I am using poco x7 pro and the maximum 60 fps option is available in the game. Even poco X6 Pro has 90fps support, why doesn't this one have it?

i think is random for every phone the beta on my phone has even the 120fps option and is stable the main game instead 90fps that drops continuously to <60

In short, they only enable higher fps options on phone they know can at least reach it and got tested, so if is really new, like they one you are using, is normal to have the default setting for a couple of ver.

Still contact CS and tell them about it #how-to-contact-cs
So they can send the info to the devs and the setting get enabled faster

Idk tbh, the number of different android devices is too big that probably there are but an small portion, and when I saw some users with x phone they were playing the beta, that had all the settings enabled

On iPhone is more easy to find 120 in the "stable" ver.

that is kinda normal tbh, almost with all of products/services CS, they only have info about the most recent/common issues, and having a list of all of the android devices is going to be a pain and probably give them more problems...

the best for now if just look at the recommended specs, if you want settings above the defaults, get something more higher that the recommended specs for android, and in case your phone is really good but still dont have those settings yet, inform CS

Honestly that .sys file is fine to delete or what have you, it controls like printers or other devices that are connected to the parallel port, which I don't even think your PC has xD

well, it's hi3, once you get problem that "kind of" tend to reinstall windows, you could be prepared

backtracking what you experience
it might only to corrupt game files, driver incompatibility, gpu need to clean and repaste probability (but not really) or RAM Instability (it hitting bad memory sector)

I honestly forget if that one's intentional because some of them are pretty close to the camera, but for stuff like that restarting the game and running the red repair icon in the lower left of the login screen to check assets usually fixes stuff like that so you can try that

i gotcha, it might be that, it works best if the default browser is chrome but lets try this first. Go to settings > apps > hi3 and delete the cache (do NOT delete the data, just the cache) and then try again, if you immediately get login failed without a popup or anything then try setting your default browser to google chrome in your tablets settings and restart your device and try again. if it still isnt working then try going into your tablet settings and log out of your google account and log back in and then try again. if it still isnt working then maybe try a VPN in case its a connection issue but thats a bit of a stretch, or at least i think its very very unlikely to be that so at that point if its still doing that contact customer support too #how-to-contact-cs

oh and i forgot to mention, if you do get to the trying a VPN part and dont have one of your own, the connection issue pin has two good free VPN's to use that are safe and free

and the google popup still just isnt showing up at all? as a workaround what you could do is go to account.hoyoverse.com in your web browser and log in with your google account and set an email/password for it and use that to log into the game while you wait on customer support but thats up to you

if the 120 pulls are the sum of both banners I don't see the problem, because they don't share the pity

the banners have a probability of only 1.5%/2.4%. for the feature valk/weapon on each pull...if one pull doesnt got you the valk, doesn't mean the next one will have a higher probability, its still going to be the same %, even on the 10 drop guarantee you have to take the % in count

the only thing that will guarantee the feature valk/weapon is the pity system, that will make your 90(valk)/60(wpn) pull a 100% chance for them if you didn't got lucky with you pulls before
and on the images you shared we can see you still don't hit the pity on both banners

you will get kiana at least in the next 8 pulls and the weapons at least on the next 10

What i do know is its a server side security measure so i'd send customer support an email and then try again when you wake up

For that, since check in AI Chan phone > resources that everything is downloaded, then restart the game and run the repair (if on PC it's both in the launcher and the repair icon in the lower left corner of the login screen, do both and on phone it's just the login screen one) then after the repair restart you device and that should hopefully fix it

nope it wouldnt cause an issue, hoyoverse accounts are not region based, its all just which server you install (all the servers have different clients) so any hoyoverse account can in theory have like 6 honkai game accounts on it, one for each server installed

so i'd contact customer support about the cursor settings #how-to-contact-cs because im not finding anything about this specific thing and dont have a mac to test on so maybe its just not a thing. but for it not being detected at all, since you're on a mac a lot of the stuff we do know what to try wont work but you can try plugging it in wired if it was on bluetooth, or using the steam detection method if you have steam on that computer (dont install the game via steam, add your existing hi3 file as a non steam game, it should be called bh3 in your files) and let steams controller support handle it. or you can also try making sure your macOS is up to date and restarting your device

