But honestly, unlikely.
Max heat means no mirror (so no revive) and no healing
So you almost have to do virtually not hit run against mega buffed enemies while having to complete within 20 minutes.

I think it would be a cool feature in a later update, where after you clear your first escape attempt, you can encounter someone like Hephaestus or Daedalus somewhere as a random encounter, complete a bunch of tasks for them, and eventually unlock some kind of elevator that allows you to pick a floor to start on, kind of like the elevator function in Enter The Gungeon.

I started focus'ing more on Duo boons and even aiming for Legendary's.. I'm pretty good at hitting them.. when you understand the mechanics..
go with Posidon knockback on that.. some dude called it.. the rope-a-dope build..

you should try playing with the Sygian Soul.. only gives 1 cast and regenerates.... especially if you get extra casts from Chaos or Artemis Legendary... hunting blades or Demeter's crystal cast is just epic...

took me awhile.. but I can figured it out.. but be sure to check your Codex all the time.. have a plan in mind.. and hunt for the duo boons... art's and demeters duo is great...
sometimes I like a blind run.. but use your codex.. and to be honest.. you will generally hit the boons you want.. if you play the right rooms.. sometimes I don't even take the trial of the gods rooms.. knowing that I will get them both again.. and they will offer their duo's easier..

oh.. and another little tip bit.. the very first room when you start a run.. you will be always given the same rarity of boons.. for example.. if you start a run.. and get a boon that gives an Epic Attack.. then your give simply give up the run.. and start with a different weapon or keepsake.. you will always get an Epic Attack... knowing this.. you can plan a run

You get 2 titan blood each full run.. 1 at end of first boss and 1 at the end... you will then need to increase your heat level to get further titan blood for that weapon... you'll be able to manage it.. but anytime you see it being offered from the trader.. take it..

@dapper oracle I actually did the same.. but released how the heat levels worked.. in fact.. you can put your heat level the whole way up to max.. so long as you clear Tart.. you will get a blood.. don't need to complete the entire run..

I was really hopeful that the ||pact of punishment|| would allow me to ||get a large amount of titans blood out of the furies without having to beat hades|| but sadly that's not how it works
granted ||beating hades with no harmful heat modifiers on him|| is suddenly not difficult for me, which is nice
mainly owing to me maxing out death defiance instead of running with stubborn defiance
