generally if you're not a super competitive player that competes in nirvana the valkyrie frag box is kinda useless || if you are such player getting SW frags is an option to get a head start on her ranks but depending on where this would get you it still might be a bit meh ||
as for JDS check out the pin this goes into more detail what said valk would provide to you but to be fair her usage is relatively low these days and you may end up just using her for the 620 crystals from ER

I dont necessarily think that SS CX excludes sonq aop as an option since if you dont have 2/3 symbioses/omniscient star teammates in an elemental team she's still worse for non GoI/RoO elemental teams, if hoyo also continues to give out free AOPs it would be another stepping stone to get SS sonq aop which would provide you with a non ring specific ari regen which can be useful in some fights.

In the end the decision is up to you since the spending shop is kinda subpar anyway and you could make a point for any out of those options imo

the symbioses/omniscient star point refered to who's in the team, looking at some comparisons again S sq AOP is just straight up better in non GoI/RoO elemetal teams.

|| if you're planning to go for the new aop at SS ( i wouldnt recommend going for her below that) this does reduce the situations where you'd use SQ aop a bit since you would cover WoD and WS with youyun||
imo if you're just chilling in RL getting || SW ranks || isnt that important so JDS might take the lead for the crystals you get from ER, also just fyi pulling aops as a f2p/non nirvana player is not really recommended since you can do just fine in RL without them and dont have the funds as an f2p to realistically get them at SS while also pulling new releases

there are some craftable ones in foundry like pledge of sakura, abyss and fenghuang pinions and the only one in exchange shop is judah

I'm not really sure what you mean by getting a character from there. It looks like you're still far away (320 cost for JDS Songque valk but you only have 180. Maybe you mean Songque Astral Op? but that's 300 cost). I would NOT recommend going out of your way (mainly doing more rolls beyond Mei valk+weap and Lunar Vow weapon) just to get a character from that shop either. While there are some more exclusive things in that shop you can't find anywhere else (stuff that used to be gacha even) everything in that shop is older stuff that isn't as strongly meta relevant anymore so it's just a nice extra bonus but not a main goal.

Characters under the Astral Ring System will have one ring type (Specialization), and one or multiple tags (Attributes) that will determine how they can form teams. This system is only activated if a Character with Astral Ring is set as the leader. When activated:

What stigs are you considering and for what purpose? Most stigs that aren't prism stigs in foundry are quite out of date and aren't relevant outside of niche MA strats. The greater costs generally aren't worth it for their sub meta performance outside of very cheap barebone ones

I think you can save your materials in general until you're more keen on the details, but if you have anything in mind we can discuss more

in the long run abyss is probably higher priority but only after getting abyss flower from reserve work shop. However AF from that shop is lower in priority than other dkeys because others (except Fenghuang Down which is similar to AF) don't need a second weapon to access the +10 atk sync

Be mindful star of eden from realms can be confused with star of eden: anti entropy (which upgrades into star of eden: world) which is from reserve work shop. Very separate weapons.

The passive stats and buffs from dkeys are significant when reaching high in the meta but overall this is a long term project. Slowly you'll work towards

• oath of judah from exchange shop
• dkeys from bp reserve works
• there's also newer gacha dkeys (||we're getting one next patch which you can consider. Details in #🔮cn-gameplay-discussion pins||). But since these costs crystals, I would only consider these if they are new. For any reruns, I wouldn't recommend them unless you can get them with non-crystal methods

at any rate dkeys and the passive benefits they offer aren't really a primary concern early in the game. It's good to be aware of them but don't focus too much on them for now.

the second link does have some older commonly used stigs. However, I do NOT recommend them at this point meta-wise. Everything is too old and far below common teams nowadays. Again the only meta purpose to older foundry stigs is for highly specific strats and only when you encounter them personally.

Depends on your purposes, but loosely speaking the time and cost for them isn't worth the results you can achieve with them. I really would only consider it for people who have very specific fixations like if they really want to focus on a particular older valk or team even if they know they won't perform well nowadays in the meta

Otherrwise the general meta recommendations is to work with very budget and cheap teams until you assemble teams of gacha valks

Prism stigs you can try reading the descriptions of and you'll shortly see why they aren't very suitable. They made everything with them hyper specific to their intended users

you only get like one generic line per stig piece. If you already have them levelled up for the intended user but want to lend it to someone else who has nothing else better then sure

but don't go out of your way building them for valks you don't already have

Source Prisms are a very limited resource, so please be very careful not to waste them. They are used to upgrade and craft Part 2 Stigmata (all Part 2 Stigmata are forgeable).

prisms do eventually overflow but again early on conserve them when you can. generally the priority is to go after 3pc effect first

but otherwise yeah that's fine. Just don't expect strong meta performances from any older teams. If you have anything specific in mind, i can help with how to build them

while older stuff are more accessible now, they still are costly and time consuming

it's mainly the older ones. It's prob a tricky balance since these used to be premium and gacha in value loosely speaking

so while they may be non-meta now, there's still value to them historically or sentimentally

we can also compromise more to having budget/cheap investments of older teams on the side while not giving up too much towards meta investments too

f2p wise we advise in a way that can achieve RL retention (semihighest tier) or even going between RL and Nirvana.

elysian realm is a bit different because it's more of a solo mode. Even most of the oldest valks can succeed there, and there's no tangible incentive to clear in a maximal manner.

