Trying to use the SE.Live Plugin on Stream Deck. I can successfully use the "Start Streaming" action to turn on my OBS stream, but all of the media request buttons say "This StreamElements SE.Live action is offline. Please wait for it to become available." Is this also related to the issue of why hot keys are not working? Or am I doing something wrong?

US only is probably because its monaitary and when they expand beyond US; it gets tricky.
thats also why we have to fill out paperforms to get affiliate on twitch.

It's probably restrictions set by the company doing the sponsorship, not Streamelements
Tickets you will have to submit through the website, but most problems outside of sponsorships and SE.Pay can be solved in one of the #helpdesk channels.

More than likely your accounts need to be merged! - Please note:
- Merging accounts allows for faster ways to switch between accounts
- Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts
- Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events
If you understand the limitations of merging and want to proceed, please find the JWT tokens (!jwt) from both accounts you want to merge and fill out the form here: http://streamelements.com/contact with each token correctly labelled

You don't have to merge the accounts, you can always logout/login to switch, or use a private browsing tab.

If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:
- Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
- On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing
/mod streamelementsin your channel if you have not already. - Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

@cold spoke @ocean atlas We are noticing a larger than normal amount of request at this time and we ask for your continued patience while we assist each ticket in the order we have received them. Typically it can take 24 to 48 hours for our team to get back with a response to your original ticket. I do see a few tickets that are nearing the 48 hours, however, those will get a response today.

There are multiple factors that lead in to events not counting. It can be delay from the provider, viewers not using the code, ad-blocker, fraud and various other causes.
That's why we ask for a 48-72 hour wait period before reporting to us with the invoices that way we can allow all avenues to process the events. In a perfect world, a viewer uses the code for the first time, signs up, and the event populates on stream in about 5-10 minutes.
This happens, however, there can be a number of things that go wrong.
TL;DR, the count works, but variables prevent from a 100% work rate

I Haven't personally tried that method nor do i know much about their affiliate partnership. Their payout could be less than what we offer, however, at this time we only offer Sponsorships via Twitch channels

That varies from campaign to campaign, but i can safely say that it's more than that
I do own a Twitch. Does that make a difference?
Please keep in mind that there is no guarantee that you will receive an invitation. There is no direct application for specific campaigns nor is there a formula to get an invitation. Simply using StreamElements and being an active member of your platform will help your chances of getting a sponsorship.

But to answer your question, if the user didn't complete the instructions properly, there was probably some issue with their purchase.

We appreciate the feedback. I would like to explain that, we bring the Community sponsorships from the Brands/Studios/Publishers from all over different industries. Mobile gaming, while I understand many have the same view as you, its a huge market and as such, has a lot of Studios who look to bring their games to more players.

Make one stroke for the outside, copy/paste/rotate
Make one for the inside repeat
I don't use Photoshop for logos (good luck with that), but you could easily make it on Illustrator with 3 circles (no fill, only strokes).
Center all of them, offset the ones on top and bottom, expand shapes, cut them with a rectangle on the center, round the edges, make groups of both top and bottom shapes, add gradients and change the colors to your liking.
Just make sure not to copy somebody else's work, change it to fit what you need to create, so you can call it your own.

Hi quick question, i've made a special alert to play when someone gifts 5 or more subs but when testing it in the creator, the special alert plays aswell as the alert for a single sub 5 times. How do i get it to do the gifted sub alert without also triggering the normal sub alert over and over?

Hi team, to follow up on some of the comments put here, I too am currently in the process of promoting the HelloFresh campaign, I've been liaising via the ticket support email page.
My question is, some of my sign ups aren't registering (luckily I've been keeping note of who signed up). I've asked people to submit their order #'s as proof of subscribing, but I'm not being told an order number isn't sufficient and it MUST be a screenshot of the order summary page?
Why is the order number not sufficient surely that order number will confirm to you that an order has been placed? Some of the people signing up don't have discord and Twitch doesn't allow for images to be sent by whispers so how do I get these pictures from people who have signed up? It's highly frustrating 😦
Finally, something they were unable to confirm via email. If someone new signs up to HelloFresh but their first delivery isn't for two weeks, the payment won't actually be taken until AFTER the campaign has finished, so when does a new sign up actually register count? From account creation or when the meals are locked in or when payment is taken? Sorry, just looking for clarity

As explained we need the screenshots, those confirm that the orders have been placed and we can proceed with the verification. This is a standard procedure and was explained in the ticket multiple times, there is no way to bypass it.
And the brand that helps us to verify the events has the data for all the placed orders and can verify those, this is why we ask for confirmed orders with the data.

