We understand your concern, we really do. Apart from our MOD duties, we too are players like yourselves. There’s several changes we wish that were made. We try our best to help push through suggestions as much as we could. If it really was in our hands to make changes within the game instantly in a matter of seconds we gladly would. As for what goes through, it’s not only about what’s in feedback reporting channel but overall from whole server. By end of the week if said feedback is still within the highest top10 votes, we move what makes to top10 list which is then forwarded to CMs which then goes to Devs as separate report along with everything we have collected. As my co-mods previously said above, we couldn’t give you a 100% guarantee but that probability of changes have not been zero. There have been several changes made and it’s all in the #🎬︱developer_feedback

I would reccomend for in game feedback to always use the text box menu of you expect a reply.

You will want to type in && and enter a couple times then select number 5 from new menu for game suggestion.

They recieve both reports but this way you usually get a response.

Hi chief, due to the way things are looking going forward with heroes; the latest gen seems to be more of a “privilege” to have at a decent level over the previous~

Which is why there’s so few chances for latest gen in rays’ and a lot more of previous crates to help “keep” f2p and low spenders invested in the game the previous gen is easier to obtain to maintain some survivability.

If you have any suggestions about the ongoing issue with the terrible drop rate of latest gen in rays’ I’d encourage you to share your piece of mind in #📋︱feedback-reporting but please to check out #📋︱feedback-how-to before doing so.

I only got 35 capsule crates of previous gen from 120 Ray's place spins...

It takes 602 capsules and 4,680 potions to get 1 hero to the purple brain (that's without even touching the skills)... for 3 heroes, that's over 1.8K capsules and 12K potions and you'd still need way more for the skills

What can anyone do with 30 capsules? Absolutely nothing...

For this gen this set up worked the best for me, olly 4 stars only with one skill unlocked but it works also well in my other account where olly 3 star xD i took ss earlier to help friends if they ask me in alliance, and this ones are the ones that make it a 90% chance of win, only thing to consider is to drop joker bomb at the moment you see the snow ball mofkers show up, then try kill them asap, and then again but second time try to get the blue ones stucked in the bomb as well, and place as many puppets as you can, also joker box when the stompers come, sometimes you can win even if joker only one alive, but for all this you 100/100 need the black battery thing to have a lot of stamina or else is just not enough cause they come quick and kill your puppets, and most times if they kill your puppets then heroes 😅

And mostly level 6k is the most difficult one imo😒

Hi Cyan, I agree, the old wheel format was significantly better. The hero-specific wheel is an especially interesting idea and one I haven’t seen shared before. That would allow one to better strengthen any chose hero as opposed to getting a little bit of everything (the latter of which provides no real value as far as hero ranking goes, imo). Having the same setup, but for the other resources you mentioned, would be a nice (super helpful) addition. And yea, the maps, rss, etc need to be entirely removed. Thanks for the suggestions. I’m not exactly following but I trust mods more than devs. It seems like a fairly relevant and time sensitive feedback, and I made sure to read back all feedback to beginning of release of new aircraft and was the first to make the suggestion but have seen it replicated in feedback by others a couple times now. Just was worrisome as it is well over 50 feedback deep at this point and popular. Fear that if not acted upon, devs opinion will be that it’s not relevant because enough people have spent on plane that they will just move through all the gol levels day 1 limiting the typical sc and ac parts drops to only benefit the few on at same time as whales rather than spread throughout the day or worse, they make them to be more challenging for the whales who spent to the point that f2p can’t pass the easiest of levels.

It’s a lot of work for our feedback team as we have so much that comes in daily from multiple platforms. If you’re worried that it’s been ignored I can assure you it hasn’t. Since there may be many more with the same topic of feedback it could be a counting game and writing up all of them with that same topic.
I honestly hold upmost respect for our bugs and feedback teams, they really are troopers.

With such features they are likely in a 6-8 or even 12 month plan ahead already with features made and planned. Which is why it can seem like some features are left in the dust with issues and forgotten. Our team is always pressuring with what we possibly can do for all of us to enjoy the game, we both have the same shared goal, but unfortunately mods are only community based and we aren’t a chairman of the board to provide all the serious matters that needs addressing.

In short, no they don’t on the sheet, the feedback we get from that comes in the form of broadcast centre posts, we don’t get answers to everything however there are some changes happening on the back end in mod team that are hopefully going to be able to help us get more answers to both bugs and feedback, it’s a bit of a lengthy process as there are things to arrange but it is in works

I think Devs fixed Labyrinth Super Alloy and Energy Core ratio so now you don't have 1k to 30k but almost the same numbers of materials. I checked on 3 accounts and if I have more of one material I get it less from Lucky Wheel and more the missing one (Maybe I am delusional)

It had bugs a few times well and then there had the dreaded underground incident when it did not say the levels will be completed and people came on to play and realized it was done and unset everyone ,bosses not being able to be beaten and then complaints of time zones and having to do the 1st level or people having to do bosses that gave little points over the mist tiles and getting too little points cause of it were the complaints . The completion of underground stopped though but the other complaints were always there
