i started a new save recently since i haven't played in a while and wanted to get back in for the new update. still pretty early in it. started doing my first abandoned freighter, and it was a big one with a ton of enemies and not a lot of heat sources so it took me over an hour to make it to the last room, but I got tons of useful stuff out of it. I was really excited...until reading a log in the final room made my game crash. i know there's no saving mid mission so all that effort is just lost now ;_;

If you're on a planet, you can resummom your ship to a different spot. It generally fixes the issue.

Ironically, knowing that sentinels is an enemy and having all tools loaded from start is easier that than questline you get in normal mode

If you don't know how to dupe you can buy the packets at the pirate station, enter and leave your ship, reload and then you'll be able to buy some more

Can't really report it. It's not a bug. You were too close to orbit when the capital ship spawned in. You have to end the fight

If you are too close to orbit when a capital ship spawns, it's able to shoot you on the ground and you can't see it...and you can't properly hit it from space.

There are many ways to get more units. My favorite way is finding destroyed sentinel ships, fixing them and selling them

It takes time but it serves two itches for me. Money and finding cool stuff
