Beta Cape (TGC Blue Cape w/ white interior) is a one-time gift to Early Beta Testers that helped test the game prior Global Launch. Afaik, there are no plans to return it.

But, you can avail Founder's Cape (TGC Blue Cape w/ black interior) at Office and it functions the same as Beta Cape.

I think season of flight will be in sanctuary islands map, i checked the direction that arrow at the top of bell tower shows, the arrow directs to the sea, i think there will be an island in that direction, a boat will take us to the new seaaon place just like season of enchantment season place. These are my assumptions only

It is interesting, why would ancient people who lived in sanctuary islands decided to leave that place and go elsewhere? Maybe the dark plants in the caves made them leave, we will learn, i want to learn morr about the lore

If you are already a tester on Android, just make sure to link your progress to Google and then also log into that account on your new device

You should be able to download the Beta app being logged into the same account you joined as a tester as long as the device is compatible

hmm i dont agree with this sentiment. expansion is inevitable with the new seasons, there is already a candle cap right? so sooner or later there will be more candles available throughout the realms than the maximum amount you can collect daily. im not sure how many new areas are to come but if you are farming every last bit of wax throughout the realms it might be time to start thinking about moving away from that practice

Yeah, since the Little Prince season ends in live around September 19th, the next season wouldn't begin in live until probably early October at the earliest. The upcoming season isn't even guaranteed to be in Prairie yet, people are just assuming based on the image from the pass pre-order, but that could just be a placeholder. I have been investigating 👁️ and motorola has pure Android on their phones, no personalization or anything, it's a pure software, the rest of the Android phones don't have that, maybe that has something to do with that

I think this would be a better QOL update for every each season's quest.

Everytime we completed a task each week there could be a button to directly teleport us to the area of QUEST GIVER to talk to them.

It so happen that you need to get thru long flight to get to the QUEST GIVER like what happen on the Sanctuary Quest Giver, it seems so far away or quest that requires you to go to far away places like on the quest of the LITTLE PRINCE. It's pretty hassle on my part.

Yes, the constant rock rain ejects stars at a rate depending on your total star count. I noticed 50+ seems to lose more stars in constant rock rain while <50 loses less. I might have gone in a few times with just my 63 wing buffs.

I went with 158 wings, I was careful not to lose wings unnecessarily until I get to the continues lava fall area. The movement was not restricted anymore so I was quite fast but the rate at which I was losing wings were so high. The movement got a little restricted when I reached the last 3 statues. There's a good chance the sword pants still being visible on the rose's friendship constellation isn't the "bug" here -- I'm guessing it's more likely the rose itself is meant to vanish from the map entirely (i.e. there's no need to change the behaviour of the rose's friendship tree if the entire spirit isn't going to stay around when it's finalised).

I dont think its a coincidence Proph was said to be the "origin of Sky" and was put in Isle, the realm representing "birth", then the next lore Season happens in Prairie, which explains Megabird. In the concept lore, there was a point in the timeline where the ancestors were strongly connected with Megabird and Light creatures, which could represent Prairie as it represents that stage in civilisation

Everyone's got different experiences with candle consumption rates depending on how often they like to make new friends/upgrade friendship trees/send hearts out, on top of their spending habits with TS and events that we test -- it's one of the reasons that the same candle running/budgeting advice often doesn't work for different players in live

The more candle you have, the more you can spend on friends . Personally i play more beta than live, cause its more challenging with all the unforeseen bugs and I like to see how things change and develop.

Bonfire wasnt as rewarding as the tree iirc and afk system applied to it . So a cr is a faster way to get the same amount of currency if thats your goal.

After crunching numbers, reviewing footage of each run, and repeat runs this week of Eden in Beta:
💠 First section of PNR:

75WL: Rocks eject 2-5 WL
<50 WL: Rocks eject 1-3 WL
💠 Endless rock rain:
150 WL: Each eject is always 4 WL
101-149 WL: Each eject will be 3 or 4 WL
75-100: Each eject will be 1-3 WL
50-75: Each eject will be 1 or 2 WL
<49: Each eject is 1 WL with a low chance of losing 2 WL

Take the info as you wish, I still suggest trying yourself so you get the feel of what is described above. These numbers are live WL count, so it scales depending on your current WL count, not what you entered with. (Edit: These numbers were consistent across all three builds that were released this week. Since this is beta, numbers may change before hitting live)

You can test the changes in Eden and give #beta-feedback on the new numbers on stars being ejected.
Personally, I feel it could be reduced slightly. Once reset happens, I will try a few more runs to get better baselines at each tier. Next test would be seeing if someone who enters with 101 WL (max WL before first rebirth) and see how many AC a new player with no wing buffs or the credit star could get.
Personally, the perfect sweet spot is on a perfectly optimized run/path and luck with ejects, a new player should have the chance at saving all statues.
Edit: currently, it seems you would need at minimum 120 or so WL to get to the final statue on a perfect run.

