Customer service always have some ridiculous excuse. The other day they said the reason they could not refund me is because I had been given a 5% discount - a discount which their shop forces on you and you have no chance to avoid 😄 Of course I am sure they would have refunded me otherwise...... or would they have found some other excuse?

And what is this ridiculous excuse of you have to send the screenshot of the purchases? What modern company asks their customers to do this? Of course they have a record of all the purchases we make, this is because they know 90% of people won't have kept the original mails or have videoed the original purchase.

It's very poor customer service, and probably bordering on the outright dishonest.

If they want to ask for original mails, then they should allow purchase emails to be favourited so they can be kept without mistaken deletion.

Imagine if you buy on more than one account, have 4 accounts and they ask you for all of the purchases for the last three months for your main, then tell you that you sent them the wrong ones, when none of the receipts actually identify which ID you purchased from.

I've also seen that excuse with other customers about the 5%, and that is all it is an excuse. There is no rational reason why a 5% discount would affect anything, unless they are that bad their systems can't manage it. That said, prevailing consumer law still applies no matter what they say.

The one thing it does say in the law, is that they have to give you what you paid for. And for the Hunter's lounge, it said it ran to the 21st, and gave no indication it would be a shorter period. So I suggest they fix this....

If they are sloppy in their wording, it is not a customer problem, it is a them problem.

The customers make purchases based on the wording and information they are shown. And therefore should receive the product on the basis of what the game tells them. It is breaking the law to do otherwise.

I tried to look but didn’t see anything about this issue. Ever since last update, when I look at our alliance members, it doesn’t show everyone. See video. See under R1 there are 3 players and only 2 show. Under R2 there are 9 and only 6 show. Under R4 there are 12 and only 8 show

Hi chief, this is a known issue and it’s been reported. Totally unsure why this has happened, but hopefully we get some information on it soon and a fix!

Hi Karabellum. I will like to add to my co-mod. For the missing alliance members, I think it's because the game pushes everyone to new interface but our settings is still on old. The moment I switched to new interface, this supposed bug disappeared for me.

Please change your settings to new interface and see if it works for you as it worked for me. Now I am able to see all my alliance members.

I hate the new graphics which is why I don’t use it. It’s increasingly annoying that it’s slowly being forced on me. When I do tasks using the new graphic mode, it kicks in my motion sickness for some reason. I can’t explain why but it seriously makes me nauseous to play in the new graphic mode

Hello .. Does anyone ever losing their unactivate temporary wings before ??

I lost 2 of my temporary wings that i got from 1st Future tycoon event last september and Vortex luminous wings from latest bounty blast event ..

I’ve tried to contact and report the cs about this , but they said i already activate it , meanwhile i always online for at least 16 hours a day , how could i ever missed to see those wings on top of my settlement ?

Theres no way i would missed it in 7 days , unless those wings are invisible and need to have sixth sense to see them .

Also , i’m a skins enthusiast , i rarely activate those temporary skins in my backpack and i’m pretty sure i never activate those wings ..

As far as I remember this temparary wings activated automatically as soon as you receive or claim it from email... not sure, so you cant do anything

Those temp wings tend to be auto activated once you get them. You get the stats from it but if you do not activate the appearance, you won't see it

Hey Jennifer, yes that definitely shouldn't happen. With the stats change usually a window pops up with a new stat that you can select or keep the previous one.

One of their GMs tried to say it’s normal 😂 I said no it’s not, it doesn’t specify anywhere that they would be deleted and I suggested to the members to send in a ticket.(gm doesn’t even play the game). Lvl 7 gems are not nothing.

People are already unhappy with all of these bugs/ time consuming events/bundles etc things like this just pushes ppl to want to quit even more 😮‍💨

Be careful if u guys use the stats transfer option for your gems

The answer with nexus bad matching is simple… it’s the number of active alliances. They have to fill up groups of 12 alliances. It’s too ambitious for the current state of the game. And with the super wide power gap, they will have no choice but to fill up the 12 with cannon fodder. If they had launch this in the early days of SOS, maybe it would have been better

You do know they never do anything through that right unless you have a handler that is only provided to big paying people they give auto response until ticket times out...that's why I come here, after 4 years I've learned that they are useless in game reports. The states that we are fighting during SvS are not always in the same range in other events, I think it's still worth checking (I'm sending a screenshot to make it clear how to do this). If the state is in the range, then you will need to open in-game ticket to CS

The roster is locked after registration ends until the second matchmaking stage. If you leave your Alliance after this point, you will still participate in matchmaking with that Alliance and will not be able to join the event session unless you return. So you have to register with same svs alliance.
