All im going to say is "PEBCAK"

1. Uninstall OBS.live
   2 Install a PLAIN Obs Studio install.
2. Set up OBS Studio as needed.
3. Re-Download OBS.live
4. Stream to your hearts content.

Your issue to me seems to be the issue I had with a OBS.live and OBS Studio version miss match where some licencing changed and blocked some addresses by accident. Follow those 5 steps and you should be good.

I did notice that there were a limited number of spots of availability. I was probably another who was beginning the sponsorship process (I was looking over the contract details), and saw that it was out of spots and took me out of the process. I guess others finished setting up and accepting much sooner.

though said limited quantity didn't show up until much later. If I knew there was a limit on how many could join the campaign (other than time), I probably would have joined and completed the process much sooner.

you are being given options to choose from. you are not expected and are not able to do more than 1 per cycle. Unless you end one sooner. If you are worried about taking a 2 week holiday and losing the ability to get sponsors . It won't happen Take your holiday go have fun and you should have something waiting for you.

leverage your social media channels and discord find like 4 hours out of your holiday to do the sponsor streams to meet reqs and let your socials handle the rest .

I'll admit that I was confused with getting a sponsorship when I haven't reached affiliate status. Granted, it's been a very long time since I streamed (I never reached affiliate status back then), so getting one out of the blue was surprising. And unfortunately, it was probably impossible for me to complete the sponsorship anyways.

I had just streamed for a while, just casually playing a game on a random month (I didn't get any viewers), then sponsorship just popped up. It's one thing if I got them as an affiliate, it's another when I'm just streaming for fun/have no schedule or concurrent viewers.

A good work around for this is to have a scene with just your alerts. Then add the scene as a source to the scenes you want them in

This will allow to alert play all the way through

I have set up a standard death counter to count how many times killed for the day during stream. I also have a reset command for to clear counter at end of stream. What I would like to do is have a command that would keep track of complete total deaths since we officially start counting deaths. This would be a counter that will not be reset at all. Is there a way to do it? Where it would be able to add the daily count from the first counter before we reset for the day and keep an all time death count?

@agile finch & @worldly gust Something worth noting that we've discovered: people who started/signed up a few days ago, were still able to contribute towards the counter today. However, all new signs up are not tracked at all. So, if your counter updates once/twice, check to see when that person actually downloaded the game. It's likely that they were one of the first to dl but never got around to completing it.

This makes me suspect that the links between the referral code and the tracker have timed out?

You need to use !ticket for tickets. There's no reason OBS should be shutting down your computer; but the OBS discord would know better. I would uninstall it and redownload it from https://obsproject.com.

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using SE.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In SE.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

Navigate to StreamElements menu, on top of OBS > Logout > Login

After you have logged back in navigate to File > Settings > Stream > Disconnect > Reconnect

I had that when I had the option "control audio via obs" checked. After disabling the sound came back

yeah it's strange, the options are pretty limited on the app

my mic works fine for talking

but alerts no sound, they do pop up on screen

in obs it fixes easily with monitor and output but idk for mobile

Users can choose to make the channels that they subscribe to public or private. By default, all settings are set to private.

Private: When a user's subscriptions are set to private, no other user can see what channels they subscribe to. A user's account does not show in a channel's Subscribers List, even if they are subscribed.
Public: When users subscriptions are set to public, another user can see what channels they subscribe to. User subscriptions are listed on their channel page and their account is listed in the Subscribers List for any channel they subscribe to.

You would want to set up a keyword in your command. Anytime the keyword is put into chat the bot response should trigger
