I should point out the irony I found while browsing the wishlist and on Instagram.
The rhythm vs dreams was more like a "this is the new rhythm" and overall it got a lot of love.
But the lightseekers and assembly comparison weren't.. As kind...
A lot of hate, specially on the early stages of Season testing, I don't really see why..

I'll say to avoid drama that people were very harsh on Assembly over on Instagram:
Things like "this is Lightseekers again they're not even hiding it! ", a veteran player saying they were from the start and saying "this is the worst season by far, they have hit rock bottom, look at the masks! Like what is this?! 🤮"

So far, I see the seasons (according to similarities/opposites) as:
Gratitude VS Prophecy
Lightseekers VS Assembly
Belonging VS Enchantment
Rhythm VS Dreams

And then good old Sanctuary is all by itself for now.

I think the difference between the discussion about Rhythm vs. Dreams and Lightseekers vs. Assembly stemmed more from the initial cosmetic similarity. Dreams had a lot more varied cosmetics while many people felt the Assembly masks were just the Lightseekers masks again but inverted colors
Add on that originally the Assembly qg had the Lightseekers qg mask on (that also wasn't obtainable in either season)

Personally, that's why I like Assembly even more. The throwback references.
My headmate Vash gets to hog all the purple/blue cosmetics and cool Lightseekers masks, and now I get to have some too that aren't those colors.

The devs do read and consider the ideas in wishlist (Ktjn has mentioned in the past how a popular ask is for a violin), but they have to take a lot of things into account before implementing them, such as how the ideas can fit into the seasonal ideas they have planned and if they are actually feasible to implement in game (for example, an underwater world has been proposed by members, but the devs mentioned they'd have to rework the swimming mechanics to make that work before they can even really consider it)

I was juggling beta testing Prophecy with job hunting, and I will say that it was quite crazy for me. Unfortunately I didn't even end up 100%ing the season in beta because of that fact. I bought the pass and 100%ed it when it hit live, though.
I did end up having more time during testing for Dreams, and now Assembly.

Invites happen now as the devs need more testers, so no one really knows when they will happen! For example, invites came for the first time in months recently even though it was the middle/towards the end of the current season in testing

In my opinion, the menu was viable back in 2019. Now in 2021, we just have too many emotes now. The emote menu needs a big rework soon to sort emotes much better and kinda "future proof" the emote system. So that no matter how many new emotes TGC adds, we wouldn't have any problems finding them anymore

My friend just told me that the 2 masculine hairs in the new season will be AP.
There’s already not a lot of masculine hairs in sky cotl, if there is, I wasn’t there for it.
I just need a traveling spirit with masculine hair, or just at least 1 masculines hair in this season that’s not AP.
Some people don’t have enough money to buy AP. I was happy enough with at least 1 masculine hair to not be AP, but ya’ll had to do this to me, go ahead and make the female hair AP, we already have tons of those.
I’m not accusing anyone of unfairness due to lack of masculine hairs, but, this needs to change.
Maybe you guys are making the masculine hair AP because it’s rare, but that’s kinda, like, yk.

You're completely fine, the reason I asked is because hair isn't inherently gendered and doesn't tell us what you want when you say "masculine" because that can be highly subjective/interpreted differently by every individual. Using more objective descriptions of what you want help the team understand what you want to see in the future. Asking for short hair tells us more clearly what you desire.

In my opinion, prop items also serve as a cosmetic in our outfits to match and to express ourselves with. If each prop had a unique back design we will have more mix and match looks for our skykids with them. Like a cute little jar or torch at the back, or even a pillow i also found the sticks on the back to be pretty cool and unique too.

And it will make your friend go, "oh what item is that?" and let them know what item you're wearing

It was a placeholder that was ultimately scrapped. we released Assembly content in a much more unfinished state than usual so we could get more testing on the new quest type and some under-the-hood changes to how props work. which is why we communicated that focus should not be on outfit items as they are subject to change in subsequent builds. And yes, items that loot "complete" can and do get scrapped sometimes, more often than you think.

How far have you got, though? You need to get through to Forest temple before you can go back to Isle and Prairie. And then, of course, also run through the remaining realms for those portals to open.
