regardless of if the bans are true or not, the content is not supposed to be accessed on the front end. If they are true, this security measure may be too strong and affecting unknowing people.

In Sky all bans all of them are reviewed by an human before being taken into action, and even then the ban is in a list waiting for the next “ban wave” from TGC, but no ban, no matter of what is made by an automated system, we don’t have more information on bans since it’s weird and even rare for TGC to ban an account, and the ones banned are for very obvious reasons (hacking or bad behavior multiple times)
