I don't have the answers here, but clearly the development team lack some real foresight about the game that they actually develop, or the players within the game

In states like ours, experienced and aged, our players consider this situation staged. The focus on payment rings like an act to see which states rise up to speak back. From there the devs will know who will buy, and who they can push quickly to the side.

Fp is partly to blame. Part of the blame also lies on players. FP did push it to the extreme by still opting for the 8 to 10 players affecting a rally in their battle mechanism. The rest players worked to create.

Im from old old state we got a 4 state merge 43, 51, 58, into 42.
We are still active there but with a lot less then after the merge. I also tried a new state 1008 it was suprising to see how fast new states die, because they create a super alliance before they even have capital clash. As result big alliance wins players think they are untouchable burn smaller ones for fun and smaller ones quit.

People left 1141 because that one alliance is pure domination and claims everything for themselves. No other allianced stood a chance. Now those people are forced back into 1141 and have to buy tickets, again.

I'm curious if you've tried an appeal with CS to have the incorrectly purchased potions exchanged for the potions you intended to purchase? If this was done awhile ago, any chances of an appeal being successful might be limited but this is my personal opinion, not fact.

I ask because when we were "accidentally" provided advanced potions in various stores in 896, reports were created, CS contacted and complaints lodged, and everyone's potions in that state were converted to the potions we could use and FP never made this particular mistake again.

There is not really a "refresh" from the store, but as you said there, it's basically an additive change to the Store. That never changed since I can remember, all Migos that I actually had, were basically the same

We had an issue a few months ago with our servers, actually, because this company hosts multiple games on one server and they were all trying to send and receive data and such all at once so everyone and no one had priority. It was a mess.
We got through it, but Pepperidge Farm remembers.

Common complaints are generally the amount of lagging and crashing, and there are different bugs in different events which haven't been corrected for ages.
Another set of issues is that we do have testing, however it isn't utilized well or fully, so things are often released to live servers without being truly combed through for problems.
The game is very clearly focused on profit, as evidenced by the amount of bundles, packs, and paywalled events, but there are still free options if people have a lot of time available to them.

All of that very loudly and repeatedly said for years, I'm personally still here because I enjoy the people I have met in the game, I love this community and helping people when and if I can, and I do enjoy some of the events and features (when they work).

They don't show on report in the wounded loss section, because they're not actually your troops if any get wounded or die. But if you look further into the details you will see the games troops and tier.

That 1 troop is yours, the 3000 aren't.
The 3000 show up but aren't mentioned on the actual troop casualty report as they aren't yours

If you have another player join your rally, their troops still show up in the troop casualties even if they aren't yours

1. Ensure you are doing all MIGO events and are getting to and completing Mystery Gift, which gives you 3K-5K Bios every 12hrs. Hoard the bios.

2. DO NOT do the "use 15K-25K bios" tasks in Alliance Throwdown. Ever.

3. DO NOT use bios to refresh any section of SOS e.g. Refresh truck quality, buying RSS or speedups in Market Stall, refresh Market Stall etc.

4. Use Travis as much as possible, even if it means it now takes longer to complete your intel.

5. If you have an active alliance, participate in all events that provide Biocaps as part of the rewards.

6. Use the VIP Store as a last resort, not as a dedicated go to.

7. While you might be a friendly person that wants to help out your alliance buddies, they'll hopefully understand that you can no longer join every rally that pops up on your screen if you've already completed your 3 and 5 (fiends and dreadbeasts) for the day to get your rewards, and MIGO completion points.

Conclusion: The theme here should be overly obvious. Use the bios you've saved for the times when you get the dreaded "out of stamina" notification, and for nothing else if it can be avoided.

Clearly, FP wants players, especially F2P to adjust their gameplay as a counter to their greed and complete disregard for the basic energy of game activity.

For stamina issue... it's possible to save 50-100 stamina per intel refresh if you skip explorer/rescue intel

So 200-300 a day
