So this now means you can't stack ata events, you are limited to your number of slots only even though they are complete.

Even though you have available officers, all slots used, yet new missions with respawn on refresh of complete, but can't run them till you clear complete

well here's a big problem, even restarted to make sure it wasn't just visual glitch. I used my cerritos to support my stella and it worked fine the first two times. the third time upon applying support, is shows my stella is now dead.
nothing in the log showing the defeat and even the visual of the battle log shows it has shield/health.

clicking the repair option, restores it to its correct state but not restarting or any other actions in game like changing screens.

When I try to open a Battle Report against a Cloaked enemy, I get blank screens, nothing loads and you can't go back or anything. You can only close the app and restart. That, with the LAG takes forever and may even sometimes not connect successfully - retry at 76% for 5min

Mariner Avatar SLB doesn’t score correctly.
Build a defence Plattform, gained around 368k points in power (stfc.space), according the event it is 20 event points per point power gain. = 368k x 20p = 7.36mio points.
However, I got around 280k Points for that upgrade.
Upgraded a 2nd Plattform with the same result. Only got around 280k points in the event.
Waited also around an hour now to see if it might be only some lag in scoring… but after an hour and several restarts, nothing changed.

sometimes I wonder why I play this game. the lag has been so horrendous for a while now and doing a simple event like the xslb with very few people in system we have game issues where screens freeze for a good 2s between screens, button have to be pushed multiple times just to show they are doing something, the syncing of where ships are. I mean seriously this is basic game stuff. why the.... can't the devs I don't know properly supply the hardware needed to support basic game functions. that or optimize the code to actually run. and no I don't have a bad connection. I have a fiber 1gb connection with a 8ms ping to game. it's game server lag not me. not to mention everyone's been complaining about this for years and it's only gotten worse.

ROE is not a rule, it varies from server to server and does not exist on some. It is basically a player agreement on that particular server. You have no obligation to play by ROE. You can decide to play however you want, as are the other players on that server that choose to treat you however they wish. As such this is not a bug and does not belong on this board.

easy solution. don't follow it start a rogue alliance and challenge the status. in every group there will be the strong that sets the standards for everyone. every game community has their own rules built by the community. choose to follow or not.

I've created on 28th of March a ticket with support because the lag was incredible, I was spending my time looking at frozen screens or had to reset / clear location each 1 minute..
They replied only on 4th of April.......

Not a game bug, player created guidelines and self enforcement has nothing to do with the game software and or bugs within the software. If the majority of the server wishes to follow some sort of ROE, then too bad for you. Will of the people etc. lol. You are still free to ignore it, as you have stated that you do. But on the flip side, they are also free to treat you however they want as well, ie KOS, not allowed to join their alliance or whatever your server does. Freedom is a 2 way street, and is in most things in life, majority rules.

I mean if they wait for people to complain in Discord so they can be aware there's lag on servers... they're the next level of bad.

Today i got 2 new weird issues:

1. During PVP the game randomly opened reward boxes multiple times.
2. Sometimes when i get attacked my ship automatically changes its direction and sets the attacker as target for an attack. I can fly in the opposite direction but if i get attacked i steer into them

relax, you're free to play the game as you want within the ToS. But other players are too and they're well within their rights to try to enforce a roe

You shouldn't, but there's a bug, so your options are to either try a workaround or wait for a fix.

Warp component is part of the ship, when you're in the upgrade screen, it's in the lower left corner.

Is there a way to turn off the moving background? It is flickering and if epileptic I would be curled up in a fetal ball. Relatively recent bug, latest iPad Pro and current OS. Killing app does not resolve, could be an Apple bug.

If there is an ability that says „delay by 1“ and I can completely negate it by having another ability that reduces the first one by 20%, that is broken in my eyes, because then still 80% of the first ability should apply but cannot as its less than 1. Well, broken or bad/non-foresighted design, either applies. That could be fixed by making Rom’s captain maneuver unaffected of any increase or decrease based on ship/officer abilities, same as they made it not profiting from synergy effects. Make it always exactly 1 round and the issue is solved

Hi all.
Im on Server EU156. Having an issue with a stuck ship here. Have done a bug report in game, no follow up since and my ship is still stuck. Ship will warp when recalled, but as soon as it docks to my station its back in the system it has started from. My fellow alliance members cant see my ship in that system, which leads me to believe its stuck in limbo 🙄 Have cleared the cache, data, wiped and reinstalled the game, and still continuing to have the issue.

Any suggestions please? Not much more i can do on my end here!!

Please fix your crash problem with the iOS app. When I locate ships, it crashes, when I click on a node, or an armada, or a player, it crashes! Happens most frequently just after switching systems. Oh, switching systems seems to makes it crash, too!

