Being matched in events with states a year or more ahead in development is completely unfair

Active high spenders cannot compete. Whole alliances that worked hard and had a competitive chance before have no chance now in the events that were fun before. Are devs trying to kill this whole game?

It is insulting to have events against states years ahead in development.

Now the best many of us can hope for is to play for points. This is sad

And the points we get don’t add up to rewards worth even showing up

It's no hardship for me to do it.
What I don't like is that the event ends prematurely so people can't actually complete it. I think they should compensate people for what would be lacked.

The thing with settlement defense is that you're taking way more DMG than you think. 400k wounded out of 5M is not a big number, but you're burned after like 2-3 hits. Even doing 200k per hit is a lot and you won't last long until you run out of infantry and burn

This is more and more annoying. The conversion rate is absolutely ridiculous. My state has unlocked everything necessary to open up more higher mines yet THE STILL IS NOT ENOUGH people are still needing 4-6 mines a piece to level up their buildings. This is stopping all other players who need the mines as well. Before at least people could get level 7s or even level 6s. It's gotten to the point where high rally leads are now FORCED to be in level 5s. All this because funplus wants to force people to buy bundles for their buildings. haven't played pow since I realized rewards weren't worth it vs time spent, and constantly skewed matchmaking, which is the whole point everyone needs to realize, if something isn't worth your time doing, don't do it. first and foremost a game is meant to be fun, when you start devolving it into a chore/job. Which goes to pretty much everything that they implement, it's just metrics to show player activity.

They probably also code it in that if someone has a certain run of only 20% odd wins, they get an automatic 9 or 10% win to encourage spending and incentivize further engagement. "Oh hey I finally won" no, you really didn't. They just told you that you did.

Plus people sort of put together a picture a while back of the different demographics and how they're preyed upon in specific manners. I wouldn't be surprised if these events follow that pattern as well. So of course my actual and real f2p seems to have better "luck" - they want that to be converted to a spender. Not happening.

The best I have from the pinball was the 400 Arcadia tokens from 1 ball so far. I see some in my alliance get the 1000, the player in question plays 10 balls per play so shoots way more pinball than I do.

Yeah I definitely saved my pinballs to do ten per as much as possible. I wasn't just using them as I received them.

There was also a store at the beginning of the event which provided ten pinballs, I think it was the egg cracking thing. It's no longer there now, but it was.

Sure, it’s crazy but unfortunately that’s the sad part of this game and how it’s moving forward. They won’t slow down or lower the cost. We can scream at saberlot as much as we like but it is what it is. If an event comes online that I can get some bios, I’m happy enough. I use the bios for rays place for the heroes.

Also, I'd like to point out that Saberlot isn't a developer, he's a Community Manager. They ignore him as hard as they do us sometimes. So even if he does tell them to slow down or whatever, you really think they're gonna listen?

People gotta understand they've created middle management specifically to make the devs and company themselves as unreachable as possible. Saberlot, while having some pull, is just as likely to be shuffled to the side as any of us, when the devs really don't want to do something.

This entire server is run by varying degrees of middle management, so while we're all screaming at people who are essentially shift supervisors and store managers, the Big Brother corporation gets to shrug because they're not at the ground level with us so why should they care?

Most of my gripes on this server is with some of the same middle management who thinks if they say yes and tow the line enough, they're gonna get some sort of reward.

I say again, I bet that Kool-Aid tastes real good.

Note that the developers in this server have a tendency to hide behind nondescript player accounts with no selected roles and never engage. They just lurk and report

Being realistic, we're all very different people with very different motivations. Some of our community can be toxic, and something like that where they could have control over the reactions and even real world spending habits of someone else, is like a high for them to feed into their ego.

Most of us are fantastic people just trying to play this game however we can, but we do have that small subset which can really negatively affect the game environment overall.

Some want to be stronger just to be a more vital support in the state or be able to do more and contribute more. Others want to prove to themselves they can meet their goals and overcome something.

While it may seem not completely fair, just adding so many gens at once, it does give you options. And if you take a look at some of the features the newer gens give you some nice options. In addition, it allows you to choose whom you'd like to upgrade first.

Hello shadowLord, If you have already reached limitless heroes, you will need to open a ticket with Customer Support. Be specific about which hero you need. If you just say "old heroes," they won't do anything. Instead, make sure to mention that you're missing Wolfe and need the 10 fragments to unlock him. They should send you the fragments within a couple of days. I hope this information helps you

All you can do is play to the best of your ability and hope that others in your group see the disparity and actually allow you to gain points

The developers deciding it just pushes the entire set towards having their gameplay be spoonfed victories, which can end up being hollow.

I'm in a state exactly at the opposite. There was 4 strong alliance and the 1rst one decided to start a war with the 2 and 3 to destroy them and be the absolute ruler of the state. It's 2 month nobody can gather and they constantly wonder why we can't win anymore any state event. Like yesterday the event where we had to donate resources ... They also don't understand why we boycott SvS, because for us it's best to not have governor at all.

The game push to this kind of behavior and it's a lot less healthy than having 10 farmer alliances. Making them merge won't make people participate more, just hypothetically give better rewards if the merge is a success and a massive wave of people leaving the game if the merge doesn't work as it's often the case.
