Yes, it ended a few weeks ago, but during Skyfest free cape spells are still available from the Office roof, for access, and the concerts are still every 2 hours.

It is not negative, 2E is a big project, somethings slip by the wayside when you are trying to create something great. Giving yourself time to performa gradual release makes things easier. I don't mind we will get the items eventually. It just seems different from their normal pattern of release for events. They have been trying different things with ticket collection recently (apparently due to feedback), but to not have all items or cosmetics out is something new for them.

We literally don't know what it is like behind the scenes. Also this isn't the first time they release different items for the same season halfway through, such as AURORA etc.

Moreover the anniversary this time is a long stretch so you don't wanna to overwhelm players at first as well
