Hey everyone!
You can report issues or concerns that need to be handled by a State of Survival Lead Mod by raising a ticket.
These include:
Harassment/Discrimination/Racism etc being sent in DMs, occurring on our Discord server or in a state you are in, in-game.
Terms of Use violations occurring in your state.
Inappropriate conduct by a moderator either in-game or on our Discord server.
People trying to scam or solicitate you for discounted packs, money, or other things in DMs.
A general complaint or feedback about our Discord server.
Additionally to reporting in-game Terms of Use violations via this ticket, you must also complete the following steps:
Click on the message in-game and report it.
Take a screenshot of the messages/chats.
Take a screenshot of the player’s profile.
Copy the player’s name.
Send all screenshots and the player name to Customer Support via an in-game ticket.
Block the player
Game related questions, bug reports and feedback/suggestions belong in their respective channels.
