I think it's preference, best to wait til season comes out and see the cosmetics^^ All spirits have already been posted in #news as 'sneak peak' sort of thing, and you can scroll through beta screenshots to look at the cosmetics, or look them up for yt, just know it contains spoilers

I guess it only has 4 spirits, which wouldn't be as worth compared to a season with 6 or more spirits, but the cosmetics are nice imo. See if you like the cosmetics or not

It would depend on how long you would be willing to wait to be able to possibly get anything you miss as well. Because yes they will technically be able to return with the TS system, but as more and more spirits get added the chances of it being a spirit you're hoping for go down. So it could be years before any of these actually show their face again

if you don’t want to spend candles, lighting friends daily and receiving their light usually gives 1 heart a day, getting likes on medi also helps

Another word of advice. Don't spend anything before you check #news and or patchnotes to see if there is any upcoming event. If you don't know any events then try to compare it with last year / public holidays and try to predict if something is coming or not

What I used to do was reserve a certain amount of candles then spam friends constellation with hearts, I’m unsure how affective it would be now but worked wonders for me 🥲 (Had enough for both TS & all constellation completion)

I'm trying to collect hearts but I realized that the leftover candle I got after trade was around 3-5 out of my 15-19 run. Pretty sure I need more for ts and events

Also if you've been AFK for more than 10 minutes, you stop collecting wax until you interact with the screen again, you could have maybe encountered that as well

So, it took the same time to get 20 candles, but same time per candle

The old system gave us about 17-18 each day iirc, 21-22 if it's off season. Now it's 20-21 per day, 24-25 during off season

It was very draining, since you have to get the same amount of wax everytime to get candles unlike the Daily Light System. What you can forge for an hour with 3 realms in the daily light can take you at least 2 with all realms during the old sytem

Slow 5 candles
Good luck getting a 21st candle

I like with the new system that I can kind of choose where I want to cr on a day I’m not trying for full 20 candles

I also like that for people who don't want to do a full CR you can still get a decent amount of candles with not as much effort. I like being about to get about 10 candles per day just doing the quest realm and cake realm and then not worry about the rest
