I didn't have a high res of the hotbar so I took a screen shot to use as my background. I create a 2D animation within Photoshop. I felt it would be beneficial for Last Epoch to include a walk animation while the player is moving on screen.

I only started carving pumpkins 3-4 years ago, but only 3 each year. One for my wife, one for my son, and if I have time and desire, then - as in this case - one for myself. They always submit their wishes a few days in advance, so I can prepare with the drawing, but even so, a pumpkin easily can take half a day.

The upper, carved parts of the letters are made very slowly, one by one. I keep thinking about how easily it could be milled with a CNC machine, with similar results, but now I don't want to take the easy way. It's not just about being ready quickly. I'm doing this for myself, just for fun, and for my love for this game. 😅
It's lucky, because none of my clients would pay for that many workhours 😄
Soon I will glue the bottom parts of the letters to the carved parts, which will make the letters even deeper and thicker. (Like on the picture below)
After that, the base lacquering, gold painting, aging and topcoating of the letters can follow.
But first, there is a lot more work with the other letters.

I realized that unfortunately the remote control car gear will not be good for the centerpiece of the logo, because the light will not come through where it should. Since I couldn't drill through, and I can't get a gear of this type in this exact diameter, I had to make a gear. Made of wood. Of course.

Oh, this is the original image so you can see where the letters overlay, the left one (red) says "ITEMS", you can see the shapes corresponding on the right one to "MS" and the big green blobs indicate letters that I assume fill space a lot (hence more noise -> brighter color) and they "kiss" when next to each other TE - GE, you can see the red TE "kissing" up top and possible GE "kissing" is thicker at the bottom

It's super confusing from UI/UX point

1. either it goes to Items tab in inventory and can go to storage stash (same as now) and then the inventory tab makes no sense - probably not the case, this is just weird on so many levels
2. it goes to the keys invetory tab and ALSO can go to storage stash, but then why have the function duplicated? some keys will be in inventory tab and some will be somewhere in stash getting lost? - this is also super weird, it's inventory split and function duplication (imagine shards behaving the same, having some in your stash and some in the special inventory?)
3. it goes direct to keys tab in inventory, but then send to storage makes no sense unless it only works for overflow?

Keys you pick up have to go directly to the Keys tabs in the inventory, they can't go through regular Items tab (that'd be insane), so why is there an option to Send keys to storage (stash)? That's invalidating the whole purpose of the tab

If the tab is there so you don't have to fish keys for dungeons out of stash then it'd be 10x smarter to just autofill the key into the dungeon slot if the key is available, it'd be wasted development time basically moving a tab from stash to your inventory and solving almost nothing

Do you have timestamp to where the tabs are shown?

That's the worst possible way to handle that interaction from design standpoint, it's redundant, everyone will send it to the Keys tab, there's no reason to have it interact with Items tab in any way if there's dedicated tab for it

It just moved the tab from Stash to your inventory, you still need to swap to the inventory keys tab to interact with them, it's same as having the tab in stash, just changed which side of the screen it's on

Don't forget the stack size can't be infinite so the overflow has to go somewhere

I think it's a good idea because

1. The artist can upgrade wip frquently without flooding the channel
2. The own place for artists to tell the behind and show more details or ask for suggestions

It's finally done!!

After the plans were ready, I sawed the letters out of thin walnut boards with a jigsaw, then filed and carved them into shape based on the official logo. The Epoch shards in the center piece were sawn out of a LED Christmas icicle decoration, the middle gear was also sawn out with a jigsaw, and this is covered by a watch glass. I engraved the runes into the walnut center piece with a small Dremel machine. All the letters stands on thin plexiglass rods on the oak veneered wooden box. The shape of the letters is cut out of the box, so the RGBW CCT lamp shines from behind the letters. The oak box is stained and matte varnished, the letters are painted gold and antiqued by hand.
I can't wait for it to arrive to Mike, because I asked and he happily accepted, which is a HUGE honor for me.

Yeah can create something new if you don't want to expand into the existing one. Your first one is very focused on the exterior, might need more room when you focus on the interior. Either way I have no doubt it will be amazing.

Cyberpunk styles is very heavy with wires, if you don't have enough resolution to show thin things it might just look like a jumbled mess.

If you make another I strongly suggest working from the inside to outside.

I really like it. This is something very close to my heart. To work on these small details that is unbearable for "normal people". And the outrage they show when you present the process to them.
A piece of advice regarding the video: I think it would be very impressive if you zoomed out at the end of a close-up shot showing the work on meticulous details. This would give the viewer a much better sense of how small a part of the whole this little detail is, yet how much it determines the mood and detail of the whole.

This one have been the most complicated architecture I have done, lots of details on pillars specially. Curves on the central platform also spent lots of time because all of them is handmade and think by myself.
I'm happy on works I done on details but I've lost in which object should be the focus so I made #2 at first. I decided to use that not only as the cover, but also the last work in this series after I made a poe 2 voxel logo because Temporal Sanctum is my favourite map.