i guess you could try the controller stuff first and if it doesnt work either then bundle that in with the same email to customer support

probably the issue is because the mac ver. was kinda the "iOS" ver. modified for mac, and on iphone there is only partial support for controllers, you can use it in "gameplay" but not on menus or some dialogues scenes, so probably that still works like iOS

if you are rerolling and using a "free" vpn can be normal to get the "too many request" there too, some users will use the same free services too keep rerolling and sadly can affect others that connect later to the same node

I have an iPad pro 2018 myself which still works absolutely great after years in keeping up with (heavy) games. But the mini’s/“normal” ipads are kinda iffy and tend to lose noticeable performance in a 4~ years of usage if used heavily. They’re not built for mordern games and heavy workload.

Not sure what you've heard, but the methods those launchers use aren't endorsed by Hoyo. I'm actually also hoping they will embrace an official port someday as it wouldn't take that much more effort in Linux's case. Way less hassle than Mac for sure.

it *might be your graphics driver actually, the latest version that you're on from feb 25th has had some issues so i'd recommend uninstalling that and getting a slightly older version. for unisntalling if you're comfortable with it i'd recommend using the app called DDU to uninstall cleanly and then if you need help finding an old version i can find that for you

The easiest way is to lower your graphics settings and if you're on PC also update your graphic drivers (though if you have an Nvidia card then please be aware that the latest one from them a couple of weeks ago is problematic so if yours are within the last 5 months then just leave them be)

If none of that works then if you're on PC if you or the game in Windows mode and a lower resolution then your monitor it'll help a lot. If you're on mobile and the graphics are already at the minimum then the only other thing you can do is to turn off battery saver mode to increase performance an the run the repair icon in the lower left corner of your login screen to check your assets for corrupted ones

mhmm i confirmed a while ago that the only times the game requires a network connection is when menu'ing and then entering and exiting a stage (though this is only the stage fights, stages with cutscenes and openworld ones are different). its weird that it affects in stage lag though. makes me wonder if your phone is doing stuff in the background whenever its connected to wifi and thats causing it to lag

depending on your graphics settings that could be normal, the Mali-G57 gpu that your phone has is a pretty budget one even a year and a half ago. and the performance of other games doesnt really mean much since even with different hoyoverse games they're made with different teams and have different levels of graphics/optimization.

but if lowering your graphics does nothing then i'd recommend maybe reinstalling the game if you have the internet for it and if not then at the login screen of the game try running the red repair option and check your assets. but downloading everything doesnt affect performance at all, just the storage size

(unless your free storage is like less than 50MB in which case phones start to have lots of issues lol)

but if you're logging into the wrong account, just first make sure that you are playing on the right server, since you're on SEA then if you havent reinstalled the game since you last played (or arent playing on a new device) then you dont have to worry about this one.

otherwise its just a matter of using the wrong hoyoverse account, but if you're absolutely 100% sure that you're using the right a ccount then all you need to do is wait for CS to reply, they'll tell you what the login for it is, like what email to use and all that

no offense taken, i was just listing the only two possible reasons for it in case you missed something since you didnt say you already checked that. but since you have then all you have to do wait for CS

and changing your google account password and logging out all logged in devices is good, so for your hoyoverse account, if CS says that your email has changed then all you have to do is tell them that its not yours and you got recently hacked and they'll start the account recovery process. they'll send you a form with some questions so you can prove youre the genuine original account owner and once thats done they'll give you your account

Scan your device for virus, if you had the email account with "remember login" on a browser, app, etc. , the can get your account "auth key" and enter easily without need it to "login"

Hey sorry to bother you, something went wrong. I finally managed to get into the CN servers and play a bit. One day I reduced the resolution of the game making the window a bit smaller and now to log in, when it asks me for the QR code, it doesn't take it. What can I do?