even VBm coralie (farmable) can handle abstinence difficulty to get the weekly 500 crystals which is all we aim for people to do regularly

ultimately she can clear through it

there are some tidbits to playing HoV well. You can evade at the end of her sequence to start attacking a bit sooner. You also want to ensure your high damage attacks occur when her herrscher mode bar is still active iirc. But anyway Lyo's video can go into extreme details if you need it

i think she's a bit more involved than just holding laser on older bronyas but overall you don't have to use HoV if you don't enjoy her. Other options like Pardofelis, HoHE, TA, etc are viable early on.

anyway abyss is the main mode of focus since you're competing against others after breaking through into superstring (capt lv 81), and it gives notably more crystals from doing so

memorial arena also competes against other players but the rewards from ranking aren't notable. Just clear through it for the 100 crystals + 1 source prism weekly regardless of your ranking.

non astral physical teams generally consist of

• physical dps
• impair inducer (HoRb seele preferably but HoS fu hua is farmable from WT currently)
• physical support (RS durandal nowadays ideally but gacha only, but TA prometheus is next best from asterite shop)

ok so you don't seem to have an impair applier in this team (unless DK is using briaeus Ex)

impair is very important in physical teams since enemies in the game tend to have high defense (the stat that reduces against physical damage). Impair cuts a huge portion of it (the meta norm is like 75% def reduction for non astral ring teams)

but note this is still 2 years ago and it uses TA rather than RS

FT is quite an old valk so iirc there are some things in her kit that aren't well utilized with relatively newer valks (no weaken status iirc that DK used to provide iirc?)

There are 3 BP tiers offering different amounts of Crystallums as follows:

• Vanguard (F2P) BP: 5 per patch
• Knight BP: 18 per patch
• Paladin BP: 24 per patch

meta wise it's not recommended but up to you how meta you want to be

if you want to keep your FTD team cheap then i would more consider HoS and TA for now.

Beware HoS' impair mainly comes from her ultimate which is sp costly. She wants an sp restoring glove for that (nebulous duality commonly used which new players can get from the beginner event nowadays)

if you don't have enough sp to cast her ult, then use her spear hold attack for 50% impair instead.

2-you can get about 450 gems per new character simply by playing with the trial version
3-at the end of the video I showed you that that mei is simply valkery bladestrike with a outfit that you can unlock with her core and NOT a different mei valk
Bonus fact :if u decide to level her up and play with her you could unlock her emblem in the trials but it is not mandatory

you're not really saving for anyone particular but rather saving for a new 4/4 valk, generally once you have 30k crystals at patch start you should be fine with pulling, if you dont get the valk, while keeping your crystals above the amount you need to guarantee the weapon, you can either get the valk + weapon during the patch or save the pity for the next new valk and get her instead.

|| since the next patch only has a divine key and not a new valkyrie you only need 16.8k crystals to guarantee that ||

generally the idea of recovering new accounts is, saving up until you can guarantee a 4/4 valk -> pull her at patch start -> repeat so that you keep up with new releases while you wait for older units to fall out of meta

Astral Ring and Specializations

Characters under the Astral Ring System will have one ring type (Specialization), and one or multiple tags (Attributes) that will determine how they can form teams. This system is only activated if a Character with Astral Ring is set as the leader. When activated:

do you already own all reserve work shop dkeys? if not then that's probably main priority for meta purposes. If not meta then you'll need to elaborate what your goals are.

But otherwise you already own ME rita to handle more contemporary img scenarios (direct replacement to HoO even)

the main **general **advice for that is really just save up crystals to ~40k to afford a new release valk with her weapon early in the patch.

If you cannot, then just skip to better prepare for the one after. Technically if you miss something early, yes you have the rest of the patch to complete it. However I don't recommend this because again abyss emphasis for the specific release are early in the patch, and the idea of pulling is to get 100% mileage out of their meta lifespan.

I don't expect you to get every new release either if you're f2p. Generally on average you'll afford most valks this way though and only skip once in a while. With how abyss rapidly cycles many situations the idea is to get enough valks and teams to cover most of them. In some cases, you can even get away with RL retain with the second best option too.

weapons are very important because they generally offer

• 30-40% of the valk's personal damage. Too much to lose when using them as a main dps
• some weapons may provide important utility to the valk too

in some cases you can still use a weaponless valk as a support though. I would consider this for any p2 gacha valk you already have but don't have the weapon for

and overall give up on spending crystals to catch up on their weapon reruns. You're not getting 100% mileage for your buck at that point after all

Fine to use them if you're okay with the lower attack stats than what is possible from manual rerolling.
Good alternative in case of lack of ncc's/locks or if it's tedious to roll affixes

^ if you don't plan on engaging in nirvana you can use them since you won't need the best attack stats in RL but if you do wanna pursue nirvana you'd want to stick to manual rerolling eventually

Affixes in the general scheme also don't matter that much below nirvana, for RL one good line per stig is fine

Can also try VBM over Hofi for HLE if you have her stigs, depends on the boss

The reason is that XDC and HLE are Grail of Infinitude Valkyries, which means they want symbiosis supports

However your only other symbiosis support is the other one, so the third member is instead an RoO Valkyrie as a cope option

Which gets leader skills but doesn’t unlock the full team synergy

Hofi also gives additional buffs to XDC because XDC has a buff for Kiana on the team
