A) Leftover from previous season OR

But in order to buy gift pass, player must get the adventure pass for themselves first before the option to buy gift pass only show up

It's located in golden wasteland. You can fly upwards from the bonfire in the social space of gw! Earlier people used to use rocket glitch to get up there faster but now you can fly but I assume that would take quiet a time

Yah, the beach clam is buggy right now. The only way i've gotten it to spawn is to take a bunch of friends to avoid server merging and burn the turtle darkness ourselves. I'm pretty sure having the darkness auto-burn doesn't trigger the clam spawn.

I don't think there is any in-game setting for it. I know it's been a requested feature, since some people can't handled the bright flashing lights very well. more #live-feedback probably won't hurt if it's something you want to see added to the game.

Unpredictable, though. The beach clam has appeared for me twice since the update. The wind that can sometimes pin you to the wall in the corridor between GW social space and the maelstrom is unpredictable as well. Thanks. 🙂

Morning....Yeah...Turtle Event has a bug that interferes with the spawning of the Beach Clam.

I ve seen Dark plant on Turtle's back abruptly got burned underwater; turtle magically appear in seconds on surface from spot A to spot B (both on surface) already without the dark plant; not appear at all for serveral minutes....

If Dark plant is burned underwater= no beach clam.

Somehow the update messed up with whatever trigger the spawn of beach clam (that followe the camera pan, that does Not appear when Dark plant is auto burned)

There may be something pushing server merge, but even in those cases at times none of the players seem to be available to find the beach clam (other times, I ve seen some can have that wax while others do not)

Don’t spam deep call
-Make sure to have 8 players total who know you and know your needs so you fill your server and don't risk merging with strangers who might make flashiness worse. hugs/highfive and any other friend actions will instantly charge your light even if you're grey so you don't need to deep call. keep your camera zoomed out and facing down towards the ground to reduce the shaking and reduce some of the bad lighting

It's not a spirit per se, it's a feature/semi-daily event added to the game with the Season of Shattering. Red and black shards alternate daily (there are days when no shards drop), and while black shards 'only' give some wax, the red shards give ascended candles and access to a memory related to the Shattering. If you've never experienced one, I highly recommend to seek the one today out!

The first one today drops in 5 and a half hours in the Graveyard in GW. If you didn't finish the quest yet, you will get the memories in their intended order. After that, they're randomized.

i came up with a couple ideas that i’d like to share with the sky community. DISCLAIMER-none of this is related to TGC or the game dev in anyway, just the ops of some fellow sky players who would like to share their input on sky. whilst exploring the new season area & browsing the cosmetics, one thought came to mind-why is it so dull? i felt like the last couple seasons consisted of dull cosmetics,where the capes looked too similar,the masks weren’t as detailed & some of the emotes had no real purpose.….maybe the devs are running out of ideas, and don’t get me wrong, the sky community all appreciate how much hard work they put into creating these seasons for us to play, but being a player who rarely plays that much anymore and almost ended up quitting,i feel like the downfall of these seasons have really put me off. latest seasons like aurora & little prince have been v impressive in terms of cosmetics, and virtual experiences they brought to the game-i’m ofc talking about the wonderful AURORA concert that definitely served as a huge treat to all us sky players, who’ve never seen anything quite like it in the game before & the little prince -there was something magical about the entire season that made it so special & memorable,and i feel like we could really use more seasons like them in sky.this could mean more collab?most sky players also have lots of common interests,likeother games & fandoms which could be brought to sky as a collab so everyone could experience their fav parts of those interests inside sky itself! so,i &on behalf of my buddy xk, are asking for your input on what sort of seasons you’d like to see in sky. all ideas would be v appreciated, ranging from cosmetics to emotes, calls & maps. we have a few ideas ourselves, but theres a limit on how much you can say on discord, and i’ve already said a lot, but if youd like to hear our ideas & share your own, please dm me-i’d love to hear your opinions on what you’d like in the game. thanks!blu 🙂

personally i think theyre all getting the same amount of details as past seasons? I've only started since Little Prince, but I think in general we're just getting more somber/depressing seasons. Abyss is an example where the overall aesthetic is pretty dull, but the masks are good and tells us that there are some spirits who survived the storm/war(?). Shattering is one I would say was too hyped up, and generally wasn't all that exciting (to the point that it's called a filler season), but the cosmetics in that season imo knocks it out with the light/dark aesthetic.

Aurora is definitely the best season tho no doubt, but I probably won't expect the same amount of effort in the future seasons unless they're aiming for another collab/port

Of course collaborations are going to be a grand occurrence. That should come as no surprise.
As well, the game is not just about cosmetics, and especially not about cosmetics that everyone is going to love. TGC puts a lot of effort into catering to all types of players- some are about the exploration and beauty, some about the story and lore, some about the cosmetics, some about the music, etc. It would literally be impossible for events and seasons to cater perfectly to every type of player and their interests. What’s good about this is that we will not always feel obligated to purchase season passes or cosmetics- our wallets can take a break. Season of Remembrance caters best to those who immerse themselves in the story and lore. Not your thing? Don’t worry- a season that caters specifically to what you want will come again soon enough (they always do), and just because that’s not this season doesn’t mean they’ve gotten lazy or run out of ideas at all. Keep in mind they plan everything way ahead of time, and make a lot of changes prior to something actually going live. It’s always great to throw out our individual wants and ideas, but thinking of the bigger picture and the fact we are all different is crucial.
