Hi people, new here. It would be nice to have in the FAQ the difference between vencord and vesktop in terms of privacy.
I have tested on 2 different windows client. The vencord seems more like a added css to discord app than Vesktop and so the claim that discord would not get any information from the PC is difficult to get my head around it in those conditions.

hey, am a noob with this kinda stuff and had some issues with the layout of my discord after installing vencord and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction as to where fix these.
First issue is that the latest message in every chat is too low so its half faded out at the bottom and also it gets covered up by the "XXXXX is typing" that pops up
Second issue is a small layout problem where in private chats the chat "message bubble" doesnt reach far enough on the right side (red circle compared to blue circle) but this is not as issue on server chat channels such as this one, where the member list lines up perfectly on the right as well

Client modifications are against Discord's Terms of Service.

However, Discord is pretty indifferent about them and there are no known cases of users getting banned for using client mods! So you should generally be fine as long as you don't use any plugins that implement abusive behaviour. But no worries, all inbuilt plugins are safe to use!

Regardless, if your account is very important to you and it getting disabled would be a disaster for you, you should probably not use any client mods (not exclusive to Vencord), just to be safe

Additionally, make sure not to post screenshots with Vencord in a server where you might get banned for it

Im having the RTC Connecting issue, ive tried changing that high quality packet thing permission in voice video settings as official discord says is the troubleshoot, which worked for a bit, no longer works. I have vesktop as backup and that works fine. hello! having some funky discord problems with quickcss. I'm trying to remove the gift button in the chatbar with no luck. @sick vale has given me this CSS

• this code works for me fine,
• after importing all of @limber swallow's code, it worked without issue on my desktop,
• we attempted to import via GitHub and that didn't work,
• class names match just fine,
• this issue is only happening for Velocity, not me. it was replicated on browser and desktop stable versions by Velocity but could not be replicated by me.
