Probably. It’s possible, but very, very, rare to get in through old invite links (take me for example). If anyone leaves the program or the devs clear out inactive beta accounts, there are slots that can open. That’s probably what happened for you

The carpenter's memories have shown us unfinished tents and the spirit reading a book.
I think with the purple light (ancient secret/knowledge) she finally got to build the tents.

Thinking on it, with the seasonal spirit name, as enchantment carpenter, and the diamond being prevailent in vault and forest, and most factories in wastelands, maybe the diamond represents crafting

Last opening on iOS was in December, prior to that was August.
Last opening on android was in March, prior to that was November and September.

I know some folks were being a little rough with them, so it warranted the disclaimer. Advocating for the removal is valid feedback that should go in y'know... the #beta-feedback channel where it will be read by the dev team and not lost in the chatter.

I think I was more surprised they had such...crude? names, especially when compared to what we've always called them.

They felt like typical programmers' place holders.

I didn’t see any crudeness in the names, in my view it simply jus described the spirits and who they were. But I gotta admit, since it was a placeholder I’m kinda exited to see the new finished names 👀

Many are very literal. It might be worth noting a lot of the devs' native languages aren't English so the placeholder text tends to be a little rough around the edges, but throwing text in, even if it's placeholder, so a feature can be merged into a test build is better than holding it up for something that is easily changed.
That being said, as someone whose native tongue is English and does a lot of player-facing communications, my first drafts are...something.

if you’re just using different apple ids, not losing apple id, you can open your downloaded Sky beta app with another apple id signed in, but when you need to update beta, you have to login the apple id that accepted beta invite to be able to do so

(not for icloud, just for app store)

I recently found out earlier this week that the ark and the quests available in the forgotten ark area is planned to be a permanent fixture. This has sent me through the roof! This area has opened up so many questions and I’m so excited about the lore of the sky kingdom. With the quests being a permanent fixture do you think we might get a chance to restore the whole of golden wasteland? And find out what caused so much devastation in the first place?

It's a mixture of both. There's always a bit of suspension of disbelief to introduce gameplay for the sake of replayability interspersed with official canon. We try not to handhold too much because we love seeing the many interpretations of what's going on in the world of Sky.

Opening additional beta slots is on an as-needed basis. There is no pre-set schedule for when we open it up.
Last opening on iOS was in December, prior to that was August.
Last opening on android was in March, prior to that was November and September.

Sigh.... I have a beta question that just maybe somebody could point me to a source of help. Here’s the problem: the second spirit I completed in this current season did not give me a seasonal heart (🧡). Now that I’ve completed every node, I only have 3 seasonal hearts—ONE LESS THAN NEEDED to get the last gift = the wizard’s hat .

I have filed a bug report and corresponded to at least 2 or 3 people who NEVER took the time to read my reports. How do I know:
1.) always assumed I was talking about my live game even though my beta ID was clearly posted
2.) all said I would benefit from reading articles cals in the FAQ and the known-issues tab. Not helpful at all.

Last person said that “since it was beta, they didn’t replace missing items.”.
So,.. do I just grin and bear it? Or what??? 🤮💔🥀😢

While I do understand you want to get this fixed, I think they may be right in not fixing missing items in beta.
Although, at the same time I think it seems like a serious enough bug that they should look into it. Did you also write a bug report here?

Filing bug reports is just to basically inform them about a bug. You won’t get some kind of customer support from that. Not receiving seasonal hearts seems to only be an issue on beta, so it can get overlooked. If you contacted one of the staff or support and they thought you were talking about your live account it’s because live currency issues take precedence over beta ones, since beta cosmetics and currency isn’t very important to reimburse people for as it can just get wiped soon anyways. Most beta players won’t contact support regarding issues like this, so whoever you were in contact with most likely just assumed you were playing live. Tbh you may have to just grin and bear it. :/ You’re getting the seasonal content for free anyways. This isn’t to shoot you down but if you really want those seasonal hearts for your beta account then you can contact customer support again. Personally I don’t think you should, as in all reality it’s not worth it, but it’s up to you.

Missing a seasonal heart sounds like the conversion bug? Many ppl lost seasonal currency because of it and I believe no one got it back because it's beta.
And I think the customer support does not know much about beta. Beta players in beta test are not technically customers

Heart values are doubled, so if a friend sends you a heart you get 2 during the event. Gifts of light value is also doubled, so instead of it taking 60 to forge a heart, it takes 30

If i recall correctly, there was a bug on beta where seasonal stuff converted early, so people who got a seasonal heart in the first day or two had it converted to a regular meaning they'd be short a seasonal heart to complete the season. Unfortunately, restoring missing items on beta isn't a priority since it's a testing ground. I understand it's frustrating, but it's not a priority when CS is backed up more than a week on Live, to fix beta issues.

Lightseekers and Gratitude had you receive the ultimate reward after watching the final cutscene when you finished those seasons. Starting with belonging, you buy the ultimate from the quest giver with seasonal hearts, the cutscene is just a cutscene now.

About the heart being already bought, yes. If you completed a spirit that offered a seasonal heart in their season then the heart won’t be available for you to purchase when they’re a traveler.

This is probably the first time I wholeheartedly disagree with a change to the game, and I think it’s going to negatively impact players’ experiences
