Just like the Primalist and the Mage have armor and weapon sets, it would be great if the Rogue with the Archer variant also had its own set, for example, for the Heartseeker build I've been using. It hits really hard, but it's missing something to boost that damage, since compared to other builds and classes, it seems a bit weak.

The result is people who can get used to poe 2's rhythm and difficulty and ahead of another players usually think le is quite simple

the one thing with last epochs trade is that the currency and the crafting items are seperate

The important thing is how active an economy is. Inflation is expected, but as long as the market is active you can always trade valuable items for currency instead of trying to farm currency (which becomes a wasted effort the more inflation rises). This shifts your ability to trade towards understanding what is worth selling to other players.

PoE's economy tends to be very active for a longer period than LE's.

the game is very trade centric thats why, SSF on LE is rewarded with being able to target farm easier with COF, SSF on POE can feel miserable because target farming is almost impossible, your better off just trading for items especially for uber specific builds

Yes, it's by design. PoE wants to encourage trade as the "way you should play PoE"

Because that's the only way trade actually works in the longer term.

Market activity is crucial to a healthy trade system, but if activity decreases (for example, by incentivizing SSF) then you create a situation where trade is directly harmed.

In this way, PoE does a good job at creating a more lively trade economy by ensuring that the only people who choose to play SSF are people who wouldn't otherwise play the game.

CoF is good on paper, but it does have a direct impact on the activity and lifespan of an MG economy. This is to be expected when there is a significant overlap in players who would choose to one or the other.

And to be clear, that overlap exists because CoF is heavily incentivized.

yea its not an objectively bad thing its just a matter of taste ig, people who would prefer to play COF may find POE trading draining. If you are slightly behind the market or have a slight knowledge mismatch compared to others in POE or compared to those with more experience it can feel like an uphill battle rather than an enjoyable aspect of gameplay. Like the best results ive had making profit in POE is vaal cultivation orbing uniques i buy to get like top tier mods and then reselling them, its not the best way, but I will never keep up with the real crafters so its my best bet. By the time there is a good craft to do the bases are already 20 div while the profit margin is minimal cause the base price inflates and stuff

I can 100% see the appeal, but it can feel like a second job if its not appealing to you i guess

Yes, it comes down to difference in not just the audiences but also the developers themselves. Trade is something that GGG considers sacrosanct in their design philosophy around PoE, mostly because of the founders' experiences with D2.

Assuming you still have an active playerbase engaged with the economy, inflation mostly just harms the casual players who don't want to learn the knowledge required to understand what's worth selling or not and that's fair some people just want to farm currency and buy stuff that way and obviously you do still want to try and make that possible for as long as it can be throughout a new season/league, but inflation is inevitable in any economy.

When it comes to LE, I think MG/CoF can coexist without CoF cannibalizing MG but it would require a much larger playerbase such that the economy has a longer lifespan and/or reducing incentives that push people towards CoF, ideally enough to make more people consider playing MG without outright quitting the game.

I think LE inherently appeals to a more casual audience, so the gameplay style thats less casual friendly (MG) is less popular always, without COF target farming can feel impossible and those big items in MG are super expensive. Has the thought of having MG and COF at the same time ever been brought up? I can see balance issues, and items would be alot cheaper but it'd mean MG woduldnt die end season

no need for seasoning/sauce/size/baked vs grilled vs boiled, just make set recipes the player unlocks and then can cook

So there's at least some point in waiting until March 26th. You have 600 people online on Steam right now, it's terrible, and the number is decreasing every day. And even with the new season, there won't be much more, because you've let us down so badly. It's terrible, six months between seasons.