The concept of this cover is Judd said he want a floating epoch as an exclusive craft of le then I figured out how to melt this element into my fan art. Then I found the past urn asset I made is match with temporal sanctum well so I combine it into voxel logo I re-created.

lol, ok so I didn't recognize Apophis as Sivriss initially and wrote out a bunch of feedback on it. I think they might have messed up the wording as Acolyte of Aclazotz uses slightly different wording for the same activation cost. I think I might also put it in my Athreos deck. I figured it out because I was thinking Cleric Warlock was a contradiction in terms for the class. Turns out Sivriss is the only one. Shaile//Embrose are Cleric//Warlock on opposite sides of the card but (other than shapeshifters), Sivriss is the only straight up Cleric Warlock in magic.

Aberroth as the Witch-king is great. Harbinger as the ringwraiths fits so well. The void as the ring is sweet too.

Reaper form still uses Lich's Mastery in the text box. If you're use Magic Set Editor to do these, you can use ~~ instead of the card name in the textbox and it will automatically sync the name inline.

These are all awesome. If you're going to consider printing and playing with them, I would recommend getting the templating for card renaming like they did with Godzilla where the original name is under the main name at the top so people still know it as the original card.

Someone else on the team and myself have made a few LE x MTG cards for fun. I did a full draft ready set of Game of Thrones custom cards for the first 2 seasons of the show with the intention of making 2 more sets to flesh out a full draft ready block but then I started working on some video game and ran out of time.

I'm an izzet fiend at heart so I've been maintaining a Mizzix deck since the day she came out. Vivi is my fav FF character and I said I was going to build him as soon as the FF set was announced. He slots in so well with fairly minor changes so I think I'm going to just do that.

My overall fav commander is probably Athreos. Only issue is that both of those decks have become so strong that I can't bring them to game night any more. So my current fav that I can actually justify playing is my Ivy Auras deck or my Rendmaw crowstorm.

There are only like two equipment that use soul counters and I really wanted to use one of them, the other gains souls when the creature holding the equipment dies and that didn't feel hybrid spell slinger melee, that one I can argue I'll use spells to make my opponent lose life then the equipment will help me melee them

One of the descendants of Sandrak of the circle of fortune
She saw her fall to the void as well as her falling in battle with the traveler
What Surdda did not see was her surviving it all...maybe fate, maybe mercy of the traveler...but her latest dance with death awake her consciousness from the void, she now follows the traveler to bear witness to the next story she can't foretell

i was thinking for something a bit more unique so i kinda tried to keep the nagasa(naga) body shape while adding elements from other void beings(mostly the rock monsters)(within my skill level that isXD)

oh also if anyone knows...can we have more than a single entry for the contest?

If I change colours, do orange blossoms bloom on a lamp count as this lamp is corrupted & it's my void pet? It's an example.

Not sure EHG want to find creative expression on regular items (void = tentacles so everyone must paint tentacles, but how will players paint their tentacles) or want to find various definition for a term (how will players think what void mean and express their answers in their artworks).

More vague space, more bonus for EHG, more traps for participants I will say.

it's tough to hollow out and still allow drainage. the branches and tentacles are all curled in such a way that it makes a lot of pockets for resin to get trapped in. I could use a thinner wall but it risks making it pretty brittle

Told my niece about this contest in passing and thought that would be the end of it but she went all out including writing background for it:
The Void Aardon fell out of the Void dazed and confused. A spider, seeing the Aardon thought him easy prey. The spider pounced, catching the Aardon off guard. Wounded, the Aardon struggled to maintain consciousness, fighting off death. The spider, sensing victory went in for the kill. Suddenly, the spider crumpled over lifeless, an arrow protruding out of its mouth. The Traveler slowly lowered his bow. The Traveler took the Aardon and nursed him back to health. The Aardon has been the Traveler’s faithful companion ever since.

The Aardon has long front legs, which aid in scaling walls. Its back legs help to propel it up walls, allowing it move very quickly. Its legs are connected by a ball joint, allowing it to move its legs in circular positions. Its tail has long spikes for killing its prey. The Aardon is able to move its back spikes side to side to help maintain balance. The Aardon likes to stay in the shadows and stalk its prey. The Aardon will cling to the Traveler’s back, aiding and abetting in eliminating threats.

I should give it some lore. I am an uncaring creator, too busy ask if I could not if I should or why. Now it, my little piece of the void looks out from on top my printer asking why never getting an answer and always hungering.

Okay, so not sure if I'm not too late for the contest as timezones confusion is real, but either way I give you my throwback to Easter.
The Purple Cuddly Doggy and his friendo Wormy (he totally does not NOT have legs because it would be too hard for me to do from the clay). This is how little cuddly purple doggies are made. Really. Trust me. I studied Tolmat's Incorrect History of Eterra extensively for this.

Also beware the biggest predator of voidbeasts everywhere, Cinderella (or Popelka), my lovely voidbeast-eating cat.