What sometimes helps with stuck ships is if someone attacks your base. Have a friend crash a realta or similar into it and see if that fixes your ship

Bear in mind I can't start any ATAs at the moment, they're all failing with the workers_error_2 notification. But the Khan /gorkon / kang issue predates this. Had this issue for two weeks now (since they did that maintenance update that wasn't the current arc update)

But others are having the workers_error_2 issue as well so I'm not hopeful it'll fix much

@clear smelt I was told in my server that augment space works backwards. It doesn't make sense to me, but I am having the same issue. They send out a bounty hunter that slowly follows you and destroys your ships. Kinda a crappy setup imo.

And @tulip iris because the bounty hunters aren't working for the augment. The augment are basically hostile invaders to the systems and you're aligned with them, so you become hostile to that area by association.

Speciality event ships not being faction isn't a bug though, they even used to tell us back when they did arc fall Q&A's, and this makes sense to me as they are speciality content ships and it would disadvantage people that didn't follow faction X.

It's not the node, it'll be the client. It's basically locked the current system to where your Vi'Dar will be and is trying to send it to the same coordinates but in that system instead. You'll need to restart the client, don't think there's any quicker way to fix it.

From what I've seen it seems to be people that have quit, and it becomes unattackable after a maintenance with ceasefire shields. A whole group was hitting a rather large base for days. Then maintenance came and it became unattackable

Since one or two days back i experience weird bugs. First off i can't use the USS Discoverys jump ability. Game just says "Course Error. Please update your game to the latest version". It doesn't matter where i try to warp and my game has the latest patch. i have also tried to repair the game but no luck their either. Same issue on both PC and android. Second issue is that i try to get the Desealing Rod and Daily Webstore Reward from the online web store (in Web gifts). I could claim the Daily Webstore Reward (Officer Transponder) but it is not showing up in my game in gifts. it worked yesterday when i switched from PC to android but today.. nothing. The Desealing Rod can't be claimed at all. just get an error message saying "Oops! There was an error".

Well that's clearly an error on their part, firstly it shouldn't be in the gifts section if it's not a gift, and secondly it should state that you need the broken parts to claim it.

Anyone else had issue claiming the daily web store for the epic shards? worked the first day claimed it twice now since then and it has not shown up in the mobile part of the game? everything else I claim in the webstore come in the game correctly.

Just claimed and opened on mobile version. It seems it has changed and when I logged in it gave me the epic shard. If you had your game open in the background and logged back in you might already have the shard claimed.

📌 Lower Decks Common Bugs and Possible Workarounds

🔹 I can't claim my Desealing Rod in the webstore!
A bug affects this offer in the webstore where it does not show the cost of the claim(4k broken desealing rods). It's not possible to obtain that many right now, so the only way to get a working desealing rod is to buy one from the cash shop.

🔹 My Disco can't jump/summon!
There is an efficiency calculation bug affecting the client. A possible workaround is to change one of the parameters affecting efficiency like swapping in/out Discovery crews, upgrading your Disco's warp component, or increasing Cultivated Mycelium Jump Cost Efficiency research (Support tab, top row).

🔹 There's no place to use the Officer Transponder!
The Officer Transponder exchange doesn't populate on the PC client yet. Log into the game on a mobile client to exchange it.

🔹 My ship is stuck!
Try the email option in contacting CS.

0. Tell them "My ship is stuck"

1. State your player ID
2. State the blocked slot (A, B, C, etc.) or a screenshot of it
3. State the bridge officers on the stuck ship

I feel like you can also redeem the transponder in the web store. Collect the chest for the transponder, wait for it to refresh, redeem your epic shard.

When selecting a ship, if you view the details and cycle through your docks to another ship, your originally selected ship is still selected, rather than the "active" ship you last looked at/modified.

It's annoying and loads to sending the wrong ship unless you pay close attention.

Steps to recreate: pick a ship in a dock, select upgrade, cycle to another dock, exit ship detail, first dock will still be selected rather than the last dock you viewed.

New glitch that I originally thought was just lag but actually isn't.

Sometimes, when my ship is chasing another ship like in pvp, my ship will randomly teleport to a different part of the map.

First couple times this happened I just thought to myself oh its a lag in the client updates, this must be where I actually am the whole time but now its not making sense. The other person is also seeing me pop away and actually changes course and I have a new course as well and a different timer but I launched from my base so my ship wasn't even capable of getting to where it got in the time it took.

It seems more than just a desync between client and server... seems both client and server agree that my ship changed position

I think rapidly changing course to or hitting attack on a fleeing target multiple times or after they also change course can sometimes trigger it

I use it for backups and restore. If restore fail I have to reinstall anyway since the only answer from scopely support is restart your device and do a fresh reinstallation 😄

Actually I forgot ITunes existed for a while since I don’t use it and it came in handy when I couldn’t update my phone through settings. There was a strange internet issue that was causing the download to fail.
