Labels for officer xp in some areas of the game can be affected by a sticky graphic issue rather than desyncing. If you need to know the exact amount you have, check your inventory's Other tab.

Failing to purchase something from the territory store is probably a desyncing issue. I'd bet that an expiring service + unupdated store options(from desync) can cause something like this, and I'd check for it next time it happens. If you'd rather not bother explore the reasons, just clear localization and restart the device.

If CS's logs indicate you didn't finish the event, then there's nothing really to do. The server logs are what counts. You may inform Eco about it if you want, but I'd not expect anything different than CS's response.

No not at all. The preps were separate to the incursions. The IMS ran on 9/10 July. The easily misunderstood thing is that the IMS (server milestone event) milestones still go up even if you don’t score towards it, but if you don’t score you will never get the rewards

can confirm Penumbra does spawn the epic, just much slower than other epic respawns in Mige or Delta. Penumbra takes hours to respawn, not minutes like the others

In fact most of the Karppinen system isn't functioning like other exchange systwms

It never has anymore than 6 Armada targets whereas Mige can be loaded generally with 8-9 if gone untouched

I activated one +100% mission exocomp (the only one I had) in the combat slot, and then a +80% interceptor damage exocomp in the multipurpose slot. I found it odd that the mission one didn't show, but I never used one before, so I went to a system and tried to kill a boss, to the same effect I had without it. So it seems it did not activate. Also, the +80% exo I activated showed in both slots mentioned above.