No no that's not what I mean sorry, we must be mis-understanding each other. If someone signs up today, but their first delivery date is let's say October 19th, their meal plan wouldn't get "locked in" until midnight on the 14th, so is that when I should expect my dashboard to update or should it be within 48 hours of today (I don't want to send unnecessary emails/tickets at the wrong time). It could be that the people who have signed up using my link aren't getting a delivery until next week, as such that's why my dashboard might not have updated.
I'm asking from when should the 48 hours start to chase up non-updated codes? Sorry, it's hard to express by text
The delivery time is not relevant in this case. The order itself does count and it should be processed within 48 hours after the order was placed. And if it it fails, this is when the request for the order confirmation screenshot it needed.
Please let's move back to our tickets, it is very complicated to keep the communication in multiple places and this is a public channel.

Does anyone know if a community discount in the merch store takes the discount from the price of the merch itself, or does it discount based on the profit you make off the merch? IE: if a product is $50 and a community discount of 10% is added, would the discount come to $5, or would the discount be 10% off whatever the streamers profit would be, which in this case the profit is about $12 so the discount would be $1.20 to the person buying the merch

Hi team, to follow up on the above (about what @cold spoke said), I sincerely hope the rumours that we have to send invoices aren't true.
Invoices cannot be obtained due to GDPR issues. There is sensitive information in the invoices such as individuals full/government names, alongside billing and delivery addresses, that we are not equipped to handle, manage or protect.
Constantly asking for more information is scaring your audience off the product and damaging the image of HelloFresh, even though it isn't HelloFresh requesting this information.
We as creators are upholding our end of the partnership so we need you to do the same. I do not understand why you cannot take the order numbers provided and cross-check them in your systems to see if an order has been made? If you cannot do this, then you are asking us to share sensitive customer information with you which is legally a grey area.

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me with an issue I am having with the Chatbot in SE. Under "User management" I have 16 VIP names there, however, only nine of them have VIP (400) by their names and the remaining seven have Regular (300) next to their names. All 16 people re all listed in Twitch Creator Dashboard Roles Manager as having VIP status. I have tried to manually correct this by typing in the chat "!levels [name] 400" and their level did not change to VIP status. How can I fix this issue as SE is treating these 7 people like they are Regulars and not VIP. Thanks for your help.

SE roles are not Twitch roles! you have to add the VIP to SE too, afaik.
This sometimes happens, try reconnecting twitch to discord and see if that solved the problem.

When I got rid of Nightbot and switched to SE, SE imported my settings from Nightbot. All 16 of my VIPs were listed in Nightbot, but only 9 of them showed up in the User Management section of SE's Chatbot. I manually added the missing seven VIPs, but it would only add them as Regular (300). There was no way to add them as VIP (400). I've tried to change their statuses to VIP (400) in chat by using the !level option, but it would not work.
i assume you tried to remove the "regular" role first and tried to give the "vip role" then?

That's exactly where the problem is....when I added them that way "VIP (400)" is not listed as an option. I only have the option there of Regular (300), Moderator (500), and Super Moderator (1000). VIP is not on that list. When I imported my settings from Nightbot, only 9 of my 16 VIPs moved over to the list in SE, I had to manually add the seven people that did not import into the User Managment list. These are same people that do not have the VIP (400) status that they are supposed to have.

Don't see another place for this, but I am doing my first SE sponsorship program this week, and I have to say that the instructions were very confusing. Honestly still not sure I've done everything correctly, but the main thing is that I thought I had launched the sponsorship already since chatbot was displaying my link, but then I received an email today that I hadn't clicked "Launch." This instruction was not it the sponsorship deck. And that deck was VERY confusing regarding overlays, it made it sound like there was more than one I needed to install/it asked me to install the SE OBS plugin, but doesn't appear to actually use that? Hard to tell. I think I finally got everything in, but the deck also doesn't completely line up with how the SE web site interface works/is labeled.
But I guess I do have one question: if anyone subscribes to a sponsorship off of a custom link from the chatbot before I clicked that launch button, will I still get credit towards the potential new subscribers! And I guess a second question (for Factor), it says 12 new subscribers, does that mean I wouldn't get credit for the 13th subscriber if I should get there?

Everything Semi said is correct. You need to have the Twitch name "Lie" in order to use the URL. Is there a reason you can't claim the name on Twitch?
it was Lie. That's the thing that url was based off of my name being lie. Twitch needed 4 letters in a name from their new policy back in later years.
But everywhere else around social media I go by this. so which is why it is important.
I don't really feel comfortable about explaining all this here, but I just need it to be how it was as it causes a lot of issues for me. It's not right just to switch it like that.

If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:
- Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
- On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing
/mod streamelementsin your channel if you have not already. - Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).
If your commands recently stopped working and you're using SE.Live and a custom bot name do the following:
- In SE.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
- Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
- In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
- Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
- Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
- Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

We can't reinstate the twitch account. Once it's wiped, it's wiped.
