Now that the android updates finally managed to roll out for me, I can say that the switch area is absolutely disorienting

The new players and all the others who are low on candles are going to have to work for it to get the cape. And it makes little sense that they would only have the flower as something to buy in the store. I really hope the traveling sprit isn’t one that is really desirable for everyone. With the added cost of candles for this new cape- which is unbelievably high for all the new players and all low on candles, this will be very difficult. I agree with the idea of integrating lower prices on traveling spirits.

As someone mentioned it earlier, 175 candle capes (plus candle cost to unlock the tree) will bring back the grindiness to the game which the new light system and new social mini games were meant to eliminate. Plus don’t forget, Live players will have less notice to be ready than us here in beta who get to know about such events weeks in advance.

Trying to use APKs will result in download problems and may result in account data loss and inability to contact TGC support. APKs cannot be used to bypass the device incompatibility and do not help TGC with beta testing at all. Please don't use them or discuss them here.

I know people try to justify IAPs because it supports the team but the prices have been unreasonably high. Making designs and putting them on capes are not that hard to do for 3D modeling after it’s already been modeled and done it’s painting over it.

Do people forget that events are supposed to be fun and manageable for everyone no matter their play style. You still think 175 candles is fair? Considering the most expensive TS cost 195 alone and there will also be TS showing up during the event. And you know, friend constellations cost candles and the constellations themselves cost candles.

You argue unique wedge design, but Earth Day cape also has a unique design and cost $5 for charity which is equivalent to 15 candles. Also, Christmas Cape and Bloom Cape are both event Capes, no they don’t have a unique wedge design, but they were still 60 and 70 respectively which is STILL LESS expensive than this cape even when ADDED together.

The Christmas Table cost 150 candles and at least it had a function of talking to 5 other players and the candle on top could charge your wings justifying its price.

The whole expensive candle price for the cape I have to agree with peeps it’s too expensive. The whole point of the new candle system was as they claimed, to make it more relaxing and less candle grinding for people who couldn’t handle full CR every day. With the charity IAPs it seems many people get hung up on the price because they think of it as paying for that item directly. It's more like you're paying for the donation and you get a flower item in return. That's why they're priced the way they are, because the donation is factored in.

Why ?

Because first of all, The TS are Random and we might not get what we want and will be very long time before we got them to came back again. The TS have wingbuff that we need. And not every Spirit in TS are our Target but they definetely became Top Priority with how we unable to do any Old Seasons anymore.

■Why i don't choose Events ?

Events will always Comeback at Next Years and the Years after that. Just like how other Events comes again with their cosmetic.

When i saw that Spirit Branch, i think they gonna added more items in that Branch for Next Year, Days of Rainbow. This Event we got this Year is just the Beginning of our Event Loop.

If you can't get it this year, you can get them Next Year.

It is as simple as that is.

There's just a difference between constructive feedback and being rude or just complaining. For example, instead of saying something looks "messy and rushed", you can tell them exactly what you dislike about it and makes you feel that way: Is it the color, maybe the shape? The harsh dark lines in the Switch capes are a bit too jarring for my taste, and it doesn't look good against the red and blue colors imo, and that's a much kinder way to say I think they're ugly. It's important to remember TGC artists are human and they work very hard on the content we see here, so being a little more constructive and descriptive goes a long way in helping them improve

The only way I think, to make the moths enjoy the game more is to make some special starter events for them, as I have said before. I remember when I was a moth I had to skip the ts (I didn't event know what it was) and also the events, but I just focused on completing the game and now I am a full on veteran! Fully satisfied but not downplaying ur point at all! Some moths leave the game because they just can't find motivation because they couldn't get their cosmetics.

The Amiibo sensors on Switch controllers (Joycon and Pro) are too weak to detect the NFC tags on the pins. Even the official Amiibos have issues being read when my phone can read Amiibos all day with the case on, but I need to take the case off and fiddle with the STAR pins for a few seconds before my phone reads them.

Just remember with eShop items, like free to start games, each user on that device needs to "download" it (not really downloading, just grabbing the license) so they can play on that user. Each time the game starts up, usually the game will do a license check to ensure you're allowed to play that game.

Hi, I think the reason is because since it contains Nintendo characters, Nintendo needs to make a profit and making it switch exclusive was probably a requirement idk obviously but there's probably a reason for it, I don't see TGC making an IAP exclusive for no reason

The chinese servers exist due to certain online laws, TGC doesn't even manage the Chinese servers, Netease does

I feel a bit...iffy about the Nintendo things, (only because of just feeling awkward about crossovers in this game, and also exclusivity and causing likely jealousy) but those were probably a requirement, unfortunately.

Also, the NetEase server isn’t theirs - they just provide things towards it, not its decisions.

the netease server is run by a different company. final decisions are not under tgc's control in that server

I don't think they are the best, there are a lot of items that I like more than the ones that come in the Switch pack and the Chinese server.
And it's called business, I don't think there is favoritism

i personally don't really like the items in the nintendo pack, other than the ocarina, but i wouldn't pay $30 if i only wanted 1/4 items. but i do know that quite a lot of players will love the pack. plus, its not like the area is completely blocked off for mobile players. you could grab a friend with the cape, or maybe tgc will have an event that lets an npc guide you through the barrier, kind of like the office npc. there are lots of possibilities that can happen in the future

/I still wonder about why we almost always get packs, but the individual items in them can't be bought one by one
So people have the option to buy one or two items, or a pack with a Cheaper price ( compared to all 4 items prices individually )

the Halloween event had its own issues with separate iap and a pack. some countries had wildly different pricing for each item, and it didn't make sense when compared to the usd prices. price conversions have always been an issue in sky

iirc, the individual items added up to the pack's price in usd. however, some countries had the pack cost way more than buying both individual items, and others had the individual items cost more than the pack.... it was all over the place

It might just be becuase I'm really small in comparison to my tall skid in live but, does flying seem... Smoother to you guys on beta?

servers are smaller, so i find beta to be less laggy. except for this build, i'm getting lag spikes all over the place

I find depending on the graphics quality, flying seems smoother, but that was because I realised I was on high graphics in beta and low graphics in live

I also think because of less players in beta. Compared to live carrying 7 kids. Horrible lags and stove phone

Yeah I noticed that my graphics can stay high in beta without my phone getting like a furnace, if I did that in live it would be lag and crashes everywhere
