brought this up a few days ago but it's getting really annoying.

With vencord and vesktop, opening a spesific discord channel in a server I use makes discord use 15% cpu usage and spike my fans. Swapping channels fixes it, swapping back spikes cpu again. (15% is a lot when vrchat uses maybe 30%)

Does not happen with vanilla discord, doesn't happen with browser discord and browser addon vencord

Only happens with vencord and vesktop

It's really really annoying. Reinstalling and wiping all traces of discord doesn't help

Hi, I have enabled message logger and I wanted to ask why the deleted message with image doesnt load the image in discord after the original message has been deleted after the chat got scrolled up? The most common cause of lag is poorly written CSS.

To see if this is the case for you, try temporarily disabling all themes and your QuickCSS.

If that indeed fixes the lagging, you'll have to figure out which theme / part of your QuickCSS is causing the lag.Just slowly remove parts of it until it doesn't lag anymore.

Permission denied and tells me to run a command on my terminal. i have tried that but i apperantly need to put in a password after i put the command in which i can’t do because typing stops working when i need to type it in😭
