We don't know, since they didn't really say in the patch notes. I think they are just giving people an update as to how it's supposed to work, but at least right now it doesn't seem to be active in live

Could be a bug though maybe, there seem to be a few bugs right now. I would wait for further information in #news or #known-issues perhaps
