After a thorough evaluation, we've decided to disable the option to buy Season Levels in the Season Pass until the end of the season. While this feature was intended to help players with seasonal progression, it has been used in unintended ways after the addition of the new Stretch Goals. This situation was not anticipated by the team, and we will reassess the synergy between these two features to ensure the community can get the best of both in future seasons.

In the meantime you can still level up naturally and earn all the rewards until the end of the season, benefiting from other features like the XP Event. Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we work to improve your experience!

We’ve heard your feedback about Lexington and Turmoil drops. To address this, players who completed 30 levels in the Summer Swarm Stretch Goals by the end of the event will get a guaranteed Lexington, and those who completed 50 levels will receive Turmoil Kneepads. The items will be given to eligible players on September 12th.

We know there is still room for improvements on the Stretch Goals design, and we truly appreciate all the feedback you've shared with us. While we won’t be able to adjust the drop rates or implement some of your suggestions this season, we will continue to collect and analyze your input. Our goal is to improve the next iteration, delivering a better experience that preserves the looter-shooter essence of our game while respecting your time and the way you engage with it.

We’ve identified an issue where the Crossroads Climax Mission was unintentionally dropping the new exotic pistol, Tempest. Since this was not the intended method of distribution, the mission has been temporarily disabled and will return with our next update on September 23rd.

Moving forward:

The Tempest will be the reward for the Pact Climax Mission.
The Crossroads Climax Mission will feature the Tinkerer mask as originally planned.

Players who already obtained the Tempest will keep it.

To ensure fairness across the community, on September 23rd we’re also introducing an additional way to earn the pistol: a drop rate upon reaching Level 100 in the Summit game mode. There will be an extra reward for the Climax Mission this season, so even players who already got the Tempest can benefit from something new. We’ll share more details as soon as they’re available.

Agents,

Due to the ongoing technical issues affecting The Division on Xbox and PC, we are pausing the Survive Fest event and postponing the planned event stream. Our priority is to resolve these issues as quickly as we can.

We want to thank everyone for the incredible engagement over the past days. It was amazing to see so many agents returning to New York and showing how strong this community tradition has become. We truly appreciate the excitement and support you have shown.

The Survive Fest will come back bigger and better, supported by ongoing improvements** including the upcoming 60 FPS update for The Division on PlayStation! **We will share more information soon.

Here is what you can expect during this pause:
1️⃣ Everyone who extracted during the past two days will receive their rewards.
2️⃣ 20 players from the first stream slot will receive the Woodsman bundle as planned.
3️⃣ This reward will be available again when Survive Fest returns.
4️⃣ The silver patch will continue to be granted to everyone who logs in to The Division 2 until December 15.
5️⃣ Survive Fest will resume with a new schedule, from January 22 to January 27.
6️⃣ An additional reward is being prepared for everyone who joined the event. It will be granted on January 27.

We've seen some confusion around Cherry Blossom Event decorations and Event Keys.

To clarify, interacting with decorations does not directly grant Keys. Decorations can trigger Kitsunebi ambushes, which means more chances to earn Keys by defeating them.