if your device is above the minimum specs of the game you can try repairing the game (on pc this is done both with the repair option in the hoyoplay launcher and in the bottom left corner of the login screen with the elevator, for mobile its just the elevator repair button) but if you've already tried that and your device is above the minimum and its happening regardless of what valk you're using then its probably a bug with the game itself, i'd report it to customer support #how-to-contact-cs

BUT be aware that unless there is something on that account that won't return (i.e. swimsuit outfits and asuka) there's not much point retrieving it and it would be way better to make a completely fresh account regardless of whether you are competitive or casual.

Nothing from 2022 will be useful nowadays and you will get way more rewards on a new acc than a returning one.

yes ask for a new one and dont fill it out the exact same as you did before, all they do is compare your answers with the accounts history on their end and if anything is not accurate then they cant legally say that you're the original, genuine owner of the account. they do allow multiple tries, i think the record is like 12 tries before they agreed? but yes all you can do is try again and be more accurate than before, if you answer with all the exact same info as previously they'll reject it again

Double check that you have event resources downloaded in the at chan phone > resources and then restart your device and when you open the game press the red repair icon in the bottom left and check assets. Is there anyway to stop this error from popping up? If I repair the game the file returns but the game freezes every time I exit the game. Closing the error message twice makes it go away therefore the game can be played. Its seems to be only a nuisance.

i will recommend you delete the UID for the moment, you are doing account related stuff, and only one recovery process can be done at a time so don't give that info until you recover the account

slothy mentioned 193 ones should be from late 2020-early 2021 and they're the one that kinda knows that but yes like iho said please delete your UID since people have been trolled by others wasting CS time with account recovery requests and denying you the ability to submit them

im not sure what you mean, they have access to the data on the server about the account (or their investigation department does who they might pass your answers along to) so they can see on some database what your details are, and once approved they have the ability to have the account team change what hoyoverse account a game account is bound to and all that. but even though i have never worked there, i can almost guarantee you that they do not have the ability to see your password to use to login, or if it was facebook login they dont have access to your facebook

How many guesses can you make before CS decides to close down? I tried guessing specific dates that i felt rather sure of but none of them worked, all thats left is to guess between those gaps. idk why but my ping has been like this since last week ? Are there any way to fix it ? SEA server and i'm in Vietnam

its most likely your ISP, but with that being said idk why they still have that up there because i confirmed that ping does not affect lag at all, the only times the game communicates with the server is at the beginning and end of a stage and while menu'ing in the main menu (i tested this by starting a stage, literally disabling my internet and then playing the stage until i got the yellow cirlce, connected my internet back up and then got the rewards screen)

so basically you dont have to worry about it too much it doesnt affect lag or anything like that

yup, you do need it for the new year chibi event lobby co op games, i kinda forgot about those since they removed general coop from the game but its honestly just your ISP causing it, you can try a VPN (the pins have a couple of good free ones) but its hit or miss if it'll improve your ping or not

So I do not know if it is a bug or not but, I have been doing the celebration lobby event and haven’t been able to get any celebration/fest rewards or be able to complete the release 10 lanterns objective because there is no way for me to be able to achieve a lantern. I have 600 ingredient boxes so I’m not sure what to do.

the lantern one is not a bug, once the celebration table reached 100%, for the next 10 days the game let you claim on the table one lantern daily, sadly that already ended so if you miss any of those lantern you cant get them anymore
about the boxes you can still hand them over and get some basic rewards, so you can still claim the boxes mission if you still have them

Press "Dinner is ready" above the table if you haven't alr, after that you'll be able to submit the boxes there

But yeah, the lanterns are gone

It is weird because it says that the ingredients are 100% and to wait for the feast. I claimed the feast already so yeah.

but like we said, the lantern event already ended last week iirc, that "timer" started once the community reached the 100%
the only things you can claim now on the table are the ones you get by handing over the boxes, that are some materials for the main game (like AE) and some fireworks for the lobby nothing more
