I havn't played arma for a long time, and today I returned and played some KOTH. But for some damn reason I had problems right-click to scope/sight up, like it would zoom in a bit, like if you click and hold right click to zoom in, but not tossing scope/sight up. Arma 2 support has long been abandoned, whereas A2OA saw the introduction of new features (thermals, backpacks etc) and received more updates after that
if some players remain, they are most likely in A2OA or A2+A2OA (they are combinable)

No reason to play vanilla A2 unless you feel like doing so for nostalgia reasons or something. Get the Complete Collection which has all the DLCs + OA combined with vanilla, or just buy OA on its own if you don't want to get the other DLCs (OA doesn't need vanilla A2 to run).

Like in image 6 or image 13. Those cannons usually have supports to hold them into the ground, and I dont know how the author managed to remove them for vehicle mounts. It's something I myself have been trying to figure out for a while.

what you know is one thing. what is the IP "theft" execution of Disney is other one. Disney as the owner of this property/trademark is in position to define any type of usage they accept or not, and they decided to not support any act of non-permitted usage, copying or being an inspiration of the Star Wars IP.

just because some mods are available here for years it doesn't mean they are "legal" per se, its just the Disney's legal department not caring enough about Arma 3 mods, but if they want, they'll hit either the mod creator or Bohemia with a letter to cease any type of allowing/supporting SW mods, and that's all about that topic.

Your steam profile only applies to having bought the game and playing it. So if you said a bad word on some (official) multiplayer server under that account then yes, you may be. If it is a new account then probably not until you do it again. If it was a non-official server then it is totaly up to that server's admin.

Once again, probs not correct but in editor if you right click a vehicle it brings you to a screen where you can add different equipment (if you do it to a person) or different camo or guns and change a few things like remove a bumper etc (to vehicles), probs did not help but if i did, yay

Im playing thru the marksman tutorial I guess or whatever you call it. I just got off the chopper and the game told me that I could've taken what I needed inside the chopper like restock on ammo or sum but It didn't tell me how so now I'm on this mission to kill 12 dudes as a sniper with no ammo

#

I got a small handgun with a silencer but the location like I said has 12 dudes with 1 machine Gunner there is no way I'm going to be able to pull that off with a simple hand gun

Check the inventory while in the chopper. Or when landed and it is still there, look at it, scroll wheel for inventory and then do the same.

Restart is the only logical option. Unless you can find a way to loot a rifle of a killed enemy. But I doubt that is the intended way to get it.

I start with a marksman riffle in the game when I launch in the showcase mission. If you don't have it, you either are using mods that messed up the mission, or you lost it somewhere while swapping things in your inventory.

I don't know your budget. And how serious you are about this kind of game. Generally speaking bundles are better discount than base plus individual dlc. Apex edition bundle is the most popular and biggest bang for buck. But you might like Contact in and of itself. Jungle versus woodland and hills. (and the scifi aspect)

But you certainly can have fun with the base game (and mods thereafter). At least until the next sale happens. Likely somewhere midway in October or next halloween period.

@dark dove the popular discords like this 1 get hit by waves of bot several times a day, the moderators do their best to get them banned as soon as they notice a new wave incoming, but sometimes those bots do get to send out messages before they get banned. If the person is still connected to this discord (and so slipped the bann wave) send a DM to the moderators with a screenshot of the messages that was send to you.
