yep or you can farm the blueprints for it (from lvl 3 or 4 control points are the best way to farm those) so you can craft the faction materials but its in a pretty big pool of blueprints

When I was farming materials, the best thing I found to do was stop fast travelling. As rivens said, just keep the CPs topped up and run around. You'll find too many resources

Honestly, the best way to farm random resources is to run a Countdown, then decon everything.
you get the added benefit of getting loot bits you need, and setting it to mods is a great way to get the occasional godroll.

For most of the game, it's worth making the push to Heroic, but Chall' CD specifically is odd, since the loot quality scales up to almost Heroic, and has the added benefit of being way more active.

TV audio is not meant to sound bad, its your audio setup that alters what it sounds like.
the only issue is if something is too quiet for dialogue, bcause they're mixed for surround sound and not just front audio

audio in ingame cutscenes is messed up for me too, but I have subtitles on and just got used to ignoring it. Like it keeps cutting out or lagging horribly. IIRC it worked when I originally played the game so I'm sure it's not just the intended 'poor quality' found footage effect.

So. I just got killed in like .5 seconds from gunfire in hardcore. Once I went down, the hive didn't activate, and because I wasn't attacked by a present mob or enemy, hard core took no further DMG kneeling. Then at 25% res HP kneel, I was forced fully dc'ed from the server with an error code.

In fact, if the hive didn't work/was on CD, why did I go into kneel at all, as I was solo the mechanic of hard core should dc'ed me with a hard core kill message. This was obviously a bug.

I was level 19, there isn't any bt yet, the location was federal triangle, no EMP pulse, no hunter. The thing is, there were 2 enemy groups nearby, both on standby/non initiated, once down, no further gunfire. The game just went quiet

Depends if you got chatterbox from the stretch goals. I noticed that it now drops chatterbox if you managed to get one from the caches. Beforehand you had to build it for it to get added to your loot pool. Even if someone shared it, it still wouldn't drop

Going to assume you're talking about Nemesis. If you have one in your stash or on your character, the parts won't drop. Same if you own the blueprint. Will need to do it on an alt character without blueprint sharing and try to get the parts that way

Yeah, people dying due to deltas or similar is why they reduced the 'still in game' time after a crash to 2s (from 30s). It's still a risk though and people still regularly lose their hc characters to bugs.

Lexington is shared between hc and sc stash, so if you don't want to risk losing it from your sc character, don't use it on hc

Not much to elaborate on - as you farm the endgame, save spare good gear you find and put it in your stash so if lose that agent, your next one will have some stuff to start off with.
Can also help with leveling, save a few low level pieces (I think they have to be at least blue quality though) and when you get to recal table, recalibrate them with max armour rolls. When you get to 40, leave them in the stash for your next agent.

leveling and learning from the ground up is advisable, with my issue specifically hardcore doesnt allow character boosting, but in general most online and multiplayer activity will take place at 40 (quietly goes back to lurk mode)

Oh. btw, I may as well share this here
For those who have experienced the bug where your shield cant be swapped due to it not healing completely, I was able to isolate what's causing it.
The shield mod that boosts "Active regen" will commonly bug out and make the shield stop resetting to full hp.

Since this was caused by a specific mod, while I was unable to test or isolate what causes a hive to not revive a team mate, I encourage testing on various hive mods to see if the is a new bug cause

Countdown (CD for short) is an 8 agent activity done through matchmaking. So no and yes but don't worry since people will help you through it. Just stick with the team and follow them!

Depends on your gear talents, whether they combine with whatever talents are in the poor for assault rifles. If not, just pick the ones you think would work better and with your skills if you're using any combo for it. DPS talents for increased weapon DMG for 10 seconds for specific status effect + applies to next target after killing. One other adds Crit chance and Crit DMG for you and team mates within # meters (can't remember if it was a different weapon type).

I'm a relatively new player, mostly play solo, and reached the point where I am confortable with heroic + 4 directives.
But keeping any capture points is full-time job it seems, and retaliations wipe the floor with me.
Sort of have to choose of either having the world at the right difficulty for me, or retaliations functional...

well yes, modifier is strong. But the fact that you lose the CPs faster than you gain them without baby-sitting is rather silly (and you can't babysit during missions)

and I both like the retaliations, and as a new player can benefit massively from loot there, but you can't pick difficulty for them without resetting your modifierm and their difficutly does not match the world difficulty :/

I am not even talking about clearing the whole map - that's half a day of work, that will get undone in an hour once you turn away. It would just be nice to have a couple zones for a small boost without too much pain. For a new player, the seasonal buff is a big deal.
But retaliation difficulty missmatch is the main issue for me. I would care way less about that modifier, if there wasn't such a difficulty gap between the world and retaliation :/

And I literally had full map cleared 2 hours ago. Now I have 2 zones remaining, after doing couple of missions. I am getting non-stop squads against pretty much all CPs I capture...

@empty crypt You're looking for #lfg-playstation to find people, but also make sure you join a clan over in #td2-clan-recruitment when you can ingame, they're very useful, and there's no penalty for leaving one.
We can answer any question you have about div2, but for now just enjoy the journey, you're in the "tutorial" phase of the game, so learning by doing will help you out a whole lot.

Most "perfect" items in div2 are kinda naff, it's a trade-off you make in order to get a better talent.
most of the time: the trade is not worth it, so you use the base version of the talent instead.

Perhaps you have it on toggle. Try right clicking just once, if your character is still aiming after releasing, it means you're on toggle, which is a thing you can fix by tweaking around in the settings.

I don't see why you want it added so much, it's barely an increase in any kinda DPS over a properly setup gun.
Most importantly though: the Lex' comes pre-godrolled when it drops, with dtooc as standard. Making it even less likely to be added to the pool'.
So if that's the only reason, I recommend you farm out a Police M4 and get something just as good.
