the lightseekers mask with triangles looks very similar to the rhythm mask, except lighter. the mask is dark, which is why many think it's the rhythm mask

Rookie feels like an imposter, takes a walk out to the village where they’re supposed to scout the territory and sing a heartfelt and funny song while doing so. Rookie meets the skater, Rookie doesn’t know that she’s the target, Skater doesn’t know that she’s in trouble, Skater is practicing and talks about her hopes and dreams and introduces Rookie to the spirits of the season in another song. They meet up often now, and they consider eachother siblings, what happens next ?

The season is tested in beta before it goes live. Things might change drastically, bugs might occur, and it will certainly not be the same experience you would get from playing it when it gets to the final version

So, some of my friends and I've been making some theories about the new season and we've seen in the trailer. So basically we were talking that based in time-line Prophecy, Dreams and Enchantments would be the first seasons and this new season would be before Rythm. The spirits from season of Rythm would be like the next generation that make the skater's dream of performing the coliseum, true. The sparkler spirit from belonging could be the "young" version of the spirit with the same hair that we see in the trailer. Again this are just theories and no, we aren't too much into the sky lore- we tried to find out info but with teh season of the Prophecy everything became more confusing...

ooh, what if the timeline was dreams, rhythm, belonging?
dreams shows the young girl growing up and becoming a famous skater, with the help of a mysterious mentor who claims to help her. eventually she joins the rhythm troupe? not entirely sure if she'd be a spirit in the troupe that's collectable, but maybe she's there. then when she grows up, she finds her family in belonging and stays with them. after a while / some magic, she is able to go back to her younger self and teach herself how to skate (effectively making a loop- she teaches herself to skate, fulfilling her time loop destiny)

i have no idea if this lines up with canon , i'm just throwing out a theory :)

In the meantime, do a candle run on beta! Focus on live!
Beta gets a lot of hype from invites, but the majority of the time, it's empty because there hasn't been an update. Be patient, it'll come when it's time.

mostly just play the game as normal. you don't really need to find every glitch if you don't feel like it. Even logging on for a bit lets the devs know that you can get in the game. #beta-looking-for-group is a good place to find groups of people to help with doors and such

Moths earn lots of candles - one per each new spirit, I believe.
It's a one-time thing, so don't get too comfy - soon you'll be frantically running for candles like the rest of us

when you start as a moth you get like 3/4 of a candle for reliving spirit memories the first time so it seem like you’re earning more candles but you’re not. the wax in the realms is the same. the only difference is the seasonal candles gives you 6 instead of 1

The case of alex's server is unique because that server existed before official, and before we had the staff to support creating custom emotes, they helped us get started. So alex's server is a special exception for those emotes.

You know, I have been active on and off the past few months, but the more I'm active here now, the more I realize that the devs of Sky, community managers, etc, and just about everyone in the server are really working hard to make Sky the best game possible, and it's server.

I honestly am super happy that I'm active again here, and all of the talk and support towards the game really has me looking forward to it's future, even if there are things added that we may not enjoy in the end.

Just want to say that everyone here has convinced me that TCG really is caring, and that Sky has a bright future ahead, even if there are bumps in the road toward greatness. So I'm really looking forward to working in Beta, and help fixing it up as best as possible!

Yes, it was likely a hacker. Deer mask and the ultimate umbrella weren't possible to get in the beta version of the game, because the seasons were too short during those times to be able to finish them and get the ultimates. You can report people you see with them

There are some hackers in both live and beta, but we could be seeing more than usual right now since the invite waves just went out recently. People are trying to get whatever info they can about the new season or unreleased content, and so many people don't care about breaking the ToS and disrespecting TGC unfortuantely

Unfortunately, yes, there are a lot of them. It's most likely because beta gives you access to seasonal cosmetics much sooner than live, and also there are less players online to report you, I guess.

Beta and live are totally separate games. Owning a pass in the live version has no bearing on seasonal participation in beta - you have to get it separately for each version.

The reason the prophecy pass that you all used for last season's testing still works for TS is because there is no new seasonal data in the 11.4 patch. so to the game server it's still in prophecy's preorder season instead of dreams season preorder.

founder's cape is pretty cool, would recommend it. especially for crs
you don't have to constantly candle run, just hitting valley and prairie (and maybe forest) give you quite a bit of candles
if you go for chibi mask, there's a lot of tutorials on youtube that will show you how to chibi fall. there's also some other tricks on there (rocket trick, table trick etc)

Chibi mask and table for oobing and chatting, I would go for fireworks staff and maskless,
maskless gives a good, simple look at new season hairs cause at least to me the moth mask clutters my sense of taste

I would also make note of popular hairs and make them a beta stretch goal, oftentimes people from live come in and want to see what their favorite hairs look like with a mask or a cape,

The chibi fall only works for surfaces you can fall through, usually soft grass and sand. It doesn’t work on all materials. And slopes are important too

You can do it on stone surfaces too, but only with enough of a corner on the ground to do so. But you can always do it on a sloped sand and grassy area

The TS suggestion that we discussed is most focused on reducing the stress to candle run, but still able to give TCG money (because we want Sky to run, even if TCG doesn't care about money)

The basic plan is that the Pass corresponding to the TS is still buyable for players who doesn't have that Pass yet. It will provide a large discount to TS items.

People who can't afford the pass, or don't want to buy it will still have the option to CR for it. But every other Wednesday, there would be a Double Wax event, before TS arrives. OR they add extra candles in areas that need it, like Vault, so people don't have to stress as much about candle running every day.

so you know the sanctuary cutscenes? when you get a fragment, and return it to the qg, it opens both the heart collection nodule and the cutscene at the same time. however, there's a few frames before the game cuts to the cutscene and therefore if you tap quickly it'll give you the heart and play the cutscene at the same time.
