To add your overlays to OBS, add a new browser source in your scene. Paste your overlay URL in the browser source properties, set the dimensions to 1920x1080 (unless you changed them on the website) and check Shutdown source when not visible and Refresh browser when scene becomes active, as shown in this GIF: https://imgur.com/a/2JhJD0S

so i tried everything, i added a new alert box directly from streamelements i uninstall obs and se live and reinstall it, i made another browser source with the new link.But is the same, when i emulate works , when someone follows doesnt work, i dont know what to do.....

As stated before, i reset a few backend connections. It's working on my end. Also, make sure that you have the browser source towards the top of the source list. If the browser source is blocked by another source, this could prevent the visibility of the alert. Let us know if you still have issues.

When did you last try? Also, to confirm, are you referring to the alerts through your overlay in OBS? You are not talking about the alert that pops up in your Streams chat from the bot?

The !watchtime command is directly tied to the Loyalty system. The Loyalty system must be enabled for viewers' watchtime to count up.
To enable Loyalty, please go to the Loyalty section of your account: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/loyalty
Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

Why is it that I got notification for a sponsorship campaign only for it to then it expire the very same day? I got email today about over 20 hours ago for sponsorship campaign with War Thunder, only to find out that it expires the very same day I was notified. So what's the deal with that? I shouldn't be notified of something like that on such very short notice, I would expect a 2 week or month advance notice ahead of time for something like that was coming up. Literally I’m having the same problem. They’re giving us dates but when it comes our payouts don’t.. Never received a email from stream elements or anything last thing I was told was congratulations and my payment was being processed.

Waited the entire yesterday, woke up today and my money’s still not there. Kinda unfair to players who’re promoting business’s and getting them revenue and we can’t even receive ours on the correct dates we’re told by the system.

yep. makes me not want to do another sponsorship. its been 45 days since i finished and completed goals for the se sponsorship. its absolutely abysmal. a couple of friends got offers i told them dont bother. theres too many people who have been waiting months for payout that just get the same crappy response. error in payment system. they wouldnt have this issue if they used worldpay system instead of the crap they use rn.

im currently contacting genshin devs to get info on wtf is going on. see if they can put some pressure. my solicitor is already ready to take legal action against the whole SE platform. over 85 cases of non payment from sponsorships by SE

Unfair to players and literally I said the same thing earlier I will take legal actions if this is what stream elements is doing. It told me the 26th and now it just says submitted.. I also dislike the fact of members of the team being on and neither of us receiving help at all.

also a review of the whole stream elements sponsorships part will be posted on social media and blogs so users know of the absolute atrocities they will face after doing a sponsorship. just a heads up SE team

sidenote: chat between me and the team have been screenshotted and screen recorded for my sake incase i get banned or ignored in this discord and emails. just for speaking out. i have taken the opportunity to reach out to Mihoyo so they know exactly what practices are being done at SE.Sponsorships. since it also makes them and other companies you promote look bad..

Now on S.E. the video is fine, but in OBS its just an image aka it freezes.

just use media source in obs. and click loop. point the path to the video file. and set a keybind to show and hide the source

na that wasn't it, I found the solution after ages of googling tho.
Settings > Advanced > Sources > "Enable Browser Source Hardware Acceleration" needed to be turned off.

The Sponsorship offers are sent to channels based on the different requirements of the advertisers, which may include channel size, location, type of content, audience demographics, and more. So there is not a lot you can do, just keep an eye on your Dashboard for invites coming in

Not sure where to suggest this, but could we get opt-in roles for the pings, maybe by category? For example, I'm mostly here for #dev-chat (which makes me an outlier) and have never used the sponsorships, so an outage there is pretty irrelevant to me. (If the chatbot, or overlays are out, that's probably reasonably core enough, but not everyone even has access to sponsorships. Conversely, I imagine most of your users would be annoyed if they got an @ here for the developers chat. AFAIK there has never been an @ here in that channel, but that would be a resource you guys you could use if it were behind an opt-in role. Just a suggestion 🙂

When you sent the emulation, do you have "preview live on stream" selected? If it isn't, then the alert won't trigger. Also make sure you have properly added the overlay

To add your overlays to OBS, add a new browser source in your scene. More than likely your accounts need to be merged! - Please note:

• Merging accounts allows for faster ways to switch between accounts
• Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts
• Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events

You can merge the accounts together, however, you can transfer over the overlays natively. You'll have to manually transfer over the commands and timers

When I try to claim my channel of course since I've logged into both on SE it gives me a message that the channel is already claimed

Did you get a "Channel already claimed" message?

More than likely your accounts need to be merged! - Please note:

• Merging accounts allows for faster ways to switch between accounts
• Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts
• Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events

Follow these steps to grant managers/moderators access to your dashboard:

1. Click on your channel name at the top of the dashboard
2. Create a new invite at one of three access levels (Bot Supervisor, Editor, Full Control)
3. Send this invite to a mod/manager to give them access to your dashboard. The link is one-time-use and expires after 72 hours if not accepted

that depends on the game, some games mute their audio when you tab out
