Is it possible you occupied a level 5 city in Nexus without occupying level 2 city? That is what I think happened to my account that I have this issue in. I missed level 2 city day, came back next day for level 5 city

So it wants me to get badge for level 5, but it is "hidden" behind level 2 badge that I can't claim

25 levels left and all will take longer and longer to make. But just for fun, lets say they all take 58h, then just maxing boiler room takes another 2 months and season ends in 6 weeks

you have stages in badges. When you reach 100k in 2nd stage of MIGO you get 50 points, when you reach 200k you get 200, when you reach 500k you get 500. The problem is that to make 8k you have to reach almost all badges

as I said - some badges have levels - here is my score without 1500 points from 2nd & 3rd MIGO stage, 1000 from maxing exploration and few connected with mining, Max Tundra 500, Super boiler 40k = 200, Power Mixer 150k = 200, Fiend Feller 500 = 200

so the conclusion is - some badges have levels, and to unlock the highest one, you have to complete lowers first. It's much harder to get rewards during this MIGO. They removed alliance mine, reduced conversion ratio and added 20 levels to tundra & boiler. Moreover we can't get lower set of skins from Nexus Internal ranking...

You have to hit weak points first and then shredder. If any rally hit shredder before all weak points are destroyed you won’t give all rewards. Only once’s that you got for destroying before shredder.

And kills boss potentially before other weak points get killed by their rallies.
We killed 3 yesterday, got correct rewards. Killed 4 today, got correct rewards.
So 99.99999999% chance, too many players rallies hit the same spot before others hit theirs.

1- Duration: It is basically impossible to do any other events with the current event duration, we had to change trap twice because it coincided with the time chosen , I have seen alliances miss bunkers or give away rewards because they have nexus at same time , the schedule was changed twice by the developers so this point is acknowledged

2- Matchmaking: I don’t know who considers matching 10 alliances who have maximum one rally leaders with literally whale alliance fun , it is not fun , whales had to burn people last day to get points and next event everyone is already not showing so no points while if matchmaking is fair it would be a proper fight and people will get points

2- Occupancy: Only occupants get rewards what about those who don’t fit in a rally ?!

4- Bugs : I have never seen that much bugs in a single event

5- mines and boiler upgrade requirements

6- Event progression: boring , boring , fighting, then either burn or get burned or watch

We lost level 5 city because we had to fight 4 alliances at same time for checkpoint 2 and for level 5 that I already won and for level 1 even, how many players do you think alliances have to cover all this

The whole thing is a joke. Nothing about it works properly. The matchmaking is astronomically out of sync. The massive amount of lost rewards still haven’t been compensated and they have the cheek to do it another 2 times during this Migo season.

All leading states should all be matched together. If they want to out spend everyone else then they should have to work harder than everyone else, not be given an easy ride just because they all cry to the devs and threaten to leave if they don’t get their own way.

That 5 day reset thing is just a countdown until new chance - the bug is we had a chance available, the timer said event was still running, the calendar said the event was still running, the event was actually running and yet the Footclan trap could not be opened due to 'invalid time'.

Every time the mines move, this research is reset, this is how F+ is making things more fun! And in order to make things more effective for the alliance, we have to reserve the level 9 mines for rally leads. These are things which @celest stream or the devs do not see when they screw up the game.

The bundle issue was due to mines removal , most players bought the seasonal pass and the mines were removed so the pass was rendered useless, as for the new beginning badge , mining was part of weekly tasks in MIGO , mines removal as well as several bugs that made mining difficult , affected this task and the badge acquisition ( the points to obtain the badge became more than what is available)

So basically both issues was caused by removing mines from usual map to nexus map and the rarity of mines and log in issues of nexus , yes mines were compensated but they didn’t contribute to the badge points , so many players are left with points missing

I don't think mining has much to do with this, the mining task could be completed after which we received the migo points that matter for this badge, there was no bug during the svs, based on the rank we could get enough points to get the rewards from this badge imo

Mining don't have that much impact on the tasks... If players failed to complete the mining hours tasks and they are just a few points behind the 500K, i suggest them to raise support ticket to ask for help.. Other than the mining tasks, the Nexus is not related to the New Beginning Badge.

For the loss on the weekly pass, i know dev team is working on the comp for those players. basically can cover the one missing day loss for the mining issue.

The point missing is basically between 2 - 2000 something, it is minor but it has an effect , they didn’t have a day to compensate, mines removed and then no mines in nexus and then the log in issue , no one actually realized it except later

based on the info from dev team side, they didn't find any calculation error on the points, for example: player A should have gained 100 points, but only added 90 actually. They didn't find error like that for the time being.. If players failed to complete the full mining hour tasks and lost some points due to the issue on Sunday, i suggest them to raise tickets to support and seek chances for the compensation.

But for the issue in the SS, like missing only 2 points to reach 500K, those people should have completed the mining tasks. In other words, the Mine in Nexus didn't impact their overall points.

Today is Wednesday in state of survival. Stage 2 started on Monday. So that is 3 days of treasure digging, intel, fiends.
I have completed survivor royale, feeding frenzy, and achieved 12 stage targets in bloodsport. I have spent 0 tokens for tasks. I have completed 2 of the 4 troop drill tasks. I have completed 3 of the mining tasks. I missed trap yesterday, so that's still 0 😭

Except that ratio dictates cost vs profits, not output.
At current ratio, it implies that "you" do mining through scrapping by hands, transporting by sacks/bags and the lowest grade.

As long as you garrison inside the building before it is completely beseiged then you will get the badge. Sadly if people are rushing then a minimum of 7 to 8 will get if they send full march. But if the alliance priorities those who dont then 20 people can get the badge. Besiege is just a means for you to get individual points.

People complain about stamina, but there's 1 thing a lot of people don't understand.....
You do not need to seige the villages 😆 just send some troops and log out. The village will die, and you will earn points.

It looks like others have experienced this but it was awhile ago from what I am seeing.You might want to open a ticket for the issue

You can file a bug report by clicking the avatar in game, click settings, click help and support Option A click “bug report” tab (note this is an automated collection only report, it you require a response please follow option B) Option B -enter %% (or a random combination of words) a couple of times until you bring up a new menu - select option 3 (game feature issue) then “other” -select “submit form” link and complete, attaching screenshots if required

Hi, if you click on the “nexus struggle event” there is a return button. It has a 5 minute cooldown

Yea earlier it told me invalid time when I tried to start at 14UTC. But when I see the schedule time and shows 15UTC, 17UTC, 19UTC, 20-23UTC available and starting manually at 15UTC worked fine for me.

if the problem it’s for aura in building from statue, there is one troubleshooting for some works, remove statue from island, put in hq and again put statue in island, exit and enter in game. And he can see aura,if doesn’t work he need to open ticket and come back for a bug report

Hello yes it was Mia completion crates and it seemed to happen twice where i end up with fewer potions than expected. Advanced potions.
but then I tried to reproduce it and it behaved as expected, so I do not have images of the actual problem, only what I thought happened. So I have not bug reported this yet, curious to see if anyone else had had similar happen

either way, I will be keeping a close eye on future crate opening 👀

Hey there, looks like a bug that your settlement is invisible. If troubleshooting with restarting the game and repairing the game didn't help unfortunately I don't have a fast solution to fix this immediately. I recommend to open a ticket via CS and report this bug. Are you able to do everything on nexus map? E.g. gathering, attacking infected fiends...🌺
