Apply your buffs and consume stellar drain with lp and paws

From the beginning:
So swap into lp, ult to enter planet quaker, skill, basic sequence, hold atk when bar is full to consume stellar drain, ult, qte into paws to apply buffs and use your ult to consume stellar drain, then swap into hle

Hle's dps rotation is explained well in the ingame tutorial but the idea is get SP, ult, weapon active, ult, enter stellar outburst

Ofc you're free to adapt the rotation and when to use stellar outburst depending on the situation

Keep in mind lp won't generate as much sp during stellar outburst since she doesnt have the symbiosis tag, and activating stellar outburst refreshes her buffs since shes an roo valk

It's actually relatively equal, on face value fws has better buffs but outside sd content she can lose a lot of damage and utility

Ps has better niches with bleed and hitcount

It's mostly personal preference but you dont lose much from going either way

Whether you reroll or not is up to you but there are advantages to rerolling. Do keep in mind its very time consuming since the avg player will take around 8-9 accounts to get what they want

You get it by spending crystals on event banners and such, for more info about the actual amount look the the spending guide in pins it includes an image with the thresholds. Be aware that spending goals are rather to be treated like nice additional benefits instead of things you should go out of your way for and spend a lot of crystals. If you're casual it's really up to you though

seeing as you dont have much affix mats, its better to hold off on upgrading
the basic idea is that they are additional stats for your stigmatas

it is important to note crit is completely useless on elemental dps (elemental dmg cant crit) and generally affixes arent as relevant outside higher abyss rankings (it can have some impact in exalted redlotus, though mainly noticable in nirvana)
on hle the main affixes you are looking for is SD atk bonus and Archer atk bonus
but again, you dont have as much ncc to consider rolling affixes

now the crystallum is permanent, so prices changed to reflect that (weapons went from 12 > 10, stigmatas from 8 > 10, but are now permanently available in reserve shop alongside dkeys)

so effectively its the same, 2 patches per piece of equipment

rather than 2 patches for stig/3 patches for weapon

coin shop offers it but this can be a huge coin dump and cause issues down the line
asterite shop also offers it, but until you finish obtaining what you need from asterite shop its not recommended to purchase it from here
witch shop is the more common way its obtained, when you get an A rank valk to SSS, any extra shards can be converted into witch orbs which unlocks the witch's corridor and ncc can be bought there basically daily

if you're very story focused, i think it's fine to put it off. Captain exp you can always make up some other time in less efficient ways. Tapping into APHO or even worse APHO2 now may ruin your perception on some prior events or make rewatching them more cumbersome (needing to go to youtube to watch someone else's exposure to it for example)

• their only purpose is to tune (integrate) them into the dorm dkey menu for passive global stats. This doesn't seem like much but it does collectively matter if you are meta enough
• the box doesn't expire so no need to pick now.
  -# Star of Eden Anti Entropy used to be more notable but it's confirmed to also become available in reserve work bp shop next patch. Therefore getting it from the box is not as notable anymore.

Free Stigmata Boxes

Hey, Captain!

In Honkai Impact 3rd Part 2, most new Valkyries will have a Stigma Option box given for free! But when should you use them?

If you are pulling for the corresponding weapon, you should open the box AFTER you have 2 different pieces of that stigmata set already. These stigma boxes are optimally used to finish a stigmata set. This also applies to Part 1 stigmata boxes, if you have any.

If you...

• Obtained the weapon before you got at least 2 stigmata set pieces, stop pulling! Open the box to get the best piece and then craft any missing stigmata (you can find these in Foundry).
• Already got the full stigmata set before the weapon (there are high chances that you did), keep the box as a collectible or open it, select a random stigma and salvage it for Source Prism.
• Are skipping or have skipped the corresponding weapon but want to get the Stigmata set, open the box first for the best piece then craft the other two via Foundry.
• Skipped the weapon and do not intend to craft the Stigmata set, you have no urgent reason to open the box, so keep it.

Regarding Bronya: N-EX, you can open the box once you own T or B and use it to finish TB. M is not BiS on SW.

• Dreamseeker is good enough despite being free.

  or
• switch to paws -> paws WA so that you get enough SP to ult -> ult -> fdd qte -> wa -> ult -> fws
  it also seems like you don't really know how to play fws dps propperly ? you're doing some random CAs when it's really not needed and just results in a damage loss. the normal fws dps sequence is qte ->BA x 4 -> wa -> ult if available ( you can cancel the WA animation with that just press ult once your fortune bar is full) -> enhanced WA. There's also a slightly different rotation where you do qte -> CA -> ult -> BA x4, you do this when you want to ult more often but i don't think this is necessary for your current situation.
• In p2 you can probably get some of the blue orbs earlier, the hitbox is a bit weird sometimes so try to just spam attack once they start to fly towards you.
• don't ult without having any buffs applied
• then at the start of p2 there's no need to refresh fdd's buffs with her ult since that will be done with SO activation
• use fws shift first then probably fdd's because she also deals fire damage and then you can probably squeeze in another fws sequence until you need to refresh paws buffs with her stellar shift

I think this is a bit different from asking to ask a question lol. The person is more asking for one person to help them greatly indepth like a personalized tutor, prob across numerous topics too

there's no limit to asking questions here. we understand this is an old game with alot to cover

this game can be very complicated too so it helps to get a rounded perspective from multiple viewpoints. It would be too much for a single person to help you with everything in the game too, so multiple people can make that more reasonable.

and just to double check, your only goal is to get the new elysia right?

you will have better luck if you start on a fresh account you dont have anything limited/unobtainable as all your valks are farmable or given to you for free as a beginner from your manual
beginners also have access to a huge amount of crystals through their beginner manual as well

in the case you dont wanna make a new acc, then refer to the faq I linked you regarding one time crystal sources, and make sure to keep up with endgame content such as abyss and elysian realm

is there anything you're attached to with your current account for any reason at all? It could be

• account creation date
• not wanting to restart and redo anything
• any past event frame or emblem
• not wanting to use a different hoyoverse account

otherwise i think the primary recommendation for now is to reroll for the new elysia (for this patch this new valk will have free 10 rolls on the valk banner making it easier). EDIT: The pins have a guide for rerolling too. No need to use a new email but you will create new hoyo accounts

and from there you can farm crystals to get the weapon. Weapons are important in this game for 30-40% personal damage and sometimes utility.

Yeah so EU and NA are on the same Global client. The hoyo account you're using for EU can swap to the NA client on the elevator screen without using a different hoyo account.

Beware if you tapped into this accidentally in the past, the starter event will already start on it back then. If you don't intend to swap right now then leave it alone
