Example; I have the Chat Alert module turned on, and in host/raid if I have it set to say "!shoutout {user}" will the bot fire off my !shoutout command with the user's name? I do see that the header/description here in general-chat has been rewritten, but still need mods to direct traffic and REMOVE posts in the wrong channel - people learn quicker when that happens

So when I import an image I can collapse from the bottom but the top and sides shrinks the image.
I tried to hold ALT as I would in OBS but it still changes the image.
Can you collapse the layer from all sides or is there an "autofit" that shrinks the layer to the image size?

I have a chatbot command set up in my StreamElements chatbot, but it looks like Twitch made some recent change to prevent users repeating the same message within 30 seconds, even though my command is set to have a 5 second cooldown in StreamElements - Twitch is overriding it.
For example I have** !scream** to increase my scream counter.
I was trying to find a way around it by letting users specify the number of screams to add, but I can't find the right syntax so instead of just adding to the counter, it displays the command instead. For example is someone uses !scream 2 I want it to ADD 2 to the counter.
The syntax I thought would work (but doesn't) is:
Rob has screamed ${count scream +${1}} times
... If I take out the "+" sign, it successfully sets the counter to the number specified, I just can't seem to ADD it to the counter. Any ideas?

Ah yes tickets, weirdly enough lots of them have been raised concerning HelloFresh yet none of them have amounted to anything but half assed or automated responses, at some point you guys will need to actually own up to the whole HelloFresh situation cause lots of people have been getting scammed, didn't receive payment or got their money taken away from them after being paid with quite literally 0 warnings or explanations. This is an abusive and unfair way to handle things, and that is why I (and a whole lot of other people) would like to get some answers or clarifications as to why those things are happening.

I understand based on the last ticket about the need for sponsorships, hence why i want to help out. This channel is not the place though, as I already have some details that I can provide.
But again, if any money is pulled from your PayPal balance, we would need a screenshot of the transation history from your account to confirm that your payment has been pulled back. Pulling back a payment is not an easy thing to do via PayPal as well, due to how PayPal works - if a payment is received, it cannot be pulled back. This is something Tipalti has told me personally in various other cases when it came from Streamers who placed wrong paypal accounts for their payment method and wanted the payment pulled from the wrong account.(this is a case of streamers providing their 2nd personal account, rather than their business one)