For context, a perfect run would be the best optimized path, lowest eject numbers you could get, (since some tiers have a possibility for lower number of ejected stars) and no knock downs.

I was at eden yesterday and yeah, i felt a slightly difference in how much stars i had lost under rock rain … first time i had >120 and i needed to leave a lot of kids behind, if I really want to accomplish the mission.

Yeah, I posted a video with me having 133 at the entrance of the constant rain. (simulating having 163+ WL at entrance to PNR and gifting to all previous statues) I barely made it to the final statue. Full constant rain run in #beta-screenshots-videos: #beta-screenshots-videos message

I did get knocked down and ejected more on the higher numbers that run, which is why I say with better luck, entering PNR with 120 might give you all 15.75 AC if you're lucky with ejects and knock downs.

I've been treating Beta like I did when I started live and went wanting to get enough ascended candles for the pants I want and got more than I needed even only having about 45 stars or so. I've never been a get everything player tho. Over a year into playing live and I don't have all the elders hairs.

So for a player like me, so far the Eden difficulty feels fine. Tho i have a fair bit of Eden experience. So it's kinda hard to really judge what a totally new player would feel.

I'm gonna want my wastes elder hair again pretty soon and I'll see how I feel then xD

I had 160+ and I was able to get to the last statue barely. I did lost a few earlier on due to mistakes. So I presume people with 130-150 should be able to make it until last statue but with a lot of luck and nearly no errors before continuous rain area

What constitutes difficulty is gonna be subjective. Plenty of games would do exactly that for a hard mode. And I say that as someone who plays a lot of games on hard xD

But yeah what you're asked to do isn't harder but the margin of error's been made smaller. If you're judging success by a completed run. Which I suppose that will depend from person to person.

Harder hits would equal a difficulty bump if there was a mechanic to heal, imo. Doubling damage in a game like Zelda would be a difficulty bump due to the limited heart count and heals being a thing.
Increasing the required stars to get the statues just seems like they don't want someone to get all statues unless they went to Eden at least a few times unless they really don't need to do Eden.(just using 2 AC every two weeks for TS since all base spirit wing buffs are already purchased)
This would force new players to either go twice a week or lose out on 2-6 AC a week depending on their wing buff count. This compounds a lot, especially in the first month of playing. That would be 8-20 AC missed in the first month of playing depending on how well you did. (so missing out on around a whole reset's worth of AC in a month if they didn't go twice a week)
With a time gated currency, and a level that takes at least 30 minutes to complete makes Eden a real chore compared to other games with time gated currencies.

I personally would rather enjoy going in and getting my 15.75 weekly AC than worry rng not being on my side makes me miss out on 4 AC that week. For those of us with high wing buff count, we can just reenter and get those missing statues, newer players would need to do a WL run to go back in and try for the missing statues.

To be honest you're summing up my concerns perfectly. For me, well over a year in, I need about 6 to 8 AC a month. Depending on what TSes come and if I make friends who I want a bunch of friend Emos with.

So for me it's like "ok meme"

I haven’t tried new eden yet but my moth kid on beta did eden for final LP quest with about 83 WL and got 14 AC so not so bad 🤔 while in live I just did eden last night and missed last statue even with 110 WL coming into the endless rain area 💀 (total 147 when entered).

They could implement a kill switch once all statues are collected for that player. I don't know if this change was due to complaints of higher wing buff players waiting to die after saving all statues or due to the new winged lights in the realms so they bumped the required winged lights to get all of them.

Depending on which build you did the quest on, you could have done it before Constant rain hit harder. That change was done last week, iirc. It actually changed because it was a placeholder cape. Not due to feedback. (doing a search for "placeholder cape" would show this to be true.) It was in the first few builds of Assembly testing and we weren't told it was a place holder until after it was replaced with the current Ult cape.

There is a little bit of frustration seeing as how we aren’t allowed to go off topic and discuss beta related subjects that aren’t exactly testing, but we also can’t talk about beta things in other channels. I’d love a beta off topic channel lol

But it's not off topic if it's about beta. Off topic is when people start talking about pizza or school or whatnot. This is why we have the slowmode, because people just couldn't keep to beta-related topics at all.

Yes it might be a placeholder, but that also is speculative. Also, even if it’s an older concept, it’s not uncommon for older concepts to be given a newer purpose. Those weather vanes are only meant to direct you to Sanctuary, because the entrance was tucked away & difficult to find prior to that addition
